We believe on providing high levels of customer service and friendly ‘non sales’ approach to providing quotations.
We are a family run business and Its really important for us to be seen as an approachable, local Company that provides free, no obligation quotations. As some Companies go for the hard sell, which is completely against our business ethos
We simply provide a quote and leave it with customers to make up their minds. This works extremely well for us and the majority of our business is repeat custom or through referrals, as we always ensure our customers receive a first class job so that they recommend us to their "family and friends.”

I had new windows installed in the back of my house, one was a bi folding door. Elegance Glazing was recommended by my niece. They carried out the work very professionally and cleaned up after themselves, I am now having the windows in the front of the house replaced by them. I would highly recommend them to others.

I had all windows replaced and the front door a few weeks ago. The service was very professional, great advice given at the start with our new windows quickly installed for a very competitive price. Since having them fitted we have had no problems and would highly recommend Elegance Glazing.

Bil and Oli exceeded all expectations from the initial phone call all the way through to completing the job. I would highly recommend Elegance Glazing to anyone considering changing their windows and doors. Communication was quick and easy and a very competitive price. I had 7 windows and front door changed. It took a day and a half and they were very clean and tidy throughout the job. Thank you again!

I asked Bilal to quote for new windows to replace my existing old double glazed windows after I had already received quotes from two other companies. He made time to come over on a Bank Holiday weekend and quoted competitively. Bilal provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, and good advice on the type of windows that I chose. I asked for a quick turnaround as I was going away, and Bilal accommodated this request. The window fitter was very professional, clean and tidy. He arrived punctually on the designated day, and completed the work on schedule.

Had decided to change windows in my property I've asked 4 companies to quote on necessary work, 2 well known nationally and 2 locals. No contest here, ELEGANCE GLAZING has give me very good value for money, no push approach, all options on the table, no hidden adds on total cost. Ive been able to see the products to be used and a just finished job before hand, great. The fitting team is up the top, guys have done a clean, tidy job with a personal approach.
