Hello, my name is Grant and i'm the director of Elementis Boiler Experts LTD, we are a local family run business.
I've been in the industry over 20 years but have had my own plumbing and heating business 15 years, we were originally called G.A.C Plumbing but rebranded last year to Elementis boiler experts LTD
We wanted to specialise in boilers, heating, hot water systems as we felt this is where we really excelled.
We love what we do and this comes across in every single job we do, we treat your home with total respect, using dust sheets throughout and thoroughly cleaning before we leave.
We send out yearly boiler service reminders with a booking link for you to select a date and time that suits you or if you would prefer call us on 01206 912068.
On the day of the job we always send an exact arrival time, so no need to wait around you will know exactly when we will arrive.

I’ve used Elementis twice and will do so again. Grant and his team are super professional. They go over and above to do a proper job. Grant is excellent at communicating with clients. He always responds to messages quickly and is willing to give help and advice. The pricing is very reasonable too.

We had a new combi-boiler supplied and fitted. Communication was great, price was very competitive, manner professional and work carried out efficiently. No mess was left and we were shown how to operate the system. Excellent service, very pleased and would recommend.

We have had a bathroom refit with this company which was excellent. Grant made sure it was all tidied away each day & did a great job. He has also done our yearly boiler service for the last 3 years. We are very happy using this company & would 100% recommend.

I had my yearly boiler and hot water cylinder serviced. I had a problem with the temp controller on my cylinder, Grant was back within the week to fix the part, when the part was fixed it was realised there was a 2nd part not working which was fixed within 24hrs. Grant and his team are professional, approachable and good at problem solving, he?s great at explaining what the issues are and the best way to resolve them. Their pricing is very reasonable and will fit in with you as best they can. I have used Elementis for the last few years and will continue to do so in the future.

I recently had issues with my shower system making a lot of noise. This was investigated and resolved. I then had further work completed to replace a worn out kitchen sink tap. I have previously used this company to replace my boiler system and to install a new shower pump. All of these works were completed to a high standard. It was easy to book an appoointment and the communication about arrival times was very good. I think the cost of rhe work carried out was very fair and i was kept fully aware of costings. Grant and his work colleagues are very friendly and helpful.

Most recent work was a boiler check but have also had other boiler checks, a tap replacement and a radiator repair through the same company. Always found them very friendly, efficient and helpful. The work is always done to a high standard and the areas left clean afterwards. Services are easy to book and the company are very communicative, replying to queries very quickly.
