We needed a solution to our 100 year old squeaky mansion block floor that was gradually disintegrating. Petar came up with a couple of solutions for us to choose from and helped us to select the right engineered wood flooring. Him and his team are up worked really hard to eliminate as much of the noise as possible (given the age and design of the joists). The finish on the work was excellent and when we arrived to receive the floor everything had been put back in place. I would not hesitate to recommend EFS to anyone requiring a new wooden floor. Petar and his team are clearly flooring experts and excel in what they do.

This firm is absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough. Petar is the most helpful tradesman that I have ever come across. He laid a new engineered wood floor in our flat with accoustic underlay as well as new skirting boards. He was incredibly prompt in replying to any email I sent and was full of helpful suggestions. It is so rare to find someone this good these days. We will be using him again and only wish he could renovate the whole flat. Don’t hesitate to use him.

Petar and his team replaced wooden flooring over under-floor heating in a one-bed flat in Islington. They were outstanding: professional, completely reliable and very efficient. They removed and disposed of the old floor and completed the installation within a day and a half and to a very high standard. Petar was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. EFS was introduced to us by Trunk Flooring. Petar (and his team) were excellent. As well as an excellent installation of our wooden floor, all dealings with him were thoroughly professional and friendly. We needed a bit of flexibility on timing - no problem. We needed advice on the layout - no problem. He sent photos of where sensors were installed (to us and Trunk), covered through floor (building work continuing) and advised on additional covering. Thoroughly professional and a joy to deal with.

Petar fitted our flat with soundproofing and new floors and was fantastic from start to finish. Peter and team responded promptly to my enquiry, visited the site to check out the details of the job and gave a lot of advice / help before the job started -- identifying problems at the outset and helping find solutions.
