James and his team were absolutely fantastic. Painting the exterior of my shop and refreshing the internal windows. From start to finish they were nothing but professional and polite. Navigating a busy shop can be tricky, but they were great. Super tidy and accommodating our opening hours to keep our customer happy. We have worked with Jim and his team previously on a small retail unit and residential property. The most recent job was a very bespoke shopfit with curved walls and an amazing suspending ceiling detail. This posed some changes in the level of finished required with high spec LED lighting. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was completed to a high standard with a tight deadline. We would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend.

From the beginning Jim knew what was required and listened to my plans. I moved into part of a Georgian House which the decoration and maintenance had been neglected for a few years. In particular a dark red bedroom, a small study with laters of old wallpaper and a stairwell very dark blue. A lot of paper stripping, re lining and ceiling painting. The stairwell is now very light and the ceiling rose stands out beautifully. The 'red bedroom' is now very bright, the floor sanded and sealed. Any problem was quickly remedied. Jim was always at the end of a text shouldI need advice or clarification. A hard working team indeed. Thank you Elite.

I would like to share a very good experience that I had with Elite Decorating when I recently fully renovated my house. This was a large job requiring top quality material and finish and Jim and his team delivered an excellent job. Jim painted all internal surfaces as well as doors and windows and parts of external roughcast walls. The look and feel of the finished job was excellent. Jim was very helpful and gave us his professional and honest advice when needed. He was very polite with a pleasant personality and always happy to correct any issues I'd spotted. The work was completed fully to our expectations and requirements. The quality of work was first class and every aspect always discussed in advance. Jim, and his team, are all first rate tradesmen and I would have no hesitation in recommending this team for any job, large or small.

External painting of windows of tenement block in Edinburgh's Old Town, requiring access to 10 flats to avoid use of scaffolding. Elite provided a clear plan of the work involved and a schedule based on the stages of work. The team involved were punctual each day, polite and considerate of the tenants in the block. The work was carried out professionally and regular updates on the progress were provided.

Elite decorators re-decorated my Victorian drawing room. The ceiling was plastered and the outside of the windows re-painted also. I found Jim and his team to be professional and reliable. Decoration of flat inside and out. Painting wooden doors and emulsion all walls and ceilings. Excellent tradesmen. Elite had to fix problems created by previous decorators. Their work is to a very high standard. Supervision is high and they endeavour to do things to customers satisfaction even if it means repainting again.
