EBN had been servicing our previous Danfoss pump each year, and were quick to advise us on a suitable replacement when the Danfoss let us down (only 8 years after installation). Although promptly ordered for us by EBN, we unfortunately had to wait many months for our new NIBE pump to arrive due to supply chain issues beyond EBN's control. The pump was eventually delivered to us a few weeks ago and at that point EBN worked hard to schedule the installation for us at the earliest opportunity. Kevin came last week to do the work (on his own on day 2 but with one other on day 1 to help with the heavy-lifting) and the whole process was seamless. EBN were slick, smooth and efficient and we felt very safe in their hands. We have had no problems at all with the new system since installation and I am not anticipating any. We look forward to continuing to rely on EBN's expertise in the years ahead.

Installation of air source heat pump

We have used Energy By Nature to carry out service and maintenance work on our heat pump for several years and have always been happy with their work. Our heat pump recently developed a fault and we made the decision to replace it. We engaged Energy By Nature to carry out the replacement and the replacement installation work was carried out successfully and to the agreed schedule by Kevin. We have always found him to be very helpful in terms of advice and recommendations. He is reliable and has always carried out the work to the agreed timescales unless factors are outside of his control in which case new timescales have been mutually agreed.

Heat pump parts.
I have an seventeen year old Danfoss found source Heat pump which I was struggling to find spare parts for. I contacted EBN and although unable to supply the parts, put me in contact with a company in Ireland who they use. They had the parts but would not send to private individuals. EBN then agreed to obtain the parts for me and forwarded them. Kayleigh and Lisa were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and I am a completely satisfied customer. I was in dire straits having been without heating or hot water for two weeks. These guys saved the day.

Kev might do a good job, but we will never find out due to the appalling customer service, communication and professionalism of his support staff. Sent from someone who had signed on the dotted line with them. We should have taken heed of a previous post!

Professional and efficient service

I was wanting to replace my heating system which ran off electric boilers which was proving very expensive to run. After having thoughts of going down the oil route someone suggested air source heating so a meeting was arranged for Kev and Kayleigh of Energy by Nature to come out to my property. I also obtained quotes from other companies but Kev was by far the most knowledgeable in the field and the quote he provided went into much more detail than the others. I accepted their quote, a date was agreed to start the work but in fact, some of the work was done before that date. The work carried out by Kev and Cameron was done in a very professional and efficient manner to a high standard but we also had time for friendly anecdotes and jokes. The work was completed within the timescale and the aftercare service was very helpfully provided. As with most things, there can be small glitches but Kev and Cameron put themselves out to sort out the problems immediately even coming out in the evening after normal working hours. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Energy by Nature for both their professionalism and friendliness - nothing is too much trouble for them.

Worst Communication Ever
Having called the company and explained the situation to the “receptionist”, that our system had gone into over-drive and was burning through electricity and we needed someone to have a look at it to get our £100/week electricity bill under control. I was told that the member of staff who had the most experience with Kingspan systems was on leave for 2 weeks and that we would have appointment when they were back. Having initially got through to them with ease, to call back and arrange the appointment became almost impossible as they neither returned voicemails nor emails. They’re phone line would ring out at any time of the working day. After a week of trying the appointment was made for the afternoon of the 15th December about 1300 as they were finishing a job that morning. At 1400 I tried calling them. By the end of the day when I managed to get through the job had over run and we were next on the list. This inconvenience continued until the Christmas break, now over a month since first contact. I was told no one would be in office again until the third. This began the rigmarole of trying to get hold of them on the phone again. This lasted until the 10th Jan at which point I was offered appointments on either 31st Jan or 21st February as their priority was installing new systems before the government grant ceases. I feel as though they lied to me throughout, driven by greed. I could have made alternative arrangements had they been upfront about their priorities.

We discovered Energy by Nature through the tender process for our Air Sourced Heat Pump supply & installation and associated underfloor heating requirements and they were extremely professional right from the initial contact. The quotation was well presented, professional & competitive, the follow-up communication was clear & responsive, and the installation itself was very tidy & of a very high standard. Our meticulous builders were also very pleased with team & the work carried out which is a great endorsement too! We would be extremely happy to engage Energy by Nature for any future project.

After my boiler packing up and struggling to find a someone to come out quickly to have a look I found energy by nature. They came out next day and did an initial inspection. They found the problem and that the part needed to replace was still under warranty and came out as soon as possible to get it sorted. Amazing customer service and quick responses. If I hadn't found these I would have only just had another company be able to come out and initially look. Definitely recommend and will be using again!

I would like to offer whatever assurances I can that Kevin Wright and his son Cameron Wright have been working with NIBE Energy Systems for many years and in that time I have only had excellent feedback from clients and customers , I am also aware of numerous occasions where other installers may have had issues that Energy By Nature have subsequently rectified to an exemplary standard. Their reputation within the industry is second to none and many clients will wait for their availability rather than look at other installers. Customer service seems to be a priority second only to safety and exceeding customers expectations is why they have the standing they do. To whom it may concern Energy By Nature contacted us in 2017 to see if we could fill a gap in their market for installing heat pumps including older properties suing a special high temperature range. I visited Kevin and his team and was very impressed with their companies credentials , installer qualifications and how they do business in a friendly manner at their offices. Energy By Nature have been on our training courses for our unique Altherma heat pump range, they are also one of our service partner’s which entails having to complete the relevant training courses to be able to qualify and be competent in all our range of products, they are currently one of our “top 2 engineers” which are called out in the Western region. We are absolutely thrilled that Energy By Nature have achieved all the necessary training and offer such a service to the End User from installing to being a Dakin service partner, this is a very difficult task as the company has to hold qualifications and membership for FGAS, Gas Safe and MCS. Energy By Nature are therefore well positioned to drive our complete offering forward and ensure that there is a viable solution for every project. much appreciated
