Environmental Energies have completed our solar panel installation, with battery storage. From the outset they have been the most efficient, reassuring company we assessed. Quotations were obtained from 7 solar panel installers who had all aspects of their service compared on a detailed spreadsheet. Environmental Energies comfortably surpassed all others on numerous factors, such as: - They were the only company to visit us & walk us through their approach - They use manufacturers who are ethically sourced - The quotation was a mid-range price & very comprehensive - They walked us through energy provider & usage considerations - They did not pester us, unlike several others (phone, e- mail, price reductions) - Project managers & installers were helpful, efficient with great communications The end result was a professional installation by a local company, with national coverage. We are extremely happy with the outcome, & Environmental Energies approach.

Of several companies contacted at a very busy time for the industry, towards the end of 2022, Environmental Energies were the only ones who made a site visit before providing a quotation. The quote was clear and detailed, sensibly priced and the sales process was not pushy. There was a long wait before installation, partly due to a 45 working day lag for the required approvals from the Network Operator, but this still took place within the timescale originally suggested and sooner than some of the other companies had offered. They arranged to have the scaffolding put up early so that I could do some work on the fascias first. The installation team were polite, tidy and efficient, completing the work within a day despite having to change the arrangement of the panels to better suit the roof, which necessitated a trip back to base for more materials. The installation has outperformed the quoted figures and our electricity bills have been massively reduced despite now running an electric car. I have been happy to recommend Environmental Energies to my friends and neighbours.

I had 7 solar panels fitted on my property and was very pleased with the work done. Right from the first assessment meeting, to establish if panels would be feasible (older building, pyramid roof with limited space for panels etc), I felt confident that I was dealing with a good company that would see us through the process in a courteous and helpful way. Environmental Energies have installed 16 solar panels (roof), a 10 KW battery (attic) and a zap charger (garage) for the car at our property. Overall, the quality, reliability and end result have been very pleasing. Working with the company and all their tradespeople, Joel and Joe in particular, has been straightforward and efficient, albeit some timings have slipped, more because of high demand for their services rather than any inefficiencies. For us, the important aspect is a quality job well delivered at an agreed cost and we are very happy with the end result. I should also add there were a number of small issues relating to the work at our property and on more than one occasion they came up with a solution which resolved any issue. Overall, my wife and I would highly recommend Environmental Energies, and urge you, if you are to use them, to get a deposit in and get on with it, as their services are in demand! :-)

I cannot speak highly enough of this organisation. I contacted several companies with Which endorsements. They all responded but environmental energies were swift, informative and instructive. An initial home visit by the extremely knowledgeable director of the company was a delight, and at no stage was there any "hard sell", just advice and guidance. The quote was very reasonable, and was never varied for any reason, in spite of any difficulties encountered by installers or engineers. All contact with various members of the company was responded to swiftly and courteously. Installation happened quickly and the electrical engineers were brilliant. When there was a tiny hiccup with initial installation, a member of staff immediately attended for the day to supervise. Following a recommendation from a previous customer, Environmental Energies were invited to quote on two barn roof PV installations. Whilst they were slightly more expensive than a competing quote, their expert knowledge, previous experience and advice on how best to plan our two systems meant they were successful in getting the contract. We chose the latest most efficient panels for the site, the contractors arrived as planned and the work was carried out in the most part, very neatly and without problems. There was slight damage to part of one roof during the installation, but Environmental Energies stood by this and agreed to pay for the damage to be rectified. Overall very pleased with the result, two well installed systems, excellent communication and hopefully all the correct certificates and warranties in place. A very honest company, thank-you.
