The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. The guys turned up on time and completed the work to a very high standard with great attention to detail. They were very professional, having highlighted an issue with the installation they outlined options and we agreed a way forward and the work was done quickly and efficiently. The whole process from initial site survey to installation was handled in a most professional and diligent manner by Alan McKeown. The actual installation team were courteous, efficient and worked in an extremely tidy manner. Overall, delighted with the product and service and I have no hesitation in recommending EnviroVent.

Great support in resolving our condensation problems

Few months back, we contacted Mr Ian Puttock for resolving our persistent condensation problems. After a quick survey of our home, Ian suggested installation of Venty ECO2 Loft from EnviroVent to resolve our problem. The impressive part of this recommendation was this was based on our needs rather than solely on price, which highlights Ian's thorough knowledge and professionalism. The Engineer who installed this system was also very professional, courteous and completed the job with minimum disruption to us. After implementation of this solution, we are very pleased that we no longer have streaming windows and condensation issues in our home. Very thankful to Ian and EnviroVent team for all of their time and efforts in resolving our condensation problems. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any of our future needs.
