In one of our flats we had black mould in several rooms. The installation of an Envirovent fan in the bathroom, quickly reduced and then eliminated the mould and associated condensation from the bath and shower. Would definitely recommend this as a solution to this problem. The overall service was excellent, from initial contact with Mike, to survey, quotation and fan installation all meetings and work on time and to schedule. We have no window in our bathroom, and our flat has previously had damp problems. Envirovent were very helpful and informative, and fitted an extractor fan that works. The engineer was great, helpful and knowledgeable, and on the day when we discovered that some of the wiring in our bathroom was faulty, he remedied this to ensure that the extractor fan worked correctly.

After years of bathroom extractors that didn't work I found the solution in EnvironVent. Expert advice , expert installation and a powerful and silent vent that actually works. Goodbye condensation and all the problems that brings. The air in the basement feels clearer. Highly recommended.

Installer arrived at scheduled time and did work very quickly. He also proposed a much neater solution when the initial solution proved unworkable. Fan is not particularly quiet but extremely effective in keeping bathroom dry and I wish I'd had one installed earlier. Good value.

I have used Charlie and Envirovent on 2 occasions, firstly in my mothers flat and then again in a rental property. On both occasions we have been very happy with the professional and friendly service we received. From the initial meeting through to fitting and after sales (mother was rather taken with Ezra the fitter!) we have been well looked after and have subsequently recommended the company to our friends and neighbours.

We have the fans in our own home and were very happy with them so also got one for the bathroom in our rented house and the tenants are also very pleased with it. Worth paying a bit extra for in the long run to cut down damp and mould issues.
