Following reading the article in the weekly Which? email about how to deal with condensation and mould problems I contacted Envirovent and requested their free survey. James duly arrived on the 5th January 2017 and carried out a thorough survey and explained in detail how the system he was recommending worked. Armed with the assurance of the 'Which? Trusted Trader Scheme' I confirmed acceptance for the installation of the ventilation system. The following day a telephone call was received and confirmed an installation date of the 12th January 2017. The engineer duly arrived and carried out the installation in a most professional manner, no mess and the job was completed in about 3 hours. I had been advised that it would take a couple of days for the system to be fully effective. However, the following morning there was no sign of the usual very wet windows including the bathroom and no condensation since. Thanks James and Carl and of-course 'Which?'

Delighted to recommend Envirovent as a solution to ventilation problems. Our surveyor, Mike, was attentive, accurate and knowledgeable about the different problems we were having in our flat. The installation was handled smoothly and professionally and the end result is amazing. Totally solved the condensation and mould problems caused by our central bathroom with no window.
