We were having black mound problems in the children's bedrooms upstairs, We were constantly redecorating, tried mould paint, washing the walls etc etc, tried everything but the mound still kept coming back. We contacted Grant at EnviroVent Guildford who discussed the problems in clear English so we understood and also discussed the potential solution to the problems. We had the 'Mr Venty ECO2 Loft' along side a extractor fan in the upstairs toilet (which had zero ventilation). Since the installation we have had zero mould on the walls and zero condensation on all windows. Highly recommended solutions !

We got in touch with Envirovent after paying for an independent survey to look at the damp problems we were having. Grant Amos provided us with an excellent, no pressure service and as a result we had a Mr Venty installed and two cyclone extractors in the bathrooms. The condensation disappeared overnight and the damp patches have receded over time. We are thrilled with the result. The extractors in the bathrooms mean that the mirrors are clear even after a shower. Unfortunately we have had to have one of the cyclones replaced twice, a result, I understand of a faulty batch. I was a little disappointed with the slow response from head office, particularly as the first fault happened so quickly after the fan was installed, but Grant very quickly stepped in to help resolve the problem. In spite of this I would (and have) recommended Envirovent.

We needed a solution to our damp problems and after some research on internet EnviroVent seemed to offer the only viable and cost effective solution. A survey and demonstration was carried out followed by the installation of the 'Mr Venty' loft mounted ventilation unit and a Cyclone 7 extractor in the bathroom. This has completely cured our condensation and mould problems. Envirovent is an amazing product perfect for curing damp and mould problems. I have no hesitation in recommending it. The EnviroVent team, Grant Amos and installer Steve Allan, were friendly, professional and courteous. The work was carried out professionally, on time and to the quoted cost. We would use them again.

Grant is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and informative. The fitter was on time, very helpful and so tidy I had no cleaning up to do. As I have a respiratory illness which requires permanent oxygen, when I found damp and black mould in the flat I needed a reliable solution. The first firm I approached must have thought I would be easy to "con" and suggested I had lots of building work done. I sent them on their way and it was such a relief to meet someone of Grant's standard. I have a wall unit and two extractor fans . The result has been a total success and I have recommended them to others.
