We had a wall mounted unit supplied & fitted by Envirovent in our previous flat. As we were so happy with the level of service & the product provided to us. As soon as we found we had a condensation problem in our new house causing black mould to grow in around the main bedroom, we knew straight away it would only get worse. With no hesitation we contacted Envirovent South West and was greeted by Charlie Bisby who is a very polite, kind & professional individual..who explained we were right that call again and thanked us for our returning custom! As were now a house owner we could go for the more powerful Mr Lofty unit. He explained the benefits of having this kit, the logistics of what was going to happen next, how & where it was to be installed and a few tips to get the best from the unit...what was more we have a basic Envirovent unit in the bathroom and was impressed with the cyclone units installed in our previous property. But as he is a decent & honest gentleman he advised that the unit was sufficient especially factoring in that the Mr lofty unit was in-situ with it, so there was no need to upgrade. I admired that. The install was problem free. And the problem areas have been cleaned and painted & have not returned. Also the house feels nice & fresh also alleviating the stress of looking the that horrible black mould & the worry that it will harm us & our children...Big Thumbs up from the Dowdens in Tavistock #highlyrecommended

I had a problem with black mould in my bathroom due to poor ventilation. Iain from EnviroVent immediately came up with a solution. After installing the Cyclone 7, my bathroom is now free of condensation, and the fan is extremely quiet. The installation was carried out by a professional installer with no fuss, very tidy, and no debris left behind. The Job was completed in one and a half hours. I can highly recommend EnviroVent.

We already have Mr Venty, and we are big fans! Literally overnight we noticed a change. My partner used to wake up all stuffy and would cough a lot in the mornings (we don’t smoke). Overnight this stopped. Every winter he would get flu which would lay him low for a week (he has no spleen so is more vulnerable). This is our third or fourth winter with it and he has only had one mild bout of flu, nothing like before. Incredibly after venty was installed the mould did not return (we did of course clean/remove it thoroughly, and apply a mould prevention product), but even more amazing was that the condensation stopped!!! All we get now is a little condensation on the bottom of the glass when it’s very cold, below freezing. We tell everyone about it! And we will install PIV wherever we live. The health benefits alone are worth it.

We had a bathroom fan fitted by Envirovent - they were extremely professional and helpful, scheduling their work around the plasterer and tiler which was great. The work was carried out quickly and the installation was very neat and tidy. The fan is amazing! When the humidity level rises in the bathroom after showering the fan kicks in and the bathroom is quickly clear and soon dries out completely. We would highly recommend Envirovent products and service!

X-council properties seem to love attracting mould due to their design and age, Envirovent helped me assess the affected areas and come up with a comprehensive plan to eradicate this issue once and for all.

I cannot recommend Iain and Envirovent highly enough. We had a major problem with condensation, wet interior walls and mould. We had spent thousands on double glazing and damp proofing and redecorating and the problem was just getting worse. I read an article about Envirovent and I contacted them immediately. Iain was incredibly helpful and professional. He worked out a solution for us whilst acknowledging we had a complex situation. We needed two extractor fans and two ventilation boxes but didn't want any ugly pipe work etc affecting the aesthetics of our home. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard with no dust or mess in less than half a day. All of our problems have been solved. It's like magic! The damp and mildew and condensation has all gone. I love the bathroom fan which runs constantly (quietly!) and increases extraction as necessary. I enjoy listening to it speed up when I shower! (Too much information?) The air quality in our home has improved and the ventilation system clearly works. It's not cheap but it's cheaper than constantly repairing the damage.

Shortly after moving into a 1880's property we appeared to be confronted with Damp/ Condensations problems across the property. Following up on a recommendation, we contacted Charlie at Envirovent South West to conduct a whole house assessment. Initial assessment identified the problem was due to the property having solid walls with low ceilings and a lack of dry airflow causing condensation . Very pleased to be informed this problem could. Be resolved quickly any easily by he installation of a simple unit in the loft space with a in obtrusive vent unit fitted to property stair landing ceiling, Inspections and follow up installation conducted without any pressure in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner. Problem solved! EnviroVent products has solved condensation problems in my own home and also in a couple of properties that I rent out. The units provide a better living environment and save frequent redecoration. The service has been excellent both for installation and maintenance. Additionally, when I was more than happy to pay for a unit to installed in another property I was advised by EnviroVent that the unit was not necessary, saving me money and EnviroVent losing a sale due to their honesty and integrity.

Iain from Envirovent came for a site visit regarding ventilation and identified 3 areas which needed attention. He recommended a dehumidifier for the cellar and sent details soon after his visit, and he also recommended 2 types of extractors for the bathroom and toilet. The work was subsequently carried out, with care and attention to detail. When one of the extractors failed to operate because the sensor was too high, Iain examined a couple of alternative options with a couple of visits before exchanging it for a system that worked in its environment. We are very happy with the results and have no hesitation in recommending Envirovent! Excellent service. Thank you very much.
