Since we moved into our Georgian listed property 4 years ago we have been plagued with condensation but no more! When Charlie came for the initial inspection he assured us one of his products would be able to help and it certainly has. We are delighted and it has made such a difference to us. The engineer (sorry we can't remember his name) was so professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We can recommend this company without hesitation.

Recently moved to our new bungalow in South Devon and found we had a massive problem with condensation and mould in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge. Contacted Enviroment South west and Charlie Bisby arranged a site visit where he carefully analysed or problem and explained how the " Mr Venty " system would solve it. We had the local rep Charlie Bisby call on us to discuss our damp issues within our old Dartmoor granite house. He was very helpful and friendly and clearly explained what could and what couldn't be done. We had installed a Mr Venty in the loft and a cyclone into the bathroom shower . Both of them are efficient and effective. The engineer Ezra who came to fit the units was also excellent and very helpful , also in helping with another electrical issue . Cannot recommend the company and the its 2 employees above Highly enough! Well Done

Our property had very bad damp & nothing we seemed to do would cure it.The more insulation we got the worse the damp & mould would get. We saw a T.V advert for Envirovent & we contacted them. It was the best thing we ever did. After advise from them we purchased a Mr Venty. The insulation hardly took any time at all & the humidity in our property went from very high to normal after only one night of the instillation.The damp & mould has disappeared the decor no longer gets ruined. We would highly recommend the envirovent company & their products to anyone that has the same problems as we did.

Hi, I used EnviroVent to get an extractor fan installed in the bathroom of my property and am very happy with the service they provided. Iain came out and carried out the survey and advised of 2 ways of installing the extractor and his own recommendation. The work date was agreed upon and the installers were on site promptly and carried out their job very efficiently, quickly and tidied up the area before they left. Features and usage of the product was explained as part of the installation and I am very happy with the end product. I would highly recommend this trader and would only ever use this trader for any such future work.

I had done everything that I could including Acco drainage to resolve condensation and mould in my flat. Things were better but running dehumidifiers was required which was expensive. Extraction of water was 4 litres a day, musty smelling flat with mouldy clothing and shoes, condensation on windows and mould on the walls. When I showered the moisture ended up hitting the patio doors and hung around in the bathroom. But not anymore as the new van extracts all the moisture really quickly, The units are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and the dining room unit is whisper quiet and the build quality is very good. I contacted Envirovent and Richard Evans came to look at the issues. Richard was extremely helpful and professional and made a further two visits. This was really down to me being worried that I would have units installed and no improvement would be made. I need not have worried because once the units were installed things started to improve. No more musty smells and mouldy walls or condensation on my windows. I had a much better extractor fan installed in the bathroom and a unit fitted in the dining room. The installation was done without any mess and was all completed by one engineer who was very polite and professional. I cannot recommend Richard and his team highly enough. They have changed my flat into a safe and healthy environment.

I would highly recommend Envirovent. We had an ongoing condensation issue in our flat, which has been resolved since having the Envirovent wall unit and extractor fan installed. The company have been great to deal with!
