I contacted Grant from Envirovent and he visited the house to check the issues we were having. He very clearly explained why our mould issue was happening and suggested the loft eco-vent system and an extractor fan for the bathroom. Since being fitted our mould problem has vanished. An amazing system and great value for money.

We tried everything to stop the streaming windows over the cold winter months, this also created mould around the windows and on the ceiling above. We had new double glazing but that didn't help, we tried a dehumidifier but that didn't solve it. We were actually considering moving house as it was causing us such misery, I then stumbled across Envirovent and its whole house ventilation system - I was initially apprehensive due to the cost but it was worth every penny. Within 48 hrs of installation the problem was solved. We do still get a minimal amount of condensation on the chilliest of mornings but it's nothing compared with the dripping wet towel that I used to ring out in the bath after wiping our windows in the morning, no sign of any mould since either. If you are at your wits end with condensation/mould then I highly recommend the whole house ventilation system from Envirovent.

We were having black mound problems in the children's bedrooms upstairs, We were constantly redecorating, tried mould paint, washing the walls etc etc, tried everything but the mound still kept coming back. We contacted Grant at EnviroVent Guildford who discussed the problems in clear English so we understood and also discussed the potential solution to the problems. We had the 'Mr Venty ECO2 Loft' along side a extractor fan in the upstairs toilet (which had zero ventilation). Since the installation we have had zero mould on the walls and zero condensation on all windows. Highly recommended solutions !

We got in touch with Envirovent after paying for an independent survey to look at the damp problems we were having. Grant Amos provided us with an excellent, no pressure service and as a result we had a Mr Venty installed and two cyclone extractors in the bathrooms. The condensation disappeared overnight and the damp patches have receded over time. We are thrilled with the result. The extractors in the bathrooms mean that the mirrors are clear even after a shower. Unfortunately we have had to have one of the cyclones replaced twice, a result, I understand of a faulty batch. I was a little disappointed with the slow response from head office, particularly as the first fault happened so quickly after the fan was installed, but Grant very quickly stepped in to help resolve the problem. In spite of this I would (and have) recommended Envirovent.

This has completely cured our condensation and mould problems. Envirovent is an amazing product perfect for curing damp and mould problems. I have no hesitation in recommending it. Grant is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and informative. The fitter was on time, very helpful and so tidy I had no cleaning up to do. As I have a respiratory illness which requires permanent oxygen, when I found damp and black mould in the flat I needed a reliable solution. The first firm I approached must have thought I would be easy to "con" and suggested I had lots of building work done. I sent them on their way and it was such a relief to meet someone of Grant's standard. I have a wall unit and two extractor fans . The result has been a total success and I have recommended them to others.

We live in a damp 1930s house, where stuff in the attic, cupboards, bathroom always became mouldy. The system that Envirovent installed in 2015 is a miracle in terms of solving the problem, and Grant's installer was fast, efficient and happy to explain the (very simple) system and answer our questions. One year after fitting the system, every single wardrobe, cupboard and wall is mould free and the bathroom ceiling barely gets any mould developing. Even the attic is cured! I would use envirovent again, most definitely, and can recommend them and their system. More expensive upfront than buying a dehumidifer, but incomparably better at preventing damp, and also quieter, more convenient and cheaper in the long run.

I had a condensation and mould issue in most of the rooms in the house. I searched the internet for possible solutions and came across Envirovent. After a very positive conversation with Grant Amos he came to do a site survey. He was professional, very knowledgeable and managed to answer all of my questions in simple terms that I could understand. The order process was straight forward. The installer arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. Following the installation we noticed an immediate reduction in the condensation and mould. Envirovent is an amazing product. It does exactly as it says 'on the tin' and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

The house in question is my Mum's, she is 98 and disabled having suffered a stroke. She has a live in carer. As a result of her circumstances the doors and windows are usually closed and there was a lot of internal condensation from washing and the dreaded ironing and and indoor clothes drying. Over a few years this developed into large areas of black mould which caused health concerns. Builders came and carried out "improvements" but changed nothing. I took a chance on the Mr Venty product because I was running out of ideas. Its price was far below the cost of the building work I had already paid for. Suffice to say that within a couple of days we could see the improvement, (I have placed Relative Humidity monitors in the house), with RH falling from 75% to the high 50's. These days it stays in the mid 50's unless the outside weather is very damp. The house is free of mould now.

Grant provided a clear and reasonable quote for an extractor fan for the bathroom. The work was completed shortly afterwards but the finish wasn't satisfactory (I blame the Christmas period as the fitter seemed in a hurry to finish the work). The bathroom light was also broken accidentally. When I raised this with Grant, he immediately organised for the fitter to return and rectify the problem as well as giving me some money off for the cost of replacing the lamp. I was much happier with the finish after that. I am really pleased with the fan and it has certainly helped keep mould at bay in the bathroom and I would use the company again.

Prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional, from the initial survey by Grant to the final installation by Julius and his team. The work in three flats was completed in one day and to a satisfactory finish. Work was carried out in January 2016 and I have had no complaints from my tenants regarding damp since then. EnviroVent's engineer came to survey our en suite which had a condensation problem after the installation of a stronger shower. He advised the fitting of the company's fan which we accepted and the installer did a very good job. This is clearly a strong extractor fan but in spite of this the problem still arose on occasions when the weather was cold. The engineer returned and did a thorough inspection. He found that there was no loft insulation over the en suite and that possibly the heating in the en suite was insufficient. We have dealt with the insulation and are awaiting the fitting of a further heater.
