EnviroVent Limited

After several years of putting up with condensation on all our bungalows windows and musty odors, worse in the winter months, and despite using a dehumidifier with limited success we still ended up wiping condensation from the windows. I knew a friend, who had had similar problems, had an Envirovent solution installed and he assured us that his expectations were exceeded so we decided to search the internet for more information about Envirovent. We read the claims made about the Envirovent system with some skepticism, after all if a dehumidifier did not cure the problem how could Envirovent. We arranged for a survey of our property and were encouraged by the professionalism and knowledge of the product shown by Oliver the surveyor. We had drawn up a list of "How does it do that" questions and he answered them all to our satisfaction so we decided to proceed with the purchase of Envirovent. The installation was completed in under two hours and every care was taken by the engineer to respect our property, he was friendly, polite and briefed us on what the installation entailed. On completion the engineer explained how to operate the simple remote control and dealt with any questions we posed. I am pleased to state that despite a brief period of cold weather the Envirovent unit has worked from day one, we have not had to wipe condensation from any windows and fusty smells have gone. An added bonus is that keeping the windows closed has made the house warmer.

The warranty had expired on our Cyclone 7 extractor fan so we had a replacement cartridge and impeller fitted including new 5 years parts & labour warranty. We were impressed with how all the servicing and repair takes place in an instant by simply exchanging the plug out/plug in central cartridge. The old one can then be returned to the factory to be recycled or reworked. We were impressed with the efficient service and excellent communication that we received from the EnviroVent Domestic Ventilation Specialist. The Cyclone 7 extractor fan is an excellent product at controlling humidity levels quietly and efficiently in our rental properties.

We have had in our house problems with condensation on our upstairs windows despite new windows and using dehumidifiers. After an internet search of the issue which we thought was humidity, we researched Envirovent and made a call to the company. Their representative Ollie visited, on time, very presentable and after some note-taking took a humidity reading of the house. The temperature inside is too warm with nowhere for the air to escape. His proposal was received next day, broken down, with 2 options and costings. We took option 1, getting a ventilation unit fitted into the upstairs landing ceiling and also one in the bathroom. We had two payment options, easy to use and paid 50% deposit. The fitter Mikey, arrived on time, again very presentable, sociable and completed the job to spec in 3 hours. No mess was left, the bathroom cleaned as was the landing and he did a show and tell of how to use the units (although they are always on and shouldn't need amending). The second half of payment was made via a secure payment link. We have seen no condensation (Winter is to come though) and the bathroom unit comes on immediately when the shower comes on to extract the hot air. The landing unit you can tell is working but is exceptionally quiet. I would have no hesitation recommending Envirovent.

Having over insulated our home, we started to suffer damp and mould in several of our rooms. A friends property had a ventilation system in its loft which seemed to keep the air in their property fresh and mold free, we therefore decided to do some research and came across Mr Venty of EnviroVent South West Devon. Charlie called and did his survey and made some suggestions, which we took him up on, had the system installed. That was 5 years ago. We have been so pleased with the outcome. We had been cleaning mold and damp from our walls on an almost weekly basis, but no more. And just to make sure the property stays in the same good order, we have just a few days ago had the Enhanced Service of our EnviroVent Mr Venty PIV unit, to extend our warrant a further 5 years. The installer/fitter (Ezra) did his usual excellent job. Thank you to all the team.

Bought two cyclone 7 fans from Richard. At first we didn't think they were working, but they were, they were just so quiet. They adjust themselves to remove steam. Excellent fans and good service from Richard.

Really professional from survey and quoting from salesperson to communication from customer support team and then finally fitting. Left no mess and explained everything throughout. Can't comment on the benefits of the system as yet as only been 4 days but no condensation on windows in that time.

My flat was in need of ventilation and I thoroughly researched several companies before I chose EnviroVent. Perry reviewed the flat, spoke to me about my needs, explained the details of what happens with humidity, condensation and the rest, explained the solutions and always made sure that everything fitted within my needs without forcing anything on me. A few laters a couple of professionals installed my ventilation and any building or decoration professional or friend that has come over since has agreed the work was done in the most professional and effective way. It is interesting how most things are taken for granted in a house but the ventilation work did make its positive mark and still attracts the eye, peer admiration as well as envy. I don't really think about recommending EnviroVent. Their work forces every single person who comes across it in my house to ask who did it but also scares away cowboys and keeps in those who finally can understand, without my thorough explanation, that I am after quality and effectiveness.

I had been trying to get someone to fix the broken ventilation unit in my property for some time without success. Then along came Grahame from Envirovent and it was problem solved. He fitted a new unit and was able to adapt the existing outlets thereby causing no further knocking around. I am delighted to have everything working well again, and all at a better price than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them.

Three weeks after having a cyclone fan installed in the bathroom and a Mr Venty eco loft system fitted i am starting to feel the benefit. Having suffered with asthma for a number of years mornings were always a struggle. The small amount of damp/condensation that we had forming on one external wall has disappeared, the whole house feels better and the whole family are feeling the benefits of cleaner fresher air. The survey took 20 minutes and installation of both items a couple of hours. I have and will continue to recommend .

The service from Ian Puttock and his team was excellent, Highly satisfied with the unit that was installed and would highly recommend one. It works as advertised and we have had no mound/condensation in are house since it was fitted.

I am so pleased with the envirovent, I purchases a very old stone cottage and had black damp in almost every room, the previous owners had spent a fortune trying to solve it, I approached enviro vent and thought it was worth a shot and I am so pleased all traces disappeared every room, I would recommend them to any one.

Perry came to visit our property and assessed our current situation and recommended three types of products required for all 3 rooms. Following the installation, the effect was immediate. The PIV circulates clean air throughout the house. The house feels and smells so much cleaner. The extractor installed in the bathroom and toilet works wonders. We were amazed by the immediate change. These products do exactly what they are designed to do. The installation engineer was very professional, clean and tidy and got on with the install. Envirovent provided an excellent product (Venty) which has solved the problem of condensation and mouldy walls in our tenanted one bedroom flat. The initial survey identified a method of fitting the fan unit and pipe behind a wardrobe . The fitting was arranged around other work and when the old electrical wiring was found to be inappropriate an electrician was called who went on to rewire the whole flat. The tenants are pleased to be living in a better environment and we are hoping that when they leave there will less decorating .

The person arrived on time and completed the job and even suggested a better place to fit the unit. When he left I discovered that the cord to the bathroom fan was too long, the aftercare was fantastic managed to speak with someone straight away and it was resolved within days. Since having unit fitted I have saved a lot of money on re-painting and trying to sort the issues, my only regret is that I wish I had the unit fitted sooner as their is no mold/damp or smell anymore. If you have mold or damp issues I would and have recommended to friends and family it is worth every penny. I did a lot of research before hand and thankfully I chose the right company.

We have had our system for about two years, consisting of a loft based unit and two humidistat fans. All the condensation and mold issues we had in the bedrooms are removed by the system. Recently a noise issue became apparent with one of the humidistat fans and mold began to reappear in the bathroom it was installed in. Graham attended promptly, diagnosed the problem and repaired it with the space of about 20 minutes. Noise has gone, mould cleaned off and has not appeared subsequently. We have always had prompt and effective service, I recommend both the company and the products.

EnviroVent was recommended to us by a first class major contractor as the highest quality, most reliable firm who have always looked after their clients. Iain came within 2 days from our first call to diagnose our problem...and found new problems in the ceiling duct-work we did not know we had but which explained a lot! He then came back super-soon because our in-laws were arriving...and not only fixed the original problem, but ALL the newly discovered ceiling duct-work problems as well! And his invoice was less than the original quotation...how is that for integrity! Would recommend to anyone!
