Few months back, we contacted Mr Ian Puttock for resolving our persistent condensation problems. After a quick survey of our home, Ian suggested installation of Venty ECO2 Loft from EnviroVent to resolve our problem. The impressive part of this recommendation was this was based on our needs rather than solely on price, which highlights Ian's thorough knowledge and professionalism. The Engineer who installed this system was also very professional, courteous and completed the job with minimum disruption to us. After implementation of this solution, we are very pleased that we no longer have streaming windows and condensation issues in our home. Very thankful to Ian and EnviroVent team for all of their time and efforts in resolving our condensation problems. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any of our future needs.

We needed 3 ventilation units fitted and the team were excellent. I expected it to take forever but both days it was done in just a couple of hours. After years of suffering heavy condensation and after researching our options we decided to have installed a full house Mr Venty system together with Cyclone units in our bathroom and shower room. We have just come through our first winter after the installation. No more waking up to streaming condensation down the windows and the days of black mold growth in the window corners is a thing of the past. Alan was exceptionally professional, polite and approachable throughout. We would highly recommend Alan and Envirovent to others.

JP and Si came to fit a Mr Venty loft system and an extractor fan for the bathroom. They also earthed my gas and water supply. They did a thoroughly professional job, cleaned up after themselves and explained what they were doing and how to use they products. Originally it was estimated to take all day , but only took half a day.

Very happy with the service provided, from the initial survey in which our damp/condensation problem was diagnosed through to the instillation of the Mr Venty in the loft and a bathroom extractor fan. Both were fitted with the minimum of disruption and mess. Since fitting we have had no damp or condensation.

I found enviroVent on trust a trader due to receiving two quotes for a damp proofing course - both giving different descriptions of the work which needs completing (neither of these tradesmen where from the website). I quickly received an email from a Alan who was happy to come and look at my property. Upon inspection he told me that nothing needs doing it just needs re-decorating. James from Envirovent visited our home to carry out a survey and to explain how their system worked. This was very informative and there was no sales pressure. We decided to go ahead a few days later and arranged an installation date. Installation was trouble free with no mess and took less than two hours. The technician was on time and was pleasant and polite. The system is totally silent and we have seen no more condensation on our windows from the morning after fitting, even after very cold nights. We bought a cheap hygrometer before installation and we have seen a significant reduction in humidity throughout the house. We are delighted with the results and we are confident that the black mould that we have now removed, will not return. I would definitely recommend this company.

Perry came to assess my property and why we were getting condensation. Solution was straight forward and involved three new extractor fans being fitted. We had suffered with black mould and condensation in the corners and ceilings of our bedrooms. Found Envirovent on line, arranged a visit and decided loft air mover best solution.It was fitted in less than an hour, very pleasant engineer who knew his product and explained everything well. Now 12 months later with weather very cold at times, no more black mould, musty smell gone, no condensation. Cannot recommend Envirovent highly enough.
