Iain did a great job. He had some subcontractors do part of the job, they left and he wasn’t happy with the work so he got them back that day to sort it. Iain also did other work for us to a high standard. The bottom line is that Iain is professional and cares about his work, he takes pride in doing a good job and that’s great.

We were having recurring damp and black mould issues in a 3 bed end terraced rental property, and the tenant had tried various different cleaning and chemical treatments, as well as leaving windows open/vented, but nothing solved the problem. Despite my initial scepticism about just how effective the EnviroVent system would actually be, I decided to bite the bullet and have it installed as a last resort. James claimed that it would be a revelation to me, and would clear all the mould issues we were experiencing, which I thought was a typical 'sales pitch'! Having had the system for around a year now, I can honestly say that James was 100% correct, and the system has done everything he claimed. There has been no more damp or mould issues, and the property now provides a quality of environment that the tenant is delighted with. Should I ever find that any of my other rental properties are experiencing signs of condensation, I would definitely contact James and EnviroVent again in the future.

I had a complaint from a tenant about damp problems in their property. After trying various potential remedies with no success, I contacted EnviroVent. James went to the property, did a survey & report F.O.C. I authorised James to fit his products which he did & now the damp problem has been resolved. A friendly, professional service with honest opinions & advice. The work was done efficiently with no mess. Tenants were very happy with the install team & delighted with the ongoing results. Since this, I have been back to James & had another unit fitted in another property which had similar problems. Same service & results. If you have problems with damp, James & the EnviroVent Team could well be the professionals you need!

We had issued with condensation which we really wanted to cure. We contacted Charlie who visited the property and gave us a free, whole house, no obligation report and recommendation. We took the recommendation of the installation of a Mr Venty loft unit. An installation date was promptly arranged for within the coming 2 weeks. The installer (Ezra) fitted the unit and did a neat and tidy job. The unit has been running for less than a week and you can feel the improvement in the air quality already. An excellent service from start to finish and a long 5 year warranty gives added peace of mind as well as demonstrating confidence in the quality of the product.

Ian, the surveyor, kindly answered all my questions re: the most suitable whole house ventilation system for the problem of condensation in my small house. I therefore chose the ECO2 unit. It was neatly and strategically installed inside the boiler cupboard in the bedroom, venting into the hallway centrally located in the house. It's been an excellent choice. Straightaway, it reduced both the amount of condensation and the time it lingers, after cooking for example, whilst the air now feels lighter throughout the whole house. Additionally, I'd been concerned the unit might be intrusively noisy. I was reassured when Ian actually showed me a sample unit allowing me to hear noise levels. I was impressed. The final hurdle was my concern that in winter the cold air filtered and blown in from outside might not be good for my arthritis. However, the air is heated before being vented in the house and can be moderated. I have had the unit for nearly two weeks and already I feel more secure and confident about facing winter in my home, the time of year when condensation becomes a serious issue.

I have to thank Iain for his services in surveying, recommending and then installing the MEV Spider at my home. The unit is working great, and I can definitely see the value in my investment because after a bath/shower the moisture in the air is clearing very quickly - from all 3 bathrooms. The installation happened mid-way through a loft conversion and Iain came back a couple of times for final installation and commissioning, I am very grateful for his patience. I recommend this product and service.

We had a major condensation issue in a 3 bed, 2 bath detached house which we couldn't resolve after attempting many different solutions. Martin visited and explained how their solution worked in a clear and simple manner. After consideration, we decided to go ahead. We had a Mr Venty ECO2 Loft mounted unit with heater installed to provide a whole house ventilation system. We also had a Cyclone7 230v Centrifugal extractor fan installed in our bathroom. The installation engineers were excellent and the work was clean and tidy. There was an immediate change in the level of condensation in the air and we no longer have the issue of water pooling on our window sills. I would highly recommend this product and company for others in a similar situation.

In one of our flats we had black mould in several rooms. The installation of an Envirovent fan in the bathroom, quickly reduced and then eliminated the mould and associated condensation from the bath and shower. Would definitely recommend this as a solution to this problem. The overall service was excellent, from initial contact with Mike, to survey, quotation and fan installation all meetings and work on time and to schedule. We have no window in our bathroom, and our flat has previously had damp problems. Envirovent were very helpful and informative, and fitted an extractor fan that works. The engineer was great, helpful and knowledgeable, and on the day when we discovered that some of the wiring in our bathroom was faulty, he remedied this to ensure that the extractor fan worked correctly.
