Matthew Mazzucchi was very helpful and demonstrated the system and answered all my questions concerning the installation. He organised additional workmen such as the roofer and electrician. Informed of installation date well in advance, and the installation man arrived early and on time. No mess was left behind. The system is quiet and seems to be working well. The air is fresher and the windows are dry. We had an extractor fan installed in the kitchen, and has made a huge difference when cooking vegetables. The walls are no longer soaking wet. I highly recommend Matthew and EnviroVent.

We are a 2-bed ground floor flat and had the most horrendous condensation problem. We had water running down the bedroom walls at times, mold spores and ruined clothes, bedding and the flat smelt musty. EnviroVent came and did a survey and gave us the advice and demonstrated the ATMOS passive unit and A Cyclone7 extractor for the bathroom. We couldn't believe that this unit would actually work, but with the money back guarantee offered we went ahead. The results are fantastic we have no more condensation, the air is fresh, no more mold on the ceilings its brilliant. The installation was very efficient and the chaps were clean and tidy. Worth every penny. We would highly recommend.

The man from Envirovent suggested we needed a new replacement fan in the bathroom as the existing one was not efficient enough. I also requested 2 non mechanical air vents to be placed in the property. Envirovent did exactly what I asked for which has improved the air quality and fixed the problem. This was all at a fair price and the workmanship was good and they hoovered up any dust from the work. I would use them again.

As we have an "L" shaped hall we had a "Dual" whole house ventilation system fitted. From the initial survey to installation, Envirovent did an excellent job. The installation was superb. Although ceiling holes had to be made the installer left our home spotless. You forget this system is actually there fairly quickly but make no mistake, the condensation problem has gone! Very pleased.

I think like most people I am skeptical when companies tell you this that and the other. But in the case of the Envirovent team and product that skepticism was unfounded. After trying to solve damp issues for over 3 years, including having vents fitted in all windows, re plastering and humidifier running 12hrs a day. Contacted Jamie who came out explained the system and gave a price, arranged to have fitted, fitter came and installed, no fuss as arranged. Next morning got up to no more condensation on windows and doors, within a week the ceilings and corners of rooms had dried up, no problems since installed, thanks James. only wished we had known earlier about the product.

I contacted this company as my maisonette apartment was experiencing high humidity levels, with the resulting mould and condensation on the windows and frames. two extracts and a Positive air supply unit were advised. This was quoted at a reasonable cost. the installing engineer arrived at the appointed time on the due date. he carried out a survey prior to installing the equipment. I had already had two roof vents installed prior to there visit. the electrical installation was tested after installation. there was very little upheaval or mess. the engineer was very professional and polite. after six months of operation during the winter months , we have had no mould or any condensation on any surfaces within our apartment. the installation does exactly what Envirovent say it would do. I am well satisfied.

This is our second time using James to install a vent in our home. The first time was a 1900 terrace with lots of damp/condensation issues and the difference it made was incredible. No more damp patches or mold, it took the damp out of the air so we didn’t spend as much on heating and my husband's issues with his breathing went away. This time a 1970’s terrace with an open staircase to the living room. The condensation in the winter was terrible, it made all the paint peal around the windows and would pour down the windows. We had a baby and as soon as there were issues in his room I made it a priority to get a vent fitted knowing how good they were. I had been considering having this loft ventilation product for a couple of years. I researched this online and decided that this company would be good and I have not been disappointed. The problem in our house related to condensation, particularly in the master bedroom which has patio doors installed. On decorating, we discovered that mould had developed on the back of some pieces of furniture. Knowing that this can cause big problems with health, I decided to make a decision and book the survey. This was easily arranged and Ian Puttock duly arrived at the exact time booked to carry this out. I ordered the product and it was installed within a few weeks. Installation was quick and hassle free. The system works brilliantly! It is silent and unobtrusive. There have been several very cold nights recently and we have had no condensation on windows which used to be running with water. I highly recommend this company.

We had a cyclone 7 installed in our bathroom. Quotation - quick and straight forward, emailed that day. Installation - Engineer arrived on time, very polite and courteous. Competed the installation, with no mess, demonstrated the unit and showed how to clean the unit yearly. Very pleased with the unit the quality and the installation.

Our house had a serious problem with mould and condensation which we hadn’t been able to resolve despite trying all the usual suggestions. We had an atmos unit fitted in our loft and the cyclone in the bathroom. The air in our house felt fresher immediately but not cold, which I was worried about. Had a bit of which i thought was condensation (Calogero) came the same day, on inspection of the flat he recommended to open the windows and to heat the flat more as the readings were good. answering all my question, I would recommend this company they were very professional with all the findings. We had had a background damp problem since moving into our bungalow 7 years ago, with mildew in the corners and some black mould, then when the heating went off this spring we noticed it had got a lot worse as paint was peeling off the walls in and adjacent to the bathroom, the door and door jam swelled up and a nearby wall cupboard filled with mildew & smelt like a cave. We had it inspected by a damp specialist and were told that the bathroom fan was no longer working and condensation had migrated to all the cold surfaces. An Envirovent cyclonic fan was recommended but the price quoted for installation seemed excessive so we went directly to Envirovent. While they were surveying for the fan, the Atmos home ventilation system was mentioned and that seemed like an ideal partner to the fan, to counteract the mildew in the outlying rooms, so we ordered them both. They were installed very quickly and efficiently, all mess cleared up and the price of the fan was half what the other firm had quoted, so we were very pleased. The equipment has only been in place for a week so difficult to rate the outcome, but it's all working beautifully and we would give this trader the highest recommendation.

Had an existing ineffective MEV system replaced by Calogero. He was very competent and professional throughout the experience with a variety of products to suit my needs. His installer was able to offer different options, with their pros and cons, and this knowledge only comes with years of experience. The quality of the finish and workmanship was excellent. The new system has greatly improved the condensation issue in our bathrooms with my only regret not getting them in sooner.

We had a Mr Venty ECO2 wall unit installed in the lounge and a Cyclone 7 extractor fan installed in the bathroom. Since it’s installation nearly 3 months ago we have seen considerable improvements. I would defiantly recommend these to another who might have similar issues with damp and mould. Very happy with the company, specialist and engineer who installed the systems. Great job.

We have used this company on a number of occasions. The ventilation system is great for en-suites, particularly in houses of multiple occupation. Fire doors have to remain closed so air circulation isn't always great and this just means that each room is receiving good ventilation all day every day. They always turn up at the time agreed or will at least give us a call on their way so that we can get to the address to meet them in time.

The engineer was very polite, the job was top notch, even though we were moving into spring, so had a limited time frame to see it in full action, the problems we had with condensation and mould growth look to have been eliminated.

Workman arrived on time and installation was carried out efficiently. He discovered the light fitting he was working beside had perished wiring so he rewired it after asking my permission to do so. I expected an extra charge for this but was pleased to hear that no extra was levied. As it was a summer installation, we will not really know how effective the loft vent it is until winter but the bathroom extractor clears the bathroom in record time. Very pleased with the service received.

I contacted Enviroment because I had a serious condensation problem in my bedrooms. Following a very professional survey a loft mounted solution was advised. The fitting of the unit was carried out professionally and with no mess at all. Within 24 hours of the unit being installed the condensation problem was removed, and to this day the bedrooms are condensation free. I would definitely recommend this company.

In our new house we carried out a Radon test and the results were that the detected level of Radon was slightly about the recommended safe level. We also had a slight issue with condensation. We therefore contacted Envirovent who came out and spoke to us about the issue and what solutions they could offer us. We contacted several other companies as well but Envirovent were the company that most impressed us. After the initial meeting they came out within a couple of weeks to fit the unit. On the day of the installation the work was all done very quickly and no mess was left. We are very impressed with the unit which is very quiet and there have been no signs of condensation since. We bought a flat last summer in Cardiff initially for our son to live in and didn’t realise there was any mould/condensation issues. As the Winter arrived so did the mould! I’ve been having condensation problems since moving into my bungalow six years ago and thought the problem was something I would have to live with. However, after having new windows and a new roof, I believed maybe the problem could be solved. But no. In fact, the problem got worse. After contacting Ian Puttock from Envirovent, my worries about damp patches have been assuaged. Extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and professional from the survey to installation, the team from Envirovent are the team to trust. No pushy salespeople; just genuine advice. Although it is early days, I have seen a dramatic change already. The Atmos Loft mounted unit and Cyclone extraction fan seem to be doing a great job. I’ll probably see more evidence of the impact later in the year.

The engineer fitted the Atmos Ventilation System plus the Cyclone 7 extractors in both the bathroom and kitchen very professionally and cleanly. After only 4 days with the system running there was a noticeable reduction in condensation and air freshness. The bathroom extractor exceeded my expectations. Overall I consider the system works exceptionally well and would recommend it

I live in a rural bungalow which has suffered with condensation, mould and damp since we purchased it 7 years ago. Mould was so bad in our bedroom my husband and I had to move into the spare bedroom. The damp was such that I had to use an electric under blanket on our bed all year round. We have lived in the same house for the last 20 years, the house was originally two a two bedroom semi. 15 years ago we added a two story extension making it four a bed and spent money on upgrading the loft insulation. Mike Chajkin from EnviroVent did a very professional job that was well priced and, best of all, the problem is still fixed (with absolutely no issues) since then. Couldn't ask for more. Grahame was very efficient organising everything from the first enquiry I made. Installation was very professional and the technician was more than happy to answer my questions and show me what he was doing and explain why. The work was not rushed and he was keen to do a top job. The system made an immediate impact on our condensation problem and with a little adjustment we have seen significant improvements. The system we purchased uses the app to make adjustments and monitor the unit I have found this to be very clunky and not easy to use. Connecting to the house wifi is the main problem and the choice of options via the app is very limited. Otherwise we are very happy with the purchase.

I must admit I was sceptical about whether this system would work, the condensation problem in my house was so bad, not just running windows but mould on walls and even on furniture meant I had to do something. Charlie turned up on time and explained the system without hard sell, an appointment was made by head office for the installation which was carried out quickly and efficiently. The Envirovent PIV unit has been installed in a flat I rent out for over two years. Previously there were persistent problems with black mould. The unit, together with an Envirovent Cyclone fan in the bathroom, prevented the condensation and the mould just disappeared. The filter needed replacing and Graham turned up on the dot, replaced it and adjusted the unit to make it even more efficient. It took about 20 minutes and there was no mess at all.

On completion the engineer explained how to operate the simple remote control and dealt with any questions we posed. I am pleased to state that despite a brief period of cold weather the Envirovent unit has worked from day one, we have not had to wipe condensation from any windows and fusty smells have gone. An added bonus is that keeping the windows closed has made the house warmer.

The warranty had expired on our Cyclone 7 extractor fan so we had a replacement cartridge and impeller fitted including new 5 years parts & labour warranty. We were impressed with how all the servicing and repair takes place in an instant by simply exchanging the plug out/plug in central cartridge. The old one can then be returned to the factory to be recycled or reworked. We were impressed with the efficient service and excellent communication that we received from the EnviroVent Domestic Ventilation Specialist. The Cyclone 7 extractor fan is an excellent product at controlling humidity levels quietly and efficiently in our rental properties.

We have had in our house problems with condensation on our upstairs windows despite new windows and using dehumidifiers. After an internet search of the issue which we thought was humidity, we researched Envirovent and made a call to the company. Their representative Ollie visited, on time, very presentable and after some note-taking took a humidity reading of the house. The temperature inside is too warm with nowhere for the air to escape. His proposal was received next day, broken down, with 2 options and costings. We took option 1, getting a ventilation unit fitted into the upstairs landing ceiling and also one in the bathroom. We had two payment options, easy to use and paid 50% deposit. The fitter Mikey, arrived on time, again very presentable, sociable and completed the job to spec in 3 hours. No mess was left, the bathroom cleaned as was the landing and he did a show and tell of how to use the units (although they are always on and shouldn't need amending). The second half of payment was made via a secure payment link. We have seen no condensation (Winter is to come though) and the bathroom unit comes on immediately when the shower comes on to extract the hot air. The landing unit you can tell is working but is exceptionally quiet. I would have no hesitation recommending Envirovent.

Having over insulated our home, we started to suffer damp and mould in several of our rooms. Bought two cyclone 7 fans from Richard. At first we didn't think they were working, but they were, they were just so quiet. They adjust themselves to remove steam. Excellent fans and good service from Richard.

Really professional from survey and quoting from salesperson to communication from customer support team and then finally fitting. Left no mess and explained everything throughout. Can't comment on the benefits of the system as yet as only been 4 days but no condensation on windows in that time.

My flat was in need of ventilation and I thoroughly researched several companies before I chose EnviroVent. Perry reviewed the flat, spoke to me about my needs, explained the details of what happens with humidity, condensation and the rest, explained the solutions and always made sure that everything fitted within my needs without forcing anything on me. A few laters a couple of professionals installed my ventilation and any building or decoration professional or friend that has come over since has agreed the work was done in the most professional and effective way. It is interesting how most things are taken for granted in a house but the ventilation work did make its positive mark and still attracts the eye, peer admiration as well as envy. I don't really think about recommending EnviroVent. Their work forces every single person who comes across it in my house to ask who did it but also scares away cowboys and keeps in those who finally can understand, without my thorough explanation, that I am after quality and effectiveness.

I had been trying to get someone to fix the broken ventilation unit in my property for some time without success. Then along came Grahame from Envirovent and it was problem solved. He fitted a new unit and was able to adapt the existing outlets thereby causing no further knocking around. Three weeks after having a cyclone fan installed in the bathroom and a Mr Venty eco loft system fitted i am starting to feel the benefit. Having suffered with asthma for a number of years mornings were always a struggle. The small amount of damp/condensation that we had forming on one external wall has disappeared, the whole house feels better and the whole family are feeling the benefits of cleaner fresher air. Envirovent provided an excellent product (Venty) which has solved the problem of condensation and mouldy walls in our tenanted one bedroom flat. The initial survey identified a method of fitting the fan unit and pipe behind a wardrobe . The fitting was arranged around other work and when the old electrical wiring was found to be inappropriate an electrician was called who went on to rewire the whole flat. The tenants are pleased to be living in a better environment and we are hoping that when they leave there will less decorating .

The person arrived on time and completed the job and even suggested a better place to fit the unit. When he left I discovered that the cord to the bathroom fan was too long, the aftercare was fantastic managed to speak with someone straight away and it was resolved within days. Since having unit fitted I have saved a lot of money on re-painting and trying to sort the issues, my only regret is that I wish I had the unit fitted sooner as their is no mold/damp or smell anymore. If you have mold or damp issues I would and have recommended to friends and family it is worth every penny. I did a lot of research before hand and thankfully I chose the right company.

We have had our system for about two years, consisting of a loft based unit and two humidistat fans. All the condensation and mold issues we had in the bedrooms are removed by the system. Recently a noise issue became apparent with one of the humidistat fans and mold began to reappear in the bathroom it was installed in. Graham attended promptly, diagnosed the problem and repaired it with the space of about 20 minutes. Noise has gone, mould cleaned off and has not appeared subsequently. We have always had prompt and effective service, I recommend both the company and the products.

EnviroVent was recommended to us by a first class major contractor as the highest quality, most reliable firm who have always looked after their clients. Iain came within 2 days from our first call to diagnose our problem...and found new problems in the ceiling duct-work we did not know we had but which explained a lot! He then came back super-soon because our in-laws were arriving...and not only fixed the original problem, but ALL the newly discovered ceiling duct-work problems as well! And his invoice was less than the original quotation...how is that for integrity! Would recommend to anyone!

Had bad black mold issue in back bedrooms. From 1st consultation to finish, great service. Iain looked carefully at how to resolve the issue and product suggested was Mr Venty ECO2 Wall ventilation unit which was shown so had a idea of the size and worked involved. As soon as I said yes, appointment date was given approximately 1 month later. Follow up to confirm appointment was given. On the day of installation, a review was made which in the end saved me money. Iain also looked at other problem areas that were not part of the job i.e. bathroom extractor and looked at getting more from it. Very tentative and clean workers. I've added 4 stars for value for money as it's only just been installed. I do hope it will be and in anticipation of this being the case, give 4 stars!

We have had the loft based ' Mr Venty' , a Cyclone bathroom and kitchen units fitted for nearly three years now. The condensation and mould that we used to have are completely gone and the air in the house is much fresher . Just recently we had a problem with the bathroom unit, I reported this and they came out and fitted a brand new cartridge to the fan unit. All done in about 20 minutes. Very pleased with the initial installation and the very competent after sales service. I would highly recommend this company.

I found EnviroVent very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Despite me having to cancel a couple of appointments due to being unwell they were always courteous and flexible and happily re-arranged at times to suit me. The engineers who fitted the unit were polite and efficient, finishing the job in less time than quoted and doing a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I am very happy with my new unit and it has made a noticeable difference, for the better, to the air circulation in my flat. I would happily recommend EnviroVent to anyone.

We needed 3 ventilation units fitted and the team were excellent. I expected it to take forever but both days it was done in just a couple of hours. After years of suffering heavy condensation and after researching our options we decided to have installed a full house Mr Venty system together with Cyclone units in our bathroom and shower room. We have just come through our first winter after the installation. No more waking up to streaming condensation down the windows and the days of black mold growth in the window corners is a thing of the past. Very happy with the service provided, from the initial survey in which our damp/condensation problem was diagnosed through to the instillation of the Mr Venty in the loft and a bathroom extractor fan. Both were fitted with the minimum of disruption and mess. Since fitting we have had no damp or condensation.

I have had my envirovent system for nearly a year it really works like a dream mould what mould. I have recentlyhad a problem with my electric company blameing the vent system for high consumption Julian was great came quickly checked all the system and found to be working perfectly I have now found the problem to be a faulty meter. The customer service first class the system first class thankyou so much.

Perry came to assess my property and why we were getting condensation. Solution was straight forward and involved three new extractor fans being fitted. These were all fitted on a date and time to suit me with no mess to the rooms. Since fans have been fitted condensation problem has gone. Great service. Honest and trustworthy. We had suffered with black mould and condensation in the corners and ceilings of our bedrooms. Found Envirovent on line, arranged a visit and decided loft air mover best solution.It was fitted in less than an hour, very pleasant engineer who knew his product and explained everything well. Now 12 months later with weather very cold at times, no more black mould, musty smell gone, no condensation. Cannot recommend Envirovent highly enough.

Really happy with the product I have bought. My house has always felt stuffy and always had condensation on my windows. The loft unit works very well. The house feels a lot fresher and not had any condensation on the windows this entire winter. I didn't at any point feel pushed to by the products, and all done at a very reasonable price.
