Would highly recommend Evo Plumbing. My kitchen tap had been dripping slightly, then suddenly wouldn’t turn off at all, so had to result in turning off the mains supply. Called Evo, they were round within an hour, assessed the problem and were able to fit the new parts on the same day. Really helpful and will definitely call out again for other plumbing and heating needs.

Foul Water Drain Survey

Inspected 3 Inspection chambers each with 3 pipes (one central, one from left and one from right.) We were aware that one pipe did not have the correct backfill and, as expected, this was semi-blocked. There were 2 other pipes that would require jetting that were not precisely identified in their report. Now when we get another company to jet clean, they are going to have to do another camera survey before they can clean the pipes (a double cost for me since I can’t precisely tell them which ones are blocked) And I paid £216.00 for an incomplete report. He calls me 10 days later for payment and when I tried to bring this up with the surveyor, Harvey, he didn’t want to know. He just wanted his payment which I had already sent a cheque for. Service leaves a lot to be desired.

As a company, we are obviously upset that the customer feels this way. We are members of which trusted traders as we believe in all the values set by the trusted trader scheme and strive to abide by these values in every job we do. In this instance, we were initially called out to survey what the customer suspected was a collapsed drain, which was very quickly disproven. The CCTV survey we provided does contain precise details and recordings of all drain runs, including the blocked drain runs, so we are a little perplexed by what has been stated. When I did call the customer 2 weeks after job completion, as a polite reminder for payment, I was unaware of any ambiguity. I feel the negative feedback we have received isn't a true reflection of this job or our company as a whole. Please read our other feedback comments which, I feel, is a far more accurate portrayal of who we are.

The main drain from the kitchen was blocked, causing the waste to flow out over the garden. Called EVO and he was here in one hour! Nice friendly helpful approachable guy. Job done in about 20 minutes, and at a reasonable price.

Boiler not working - fixed straight away

Boiler failed on Thursday. Steve came on Friday and got it working again. He noticed that the pump was leaking. Promised to come back on Monday, which he did. Fitted a new pump, serviced the boiler and repressurised the system. Also showed us how to fix the condensate problem that he had identified. Very friendly and professional service. I would recommend this company unreservedly. Very prompt and timely communications which was much appreciated!

I had a blocked soil pipe running from the property, a distance of approx 50 yards to the front gate. Harvey cleared the blockage and all is now well. What I liked was that Harvey updated me when he could come to do the job and was spot on time arriving this morning. Many thanks, very pleased, I recommend Evo Plumbing Heating and Drainage.

I contacted Evo as I had an emergency problem with a drain outside my house. They came the same day (which was amazing!) and after using their sophisticated cameras they diagnosed the problems and fixed it on the first visit. So impressed and such nice guys who explained everything to me.

Steve replaced our central heating boiler in 2015 and carried out several associated jobs. He has serviced the boiler every year since then and has also carried out various other jobs i.e. replacing taps and small plumbing jobs. Steve is always extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. He always takes his shoes off when he comes in the house which I appreciate greatly especially when wet outside. I feel I can contact him at anytime when I have a task related to his area of expertise. I have passed his details on to my son and daughter and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has need of his services. I will continue to call on Steve whenever the need arises. It is a pleasure when he comes to call and even if a problem crops up he has a solution to offer. A thoroughly nice man who in my opinion knows exactly what he is doing. Long may our association with Evo Home Services Ltd continue.
