We wanted to change our boiler system to an unvented one, getting rid of a very antiquated water tank in the loft in the process. Adam gave impeccable advice in advance of the work and he and his team worked cleanly and efficiently to complete the work in a day and a half. We've sought out Adam before for other jobs and, while we would normally always seek a second or third opinion and quote, we never hesitate with Evolution: always our go-to unit and a great team of workers.

We hired Adam & team to replace a very old boiler and update our heating & plumbing in general. We have used Evolution before and so we were confident to leave everything to Adam - the plan and the purchases. He took care of everything for us and everything was done as agreed. The whole team are conscientious and polite. All jobs have been completed to a high standard. They cleared and took away all the resulting rubbish. Adam and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I got three quotes for the job - installing a new boiler and radiators and piping throughout a three-bedroom flat - and Evolution Plumbing and Heating were both the lowest quote and the company that inspired the most confidence that they knew their stuff and would be honest and easy to work with, so they were an easy job. Adam was helpful and clear with some questions about the type, size and placement of radiators in the days and weeks leading up to the installation date, with clear and prompt communication. The job took three days, with Adam and his team working quickly, efficiently and with care, always leaving things as tidy as possible, cleaning up really well at the end, and Adam took the time to explain the new boiler and its settings and care, as well as registering the boiler for me. They were very understanding and considerate when one day my children were ill and were kind enough to work around the room they were sleeping in. The work itself is of a really high standard and we are delighted with the outcome. Very highly recommended.

My 23year old central heating system died on Christmas Eve! An engineer was able to restart it the following week but warned the fix would not last. I went into Which? Trusted Traders to look for local companies and was impressed by the reviews connected to Adam and his Evolution Plumbing & Heating Company. I appreciated Adam's positive attitude as he explained everything in his quote and also discussed how to get round a problem with the pipes/flues exit area. Adam and Harrison arrived on time and got on with the job very quickly and efficiently. They left the place clean and tidy and on time. A week or so later I contacted them about a noisy water pipe and they came that day to adjust a valve in the new system. I would certainly use them again.

I wouldn’t ordinarily leave a review, but I felt compelled to do so given the outstanding service received from Adam. I was having an issue with my underfloor heating and Adam was able to help me out expeditiously and resolved the issue. I hasten to add that it was outside of normal working hours and yet he was very courteous and happy to help me. Issue all sorted. Outstanding service. Many thanks.

Adam from Evolution Plumbing and Heating assisted by Michael did a fabulous job of installing my new Megaflo Direct Unvented cylinder. Their work was carried out to the highest standard, and they were able to work around and solve any problems that arose. They were polite and considerate at all times and kept all disruption to a minimum. They explained what they were doing and went over the operating instructions when finished. Don’t waste your time looking for anyone else in South East London. These guys are easily the best.

We've used Adam for many years - he organised replacing our boiler - which involved removing the old one and putting the new one in a new location. He worked with us to agree on the plan and organised everything to get it done. Kept us informed of progress etc. Since then he has serviced the boiler and provided support when we've had the occasional issue. All very professional and friendly. Thanks Adam (and Harrison)!
