Probably the best review I’ve ever submitted on any company. After horrendous experiences with British Gas, which left me without heat or hot water for 12 days, MPH surveyed, quoted, procured, installed, tested and certified my new central heating system; from survey to completion in only five days, with installation by a full squad of professional tradesmen travelling from Kircaldy to Aberdeen, in just a day. A fast, professional, tidy job with a special shout out to the Heating Engineer in charge, Gregor and Neil who completed the survey and gave me confidence they could do the job on time and on budget. I’ll be recommending this business wherever I can. A great Company.

Ewan Snr and Laura provided a professional service from start to end. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and their team have fitted a boiler that we are delighted with - we're loving the warmth and the hot water. Ewan Jnr got back in touch first of all, and he too could not have been more helpful.

Delighted with experience, super fast and responsive. We had no hot water and they came out a few hours after calling on same day, we needed a new boiler which they came to install the very next day. Everything went smoothly and no issues. Great service. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys!

David Scott came to my flat and talked me through the types of boilers, what I could expect from them and the costs involved. I was very happy with his explanations and decided to go for a Navien NCB300 Combi 28kw boiler. I called David to say that I would like to go ahead and the boiler was fitted the same week. I was very impressed by Gregor Mackie and his coworker as they carried out the removal of my old boiler and installation of the new boiler in just a few hours. Two further colleagues turned up and fitted the Hive system and everything was explained to me in this respect as well. I had one question a couple of days later and Gregor called me and everything was sorted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MPH.

Searched for boiler replacement on-line and contacted MPH after receiving a rather high quote from another trader. Left an enquiry on the web site and received a phone call within the hour. Visit arranged and a survey by Ewan himself very shortly after. They said the replacement oil boiler would be installed outside rather than inside the kitchen and would be completed in one day, and so it was!!! I cannot fault any of the work done and each member of the team contributed. When the old flue was removed they’re was a large hole in the tiling , of of the team asked if I had any matching tiles and went on to replace the the broken ones. I really expected to have to get this done off my own back. Service or what? All in all, faultless and deserve my recommendation to any one else looking for this type of work done.

Fantastic job and really quick considering they removed the hot water tank and fitted a combi boiler. Men were friendly and polite.

I cannot fault Scott, who serviced my boiler promptly and without fuss. He also texted to inform of his imminent arrival, which was appreciated. My only issue with this company was that whoever arranged my service plan with me around 6 years ago was very unclear about what it included. For instance, having paid a significant additional charge when my boiler was installed; it was not made clear to me that I would not only be required to pay for each annual service of my boiler, but the periodic ‘flushing’ of the radiators. The extra money I paid in addition to the cost of the boiler apparently only covers the cost of replacement parts if needed. I wish I had been more alert to this at the time. That said, I believe this company is reliable and trustworthy. I simply encountered an inadequate salesperson at a time when I was at a particularly low ebb, so I feel equally to blame.

Just had yearly boiler service from Scott, excellent service fixed issue I was having , lovely guy who was punctual, kept me updated on when he would arrive. Thorough job and professional yet friendly service! Highly recommended 👌 Boiler was fitted last year guys that fitted the boiler were professional clean tidy workers. Worked hard, cleaned up any mess and did a brilliant job! Really nice guys too. No messing about here. Turned up on time, no delays. A real professional job from a real professional company. Chris did over see the project -got walls and ceilings removed - new boiler and kitchen installation - on time - cleaned up after them - everyone that came to the house were great - my mother is 79 and was a bit nervous getting the work done - Chris was brilliant- answered all our queries - Laura was on the other end of the phone for further help - couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Excellent service. The project planned with me and I had adequate information and the time to ask questions. The price quoted was bang on and there was no hard sell. The job was completed within the time frame and the men were very nice to deal with. Would have no hesitation in recommending these guys and would happily use them again.

Got booked in for my boiler service for the 8th the gentleman kept in touch to inform me when he would be at mine for the service. He arrived promptly was efficient and hard working getting the job done while being respectful was brilliant and had my boiler service done and was very friendly and helpful would highly recommend mph boilers service they put my boiler in a few years back they did an awesome job and cleaned up after them selves too and have serviced it every year cannot fault them at all.

The sales guy was very helpful in helping us choose the right boiler, he’s was a good laugh and plenty of banter. The boiler was organised and fitted within 2 days. A clean and tidy job by the installers. Arrived on time, completed the job in half a day. Wi-Fi control ( Hive ) was fitted also and excellent explanation on how to operate everything. We made the right choice of boiler as it’s very quiet just what we wanted We choose the Viesmann 100 and the right company MPH to install it. Yes definitely recommend MPH to anybody for installing boilers.

Used MPH to have new boiler installed ordered on Friday, installed on the Monday. Work was excellent very tidy and efficient. Tradesman was amazing provided comprehensive operating instructions. I would recommend MPH without hesitation.

We had a full refurb of our bathroom after a leak was found. The replacement wet wall, shower, flooring etc was all fitted to the highest of standard. Would definitely recommend.

My boiler broke down suddenly in the middle of the winter. My sister and her baby were visiting for the week so I needed a new boiler quickly to keep the flat warm. MPH installed it the next day. They did also a great job at cleaning the radiators.

Needed a new boiler - this company was recommended to me - their assessment was done within a few days and the price was competitive with several options being provided. Installation was about a week later and although they fitted the wrong controller, they realised their mistake and within 3/4 days sent the electrician back out to fit the correct controller - they never pressured me for final payment until the work was completed properly and I was satisfied- mistakes happen and it's important to know that this is a company that will put things right.

MPH fitted a replacement gas boiler. From initial consultation, through to fitting their service was excellent. We encountered a problem with the system immediately after installation, which despite being tricky to diagnose and caused by a leak in our hot water system, the engineers persisted and fixed our problem in a timely fashion with persistence and skill. If you need a replacement boiler in Scotland, I would seriously consider MPH.

I am 71 yrs of age and my boiler was condemned last Sunday. I contacted MPH on Monday and they came out the same day. My new boiler was fitted on Wednesday. The fitters were excellent and friendly, The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

The two MPH employees turned up 08:20am explained what they were going to do put carpet protector down and got on with the work replacing the Combi boiler and doing a power flush and in no time new system up and running nice warm house and hot water first class job and if no future faults then 10 stars would highly recommend MPH .

We needed a new combi boiler ASAP we got 3 quotes. We chose this company for the far lower cost than others and reviews. Fitters Thomas and Keith arrived the next day on time. They were very friendly, polite and, went about their business diligently. Clean and tidy tradesmen. As arranged the old boiler was picked up the following day. Very happy with service provided.

Was a pleasure dealing with this company from start to finish. The installers turned up on time and completed the work that day. Had to call on a Sunday a few weeks later as a leak appeared on the Magnacleanse and it was fixed within half an hour of me calling to report it. Would highly recommend this company 😁

Thomas and Tam provided an excellent service and completed the job to a top standard, never been so warm either. Would 100% recommend these guys again. They even took the time to rectify some plumbing and pipe work hodgepodge around the boiler that he accumulated over the years.

MPH have carried out my first service on my new boiler. The Tradesman was efficient, polite, and completed all paperwork for warranty and left the place clean and tidy. The service price was competitive.

The team that removed and installed our new bathroom were excellent. The were professional and diligent in the work carried out, even to last day they cleaned up any mess that they had created.
