The Excel team has transformed our kitchen and dining room from a dark, cold, unwelcoming space to a room in which we can enjoy spending time. The design, workmanship and quality of fittings is outstanding. Masterminded by Russell the work progressed quickly and efficiently. The team went on to update both elderly bathrooms and the cloakroom to the same high standard. We could not be more pleased.

Hi, my name is Jan and it’s a job where to start in saying how utterly satisfied both my husband and I are with our new home. Russell and his team have come up trumps from initially coming up with fantastic plans which were only slightly tweaked to overcoming having to completely demolish the property and start again. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and he has kept in mind that my husband has Alzheimer’s and designed things such as bathrooms accordingly to suit his future needs His after sales treatment also cannot be faulted with him and his team responding quickly to each question I have raised. I also need to mention that I asked for several changes and additions along the way and again nothing was too much trouble Russell and your team we cannot thank you enough.

The team at Excel are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The whole process was handled brilliantly from the design and consulting phase through project management and delivery. Each trade worked in a coordinated fashion. Russel and the guys were always helpful in helping with key decisions giving good advice and making sure we benefited from their experience whilst ensuring the end product would fit our needs and desires.

The company are extremely professional and this started from the initial contact we had with Russell to the final product being completed. When the work was started the company could not do enough for us, in every respect, if we needed them they were always able to come and assist, they built a makeshift kitchen and they even assisted with helping move furniture back into the house. They worked around us in terms of simple things like a washing machine in situ. If we had any queries or something different required it was resolved immediately. When we asked for extra tasks such as shelves built, putting blinds up or a step added to inside the garage, it was completed really quickly without fuss. The team were brilliant and would always ask us exactly how we wanted something done, such as the number of shelves or height of a cupboard, and installing items we bought such as TV, pictures, hanging lights. Russell really adds a personal touch with excellent communication, resolves issues promptly, he is a perfectionist, you will not be disappointed. Our new kitchen/family room is amazing we couldn’t be happier. I would 100% recommend Russell, all his team were professional, polite, and competent in their jobs.
