Importantly, Excelheat remained with us through commissioning and the setup of the new ‘smart’ access system, ensuring everything ran smoothly and we were comfortable with the controls before they left. Following Which recommendations contacted Excel Heating to undertake unit replacement and pipework design work. As a result, the work took only one day: the fitters were brilliant and extremely tidy with their work. The system commissioned and balanced and the house has never been so warm. I am not free and easy giving out 5 stars but made an exception, this being fully warranted. Highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed and thank you to Bryn and his team for the exceptional work done. As a footnote the cost was very competitive.

Contacted Worcester Bosch for approved installers local to St Asaph, asked for 3 quotes. Chose ExcelHeat, not the cheapest but ongoing support looked good. Work carried out very good, helpful guys very tidy. Well recommended.

The whole process from initial visit to quotation & installation was a very positive experience. It was on time without any extra costs. A thorough assessment and explanation of the work involved greatly assisted with the purchase decision, and prices for three different boilers were provided. The installation technicians were both confident & competent, with good communication regarding progress. They left the site clean and tidy after a comprehensive system test & set up. The appropriate certification was provided for forwarding to the manufacturer for registration of the five year warranty.

I cannot recommend ExcelHeat Solutions more highly. Having just had a new boiler, piping and radiators fitted by them, they did a fantastic job in no time at all. Bryn is a fantastic point of contact. Always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions you have. Even if your schedule isn't the normal 9-5. His team were exemplary, polite, diligent and very amicable and they did a perfect job, I couldn't have asked for better. The quality of their work speaks for itself.

I can’t thank Excel Heat Solutions, specifically Bryn, for his help. Finding myself with no hot water or heating and no idea what to do to restart the boiler, I reluctantly tried knocking on Bryns door for advice and he couldn’t have been more gracious. Not only did he explain what he thought was wrong, he stopped what he was doing and came to look at the boiler. He got the boiler up and running in no time at all and then patiently guided me through the steps he had taken so that if it was to happen again I would know exactly what to do. His professionalism and knowledge was outstanding and his kindness and patience really made a difference to what had been a stressful situation.
