Came quickly to fix a radiator that had fallen off the wall. Polite and very tidy....even hovered the kitchen after they had finished the job and fixed a problem with the toilet flush while they were here. Great service from start to finish.

Ilie responded quickly to query about a problem with boiler + unvented cylinder in the house. Very quickly visited, identified the issue and advised on quote for the work needed to fix the problems. Very courteous and clean work doing the job, protected the floor and explained what was being done (as well as kindly answering some other questions about the system in the house). Very clean + tidy, got the job done quickly and in line with the very fair quote given for the job. Excellent communication throughout, very helpful and approachable. Excellent service on the whole, highly reccomended!

Illy and John replaced my ancient boiler with a new Worcester Bosch within the day. Very happy with the price, the quality, the attention to detail. Their work exceeded my expectations; new boiler is quiet, the radiators work better and the hot water is hotter! Wonderful!

I called Ilie due to the number of good reviews on his Which? listing. Excellent service, came out on a Saturday morning to fix a dead boiler. Diagnosed the problem, went to look for replacement part, fitted it and undertook boiler service which was due anyway. Discovered several areas where my previous engineers had not done a proper full service. Very considerate, explained what he was doing, dust sheets on the floor and shoes off. A model of excellent service with a fair and reasonable price.+

Ilie & his assistant first attended on 12/7/2023 to replace a faulty immersion heater in the hot water cylinder. On inspection he found it was a faulty temperature setting thermostat. Due to the age of the copper cylinder & corrosion he advised against replacing the immersion heater as he was concerned not to damage the cylinder. So he replaced the thermostats adjuster & safety cut-out device, to avoid me having to have the expense of a new cylinder. But warned me that if it cuts out again then a new cylinder would be needed. He took the time to explain fully the benefits of eventually replacing the copper cylinder with a more up-to-date energy efficient stainless steel version. In September the immersion heater failed again, so contacted Ilie requesting a quote for a new stainless steel cylinder, which was received, the cylinder ordered & fitted within a week. The installation of the Telford Tempest 150 ltr cylinder was completed within 8.5 hours, with the minimum of disruption & absolutely no mess left behind. Having experienced poor service from various plumbers in the past, I was apprehensive of using yet another company, but I need not have worried as everything was done stress free & at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this Company & use them again for their friendly efficient service & willingness to explain the various options available.

Got a quote from Ilie at Exclusive Plumbing and Heating Ltd and it was not only much better value than another quote I had, but the job was well explained. The work entailed replacing our existing central heating boiler, which required moving pipes around, removing an old radiator and fitting a towel rail. Ilie communicates well by text and email. Ilie started the job off, then John completed the work. He was careful with my carpets, immediately covering the stairs and hall and tidied after work each day. The Worcester boiler is so much better than our old one and is quieter too. It was also reassuring when I mentioned the work to a friend, who has a property business and has used Ilie for many years. I am very pleased with the boiler, the way the work was carried out and the customer service. Will be using this company for any future work for definite.

My 17 years old leaking boiler had to be changed. Everything has done within 3 days. He answered to my first call immediately. Next day he was already at my house to look the issue. He is a very friendly and approachable guy. He told my options. We agreed to get a new boiler. Every step of this work has been explained. One day later he installed the chosen boiler. New boiler functions and setup has been explained. I am very pleased with the outcome. All I can say he was very correct, worked fast and clean. I would call him again. I recommend to everyone.

We first used Exclusive Plumbing & Heating when we had our house extended some years ago. This involved moving the boiler into the extension and adding lots of extra pipework throughout the house and loft. They did this task very well and since then we have used them for all our plumbing and heating tasks. They have always been reliable and done an excellent job.

I initially called Exclusive Plumbing and Heating to arrange my annual boiler service. Ilie was professional and explained the process of the service. He correctly located the source of an internal leak which previous engineers had misdiagnosed and said had been rectified. This obviously wasn’t the case as it was evident that the leak had been there for a considerable time. The boiler was deemed unsafe but Ilie assured me that it would be repaired that day. We'd just bought a new home and found that a macerator toilet didn't work and the ten year old boiler was leaking (neither of which were spotted by our surveys). llie was able to come round the next day. He fitted a new macerator within a couple of days and analysed the boiler problem and offered a repair (about five hundred pounds) or a new boiler. We choose the latter. We knew the prices exactly, in advance; throughout, he and his staff were polite, considerate and informative and the work was done on time and the site left clean and tidy. We were really happy and would strongly recommend this company.

ILIE completed a boiler service on my Worcester Bosch combi. He was respectful and wore shoe covers. He was slightly late however he made up for this. He cleaned the condensate pipe and also the Magnaclean filter. No one has cleaned the condensate pipe before. Additionally was good to converse with and we spoke about various topics. He seemed like a nice and honest individual who likes to do right by his customer. He fitted two clips to two erroneously fitted pipes. He capped another pipe by inserting a rubber bung. He noticed the boiler cupboard wasn't vented so he advised on fitting a few soffit vents which l did. He also made a cutout for the gas supply isolation to be readily accessible. He completed these extra little jobs, not for pecuniary advantage, but for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this diligent individual. Thanks

Our boiler needed replacing as it had failed completely. We had the tank in the airing cupboard removed, the old boiler removed and the tank in the loft drained. I had a new combi boiler fitted. They worked very hard and kept the work as tidy as possible. They were always considerate and Ilie explained everything that he planned to do and broke down the costing. It was an emergency for us and they worked hard.

I called EPH in an emergency situation regarding a faulty UFH that was installed by another company (cowboys). Within a few hours, Ilie had a lovely chap attend who got the UFH working. the fault was identified and rectified and it was explained that the system that had been installed was overly complicated for a 3-bed semi and it was suggested that I simplify the set-up. After personal deliberation and research, I decided to take Ilie's advice. A few weeks later Ilie attended to modify the system, which is working just fine now. Ilie was also able to advise me on some boiler installation issues. I wish I had used this company in the first instance, I found EPH to be honest, trustworthy and had my best interest at heart, unfortunately, these attributes are fast becoming a rarity within the trades. I will definitely be using EPH for future works and have highly recommended to family and friends.

We rang EPH early Saturday morning, after our boiler leaked late friday night. (We had previously turned off our boiler and our house stopcock for the water. We had no heating and no hot water.) We had a visit on Saturday late afternoon and the leaking part was identified. Our heating was put on for us, and we could also now use the cold water taps, to keep us going, while the spare part for the hot water was to be ordered. We were texted on Sunday morning to say the part had been ordered and it was fitted on Monday evening for us. Whew. Many thanks for fitting us in around your usual booked commitments and sorting out our problem so efficiently. Took us 2 weeks to submit this review; boiler is still working well.

Illie and his team completed a large scale plumbing job which was part of a Residential Extension. This included pre-work prior to part demolition and all pre and post fit plumbing for the extension. The job also included full installation of wet underfloor heating for the ground floor in both the extension and main house. From the start of the project, the team were professional turning up when they said they would and working with us to manage the whole project including any unforeseen issues which are always part of a large project like this one. The company go the extra mile with their extensive knowledge, experience and commitment working weekends when required to keep the project on track. The whole team were friendly and personable with both my children, wife and wider family. I would have no hesitation in using the company again and also recommending them to friends and family.

Ilie was prompt and efficient. He kept me informed and turned up on time. He diagnosed the fault which three previous plumbers had failed to do. He completed the work quickly to a high standard and cleaned up after the job thoroughly.

Ilie fixed the problem with our boiler and did a service of it as we had asked. He was very professional and kept us up to date with what he was doing. We would happily use him to service the boiler again, or if we need any other plumbing.

We live in a large property that was previously heated by an industrial boiler. We had several ridiculously expensive quotes before we met Ilie. He came up with a great solution of fitting four domestic boilers, water tanks and expansion vessels at half the cost and zoned the house so that we can heat whichever part of the house we want. Our gas bills were more than halved. He installed several showers and baths, 68 cast iron radiators that were individually cleaned, plumbing for a state-of-the-art kitchen and a marble master bathroom all for a reasonable price. He is a workaholic who sometimes finishes work at 10 pm to limit the inconvenience of leaving the customer without hot water or gas. Although he can undertake big industrial jobs, he does not hesitate to help out with changing a tap. I read some other reviews commenting on his availability. As always, with good tradesmen, they are in high demand. He always answered my calls and gave me a time frame for undertaking a job. He has a duty to emergencies and makes it clear if he is delayed by such work. On one occasion when Ilie was on holiday, and we were pressed by the plasterer, I got someone else to move some gas pipes, only to get Ilie to redo the job after; a foolish and expensive mistake. Having had several plumbing jobs done over the years I can vouch for his professionalism. He is dependable and helps out with any urgent problems if other tradesmen are not immediately available (he repaired a fence damaged by a car).

Called out to solve problem of misfiring boiler. Initial assessment was professional and made without obligation. Returned on time and effected a lasting solution. Professional and diligent throughout. Delayed posting my review so that I can assess the quality of work done after using the boiler a few times. Excellent.

I wouldn't trust anyone else to deal with our central heating and plumbing. Always reliable, professional, giving good advice if something else was needed to be done. We used their services for the last 10 years and we will use is the future as well.

Trader fixed issue with washing machine and drain last year. This year had problem with broken electric shower. Multiple communication since 14th May 2021. Proving unreliable with no shows. Took day off work so trader could come and fix the problem as discussed. No show and no response to phone calls or messages. Trader has breached the code of conduct on the following: 5.3 Act responsibly, professionally and be polite at all times. Reason for breach: No shows and no response to calls and messages and no apology given so far. 6.1 You shall supply to the customer a quotation in writing (except where it is not practical to do so). 6.2.3 a breakdown of costs, taxes and any factors that may affect the final price to be paid for the work or service. Reasons for breach: Only verbal quotation given and vague about costs and factors that could affect final cost. There was opportunity to easily provide a written quotation.

Replaced old cooker hood with new. Done quickly, on schedule at no extra cost. Able to do work very quickly after new cooker hood was delivered. Clean and tidy work. Safety was evident. Very helpful working in a 'live' kitchen. Will recommend this business.
