Mike was prompt with his quote and turned up on time - happy with all the jobs he did, from putting up shelving to fixing a problematic garden gate. He approached all with the upmost professionalism and humour.

Mike and the team turned up as promised and did a lovely job painting & decorating my lounge. They also fixed my leaking toilet sink, replaced my leaking kitchen tap and boxed in some pipes. Very good workmanship and greet quality of finish. Mike's got very high standards and it shows. They are very tidy, very reliable and very reasonably priced - I’m very pleased! I contacted EXP property Maintenance to ask if I could have a damaged architrave repaired. Mike responded to my email promptly and was able to fit me in the same week. Mike clearly explained how he intended to repair the damage and did so to a very high standard. He was polite, efficient and thorough. Mike came to do several jobs that were outstanding from some building work I had done. The work included flooring, door locks, installation of bathroom fittings and repairing a door handle. Small but time consuming jobs. All was done to a great standard and everything was left clean and tidy. Mike is a friendly and skilled workman who takes pride in what he does. Will definitely be contacting again for some decorating work. It is so nice to find someone who is so trustworthy and professional.

We contacted Mike primarily to fix the flooring of our WC Room which was non-existent as taken up by a plumber as the floor was rotten and would have collapsed at any moment. Only the foundations of the house existed in this room & there was not even a light! It was not a simple job, it was quite complicated. Mike decided the best plan was to build back up the floor bit by bit with concrete, he found a solution around the cracked pipe to the manhole and the pipes that were live and stuck in concrete, he replaced the worn out light fittings, tiled the floor, fitted back the toilet, painted the room including ceiling and made it look only fit for royalty! He totally exceeded our expectations & mine are very high! We also added a few more jobs such as fitting security lights, changing locks on internal doors, repainting the radiator cover & securing the bannister upstairs which was very wobbly and not safe. All these jobs were also completed to a very high standard. Everything was discussed & any suggestions/ideas explained with reasons. All jobs completed on schedule. Pricing is extremely fair (obtained other quotes)!! Mike covers most things. He is meticulous & professional with great work ethics!! He is funny & a really lovely trusting person. We all know how hard it is to find someone for major or minor works in your home. Do call Mike, you will not be sorry (but I will be as I'll have to join the queue!

Mike repointed the path and working with Rob, cleaned both front and back patio areas. They were punctual, efficient and worked solidly to get the job done in record time. Very pleased with the work and highly recommend.

Fixed up pipework boxing and tiling in the kitchen which another trader had failed to resolve. Gave a *very* reasonable quote which was substantially less than other traders. Did the work very well and quickly - was done in just a few hours. Very friendly and I would happy to use again.

I needed a collection of minor works to freshen the house before selling. Mike was happy to quote for these and clear that he wasn't experienced in one job, so didn't quote. He made intelligent, helpful suggestions as we looked at the work, which helped me clarify what I wanted done. Fitted the work in at mutually convenient times and executed it all to high standard. Conscientious, honest and straightforward. If I weren't moving way out of his area I'd use him again!
