First of all I would like to thank Mike for coming down to have a look at our new home at short notice! Mike was prompt in his response and was able to provide neutral and professional advice about the house. My partner and I learnt so much about what to prioritise and now we have a better understanding of what we are working with, we are going through our needs again. I'm glad to I thought to check Which in the first place. I had only previously looked on well known builder booking sites, but they don't seem to have the same reputation behind them. Ultimately, what you want in a builder is someone that is professional and trustworthy, that will save one from ruin in the long term. If Mike is available in your area, I would suggest you get in contact rather than regret getting the wrong person. I hope to be in touch again soon Mike.

Mike's latest job for me was the last of three handyman jobs he has done - i. repairing a side gate, with new bolts ii. putting up two Roman blinds iii. fixing plaster in two gaps in a ceiling. Each of these he completed professionally, promptly, and to a good standard. Particularly when he put up the Roman blinds he went beyond what could be expected, as he had to drill into a steel beam, requiring a new drill.

Mike and the team turned up as promised and did a lovely job painting & decorating my lounge. They also fixed my leaking toilet sink, replaced my leaking kitchen tap and boxed in some pipes. Very good workmanship and greet quality of finish. Mike's got very high standards and it shows. They are very tidy, very reliable and very reasonably priced - I’m very pleased! I contacted EXP property Maintenance to ask if I could have a damaged architrave repaired. Mike responded to my email promptly and was able to fit me in the same week. Mike clearly explained how he intended to repair the damage and did so to a very high standard. He was polite, efficient and thorough. I was very satisfied with the repair and wouldn't hesitate to use his services in the future.
