Having carried out an extensive bathroom repair on our flat last year, Mike returned to carry out additional repair/redecoration to the same bathroom as a result of water leakage from the flat above. Again, Mike's work was to a high standard, he is competitively priced, professional and remained faithful to his original quote. I would certainly use EXP Property Maintenance again in the future. We asked Mike to undertake a range of work from wall mounting a TV,double hanging a wardrobe, putting up a number of heavy pictures to installing bathroom fittings onto thick and troublesome ceramic tiles. All work completed to a high quality within the agreed time/budget Very happy with the work done

I used EXP Property Maintenance recently to repair a leaking bath waste pipe, to replace the sub-flooring which had suffered badly from resulting water damage and tile the floor. Competitively priced, professional and very helpful, I would have no hesitation in recommending Mike and his colleague, Matthew. The finished result was excellent and I now have a bathroom to be proud of!

Mike self assembled my sons bed and fixed up a curtain pole in his room. He has done an excellent job, very professional and he arrived on time, even though the job did take longer than originally planned he still stuck to the price he quoted to me. I Would happily use him again.

We were very pleased with the job that Mike from EXP Property Maintenance completed in our flat. The work included tiling part of a kitchen floor, covering a large patch on a kitchen wall and complete repainting of the kitchen wall. Fixing kitchen plumbing, adding silicon around an induction hob and replacing a bad silicon in the bathtub. He also fixed two ceiling lights for us. Mike doesn't rush with his work and you can really see this in the quality of his work. Having said that he completed all the work in the time that he estimated for us. If we ever need any more work done in our flat, we will use EXP property maintenance again.
