We used F Smith & Sons to pack and move our home. From the very start, they were brilliant in the booking process, very clear and helpful. On the day, the packers and movers did a brilliant job, taking good care of our things, but also working fast which meant we were in and could settle quickly. Very impressed by it all!

The removals team were booked for a same day removals and relocation of our residential property. They were flexible with arranging a quote visit, thorough in their questioning and really responsive over emails and calls. On the day, the team were very prompt and polite. The team of 3 made light work of the removals and offloading without issue. They were easy to work with and made the process a lot less stressful than it could have been. We were advised during the quote that F Smith & Son are a slightly more premium cost, although I’d say it is worth it from this experience. Would recommend!

The whole F Smith experience was great, with super helpful staff, friendly and experienced. We had 17 years of stuff from a 4-bed house to move and the staff were all really excellent in helping us get packed the day before and move on completion day. Everything reached our new home safe and sound. There was a delay in getting the new keys, but the F Smith team were patient and got the job done. A 5* service, thanks.

From the initial video quotation to the support from the office and flexibility with my changing moving date, they made everything so less stressful. From the first interaction, the team at F Smith and Som were outstanding. Moving house is obviously quite stressful, they were supportive, reassuring and went above and beyond to help me feel that everything was in place for my move. The team who supported me on the day (led by Dave) were absolutely excellent. Extremely polite., helpful, worked incredibly hard. Dave took every opportunity to help me see that everything would be fine when I was worrying about anything. All in all they were absolutely excellent I was a very happy customer.

Smith & sons' provisional booking system gave me huge peace of mind whilst waiting for an exchange date on the sale of my property. I had to reschedule my moving date countless times and was met with supportive and positive responses to every change of date with the company. I cannot thank them enough for helping to make what was a very fraught selling process simple in its final stages. No-one stopped for a coffee break! The team arrived ahead of time. They packed speedily and carefully, and marked the boxes accurately. They arrived at my new home well ahead of time and waited patiently for completion. They were helpful and courteous throughout.

The team arrived on the first day of 4 at the time advised, the 2 guys, Con and Jason who were friendly, professional and helpful, nothing was too much spent the day packing our home up, Con and Jack returned the next day to continue the packing and loading of the vehicles, on the third day Con and Jack returned to load the last items and to drive to our new property in Lincolnshire. They arrived with the 2 vehicles and we had to wait whilst the other family finished loading and left. Con and Jack unloaded the essentials and emptied the small vehicle, then left for the day. The boys returned as advised at eight in the morning and worked extremely hard, not stopping until they had finished unloading the main removal vehicle, they were at all times friendly, helpful, courteous, professional and hardworking, they would do anything they were asked. The three guys looked after all of our belongings as if they were their own and very respectful not only to our belongings but also to us. We would recommend F Smith and Son (Croydon) LTD to everyone who needs to use a removal company, they are extremely reliable, helpful, courteous and professional, the guys who attended on all 4 days are a credit to the company. The process when obtaining the initial quotation from the company was also a pleasure as the gentleman who attended was also very polite, respectful and professional, he also made us feel at ease with what would happen and what to expect from start to finish. Thank you F Smith & Sons for providing an excellent service. From the initial survey, to the administration, information provided, then an energetic 4-man team of removers who arrived on schedule, worked efficiently and diligently to transfer belongings from our 2-bed flat (situated on the 2nd floor of an attic flat), to loading up carefully and the secure packing of the removal van. Two of the team then traveled to Suffolk to our new home, and thoughtfully delivered any furniture which we needed overnight, before securing all carefully again to then return to us the following day to unload and position furniture as required. All very friendly and reassuring.
