Bradley and his team did a fabulous job moving all of our belongings from Surrey up to North Norfolk. Having lived in the same house for over 20 years we were expecting this to be a stressful process but it was quite the opposite. The guys were super-efficient in all aspects of the work, treated our stuff with respect and were also very customer-focused, so from our point of view it was a breeze. We would happily recommend them based on our experience, 5 stars!

Charlie rang to say they were on their way; they arrived at about 9:10, and were through in time for me to leave to catch my train. They were fun to work with -- or watch working, as I didn't really do much -- polite but relaxed, intelligent, very thorough, and impressively strong. They were attentive to where I wanted the stuff put, but still away quickly, and so I would go to FSmith&Son again for any future move, or move of some other set of items.

Scope of Work: Remove the belongings of a four bedroom house in the Kenley area and deliver to North Yorkshire Early start on Wednesdaywith good number of loading crew. All extremely polite and helpful. On the road by late morning for journey north. Difficult driving conditions at times with local cloud bursts Special mention for Bradley and Charley who came up to North Yorkshire with the vehicle. Bradley, super experienced, with Charley, had a good portion of the load taken out in the evening of shipping day. Early start Thursday morning meant we were able to go to storage on the edge of Harrogate by just after 9. And all done by soon after 10. I am full of admiration for their hard work and efficiency. F Smith and Son - I think your company did a great job.

A fantastic move at a very stressful time for a family. Bradley, Jordan, Benji, Kelvin and Khan were professional and extremely considerate and resourceful the whole two days. We all felt very well looked after and the process was so slick. We look forward to having these wonderful guys for the return trip home in 6/7 months!

We are SO happy that we were able to use Smith's as our house mover. It was all arranged at very short notice, but the office staff did their level best to keep me informed about the availability of dates. Luckily, they were able to accommodate us. From the visit of Steve, the assessor, to negotiations with the office staff to the arrival of Bradley and his team, everything went smoothly. On completion day, the team arrived, got straight on with loading the lorry, and took our home back to their warehouse. On the following day, everything was delivered to our new address. The team was amazing !! They were friendly, helpful, and cheerful for the whole move (despite drizzly rain on the first day). We couldn't have asked for a better service! They made the stress of our house move a whole lot easier to cope with. And, so far, not a single breakage.

Moving a four-bedroom house was daunting, but the team at F Smith & Son made the entire process seamless. From the very first day of carefully packing up our home, right through to moving the hot tub and pool table on the final day, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a smile. They turned what is usually a stressful, headache-inducing experience into an absolute breeze. Hopefully we won’t be moving again anytime soon—but if we ever do, F Smith & Son will be our first and only choice!

I've previously used this company on a previous house move and they lived up to my expectation. From the time of the estimation visit to completion of the move has been a smooth operation. Dave, Reece, Ash and Charlie took great care when moving our prized belongs and also when bringing in furniture etc into our new home. All were polite and interacted well with the customer. Also the staff, Sue and David and not forgetting Lorraine. I have already recommend the company on 'Nextdoor" App and although I do not plan to ever move again (unless I win the lotto or win the house on Omaze), I would have no hesitation in using them again

F Smith and Son (Croydon) turned up punctually and worked extremely hard with very good humour all day. They were a great team, experienced, pleasant, hard working, and got the job done. They were well priced - fair. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

F Smith & Son (Croydon) Removals carried out fragile and kitchen packing for us as well as the removal of the whole house to our new property. I was impressed at the level of detail and discussion we had up front to make sure their service was exactly what we were after and what to expect. The removal was quick and efficient and exactly as discussed. If I had any criticism, it's that they were too quick! (Make sure you have separated out anything you don't want packed well beforehand!!) As stress-free as this kind of thing can be.

Fantastic service from the team, Rhys, Dave, Charlie & Tom, from the very beginning with the packing service to the final drop-off. The same team were with us for a three day period, and Rhys and Dave over the full five days so continuity was assured. They worked unbelievably hard and nothing was too much trouble, they were very polite and good natured and checked with us if there was something they were unsure of and also made valuable suggestions as to where to store our belongings. Everything arrived safely and we couldn't have wished for a better service. Also thank you to the team in the office who have been unbelievably patient with the twists and turns of our moving saga, also making helpful suggestions to make everything go as smoothly as possible. We are so pleased we chose a local family company and would thoroughly recommend them, we couldn't have done it without you!.
