F Smith & Son (Croydon) Ltd

F Smith removals were brilliant from my first contact, right through to my moving day. Steve visited to quantify and quote for my move. He explained everything clearly and was extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed due to the sense of confidence that he gave me. I spoke to other members of the team in the weeks prior to moving and each one couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. My daughter organised my move on the day due to my health conditions and was totally impressed with the removals team. She said they were perfect in every way. I highly recommend this removals company. They are professional, experienced and helpful.

F.Smith and Son really take care of you. I was moving out of my flat in London to the south coast. It was a complicated move, because items were going to two different locations. The 'packers' were a delightful crew, very friendly and very competent. They made my concerns melt away, and dealt with the whole process extremely professionally. The crew that 'unpacked' etc were equally delightful. They carried out the task with great care and energy. The whole process seemed to happen without any hitches, and certainly made me relax more about the whole move. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

We enlisted F Smith and Son for a move within London. We opted for the full packing and removal service. They sent a lovely team, very friendly and personable who helped keep spirits up in what is quite a tstressful time. They got everything packed up in time (a little early even) and unloaded swiftly too. They worked really hard and we were really impressed with the service. We would definitely recommend. It was well worth the money,.

Lee and his team provided me with exceptional services. It’s a big deal having strangers enter your home and pack all your belongings into boxes but Lee and his team made the two day move such a smooth and comfortable experience. Courteous and polite throughout whilst working at lightning speed. The whole team were a delight including the office and admin team who took care of me throughout the process fitting me in at short notice as well I can’t recommend F Smith and Son’s highly enough.

I chose the full packing service and it was absolutely worth it. The gentleman who first came to assess my home was helpful and reassuring, and the team who did the packing and moving were fantastic — polite, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We were out by 11:00 on moving day, and not a single item was damaged. I’d happily recommend them to anyone

Absolutely fantastic - F Smith & Son made our move from Croydon to Hayes (Bromley) very smooth. Easy to deal with, reasonably priced and very upfront about what you would and wouldn't get. Super experienced, professional and communicative, and they asked lots of questions, which I was glad of. They came the day before, packed most of the house and took a part load. On the day they finished packing and loaded up in time for us to clean before leaving. At the other end they unloaded and checked with us where everything should go, so boxes ended up in sensible places. Quick, polite, tidy and punctual. Getting them to pack and unpack was worth every penny, and I'd never move without that service again. Great work, thank you - would highly recommend

We were very happy with the service from F Smith & Sons which was a move from SE25 to Woking. Communication was clear from the initial quote, through landing dates then the move itself. The guys doing the move (Rhys and Dave) were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient and did everything they said they would do. Would definitely recommend to others

Friendly and smartly dressed. Efficient service collecting from one address and meeting up with the storage van at our new address. Would highly recommend Thankyou

F Smith and Sons moved me for the third time - my biggest move and used their packing service this time. As ever, they were excellent - arriving on time, and packing everything so quickly and efficiently. Move day itself, which can be so stressful, was handled calmly - even when the house I moved into had narrow stairs and tight corners. Felt very looked after, and really felt the team took care - and were brilliant as well at making sure furniture and boxes went to the right room. Would highly recommend.

Rhys and his team did a fantastic job job moving us from south London to Cambridgeshire. They quickly and safely packed our house, disassembled furniture and got us set up in our new home the following day quickly. They reassembled furniture better than it was already built, helped clear boxes and all round provided a great service with clear communication throughout. Rhys in particular was a fantastic foreman who made the whole process as easy as it could be. Would highly recommend F Smith & Son.
