We have been established since 1989 in our present format.
Carpets, Carpet Tiles, Vinyl, Luxury Vinyl Tiles, Quick Step Laminates, Engineered Woods, Solid Woods can all be supplied and fitted

A family business supplying and installing floorcoverings domestically and commercially around our Ashford base and neighbouring areas, we have found ourselves in far flung places when previous clients have moved and requested our services for which we have been happy to oblige,

I have successfully and happily used Fancy Floors several times before so choosing them to supply and fit another laminate floor was a 'no-brainer'. David was as helpful as ever and measuring up, quotation, ordering and delivery of the materials all happened speedily and without issues. At my request, the old carpet and underlay were lifted and disposed of on the day the new flooring was delivered. The fitter, Neil, arrived promptly on fitting day and installed the floor with the minimum of noise, fuss and mess. The new floor looks splendid! Great service all round. I'll be using Fancy Floors for two further rooms within the next few months.

I had new carpets fitted on the stairs in my new home last week, and the service was exceptional. David came out one evening to quote for the job and show us available carpet options. He was very flexible with times as I was working and was very helpful when it came to discussing the job. He was able to suggest ideal carpets that would stand up to a large family with a dog. I chose three that I liked and he was able to send me quotes the next day. We got the job booked in, David and his team we very punctual on the day, very skilled and a pleasure to have doing the job. Upon completion, the carpet looked amazing, completely changed the look and feel of the house. I am very pleased with the results and the service received. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone needing carpets done, and if I ever needed more, I'd certainly go back to them.

We were recommended fancy floors by a family member who had all their new floors done following a loft conversion. We went in to the shop & Mr Fancy was polite & knowledgeable & great with our 3yo engaging her in the process & showing her all the floor books with different colours. Mr Fancy then measured up a couple of days later and the fitting was organised to be done 3 weeks later (by A problem with the subfloor was identified (sorted seperately by a carpenter) & then our chosen vinyl subsequently laid & we are thrilled with the result. Fancy floors have done other family members since.

Great example of an independent trader with excellent knowledge of his field, years of experience and high priority re customer service satisfaction. Fancy Floors was such a help with finding the perfect carpets. The shop itself is a treat to go in and they searched high and low to show me all the different carpets in the colours I wanted, as well as offering cheaper options and explaining everything that was needed. They were able to fit my carpet within four days of ordering, which was so much quicker than expected. They were a lot cheaper than other retailers we looked at as well and offered a personalised service that included everything. They did a great job of the fitting, as well as keeping me informed when things were going to happen and when they would arrive. Cannot recommend highly enough!

David from Fancy Floors called to estimate the renewal of vinyl in my conservatory bringing a vast number of designs to choose from. He, with a colleague, carried out the work a couple of days later. They were efficient, friendly and took care of everything, moving out and replacing all the furniture giving me complete peace of mind. They did an excellent job and l am delighted with my new flooring. I will certainly look no further in future and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family... well-done chaps for an excellent job!!

I've moved into a property that needs a lot of renovating and needed sections of worn/loose/cut carpet replacing to avoid being a safety hazard. I was worried about modern carpet being significantly thicker and impacting 4 cupboard doors and the doors to the kitchen and bathroom. But Dave got me to to cut sections of the existing worn carpet and underlay and take a picture of the rest of the space. And he was able to find a close colour match and thickness so you wouldn't even notice. Brilliant! Oh and he also got me a lovely bit of vinyl from an offcut that resembled my Pinterest inspiration for the bathroom which was beautiful and a total bargain. David and Martin showed up on the day, and were friendly, speedy and brilliant. The shop is full of brand new and offcuts and I they could cover any project. Will deffo be back. BIG recommend.
