This was the second time I have used Fidelis Security to fix locks at my parent's home. Jay in the office sourced correctly the required heritage shoot bolt from a photo I sent ( at nearly half the price the door installer wanted to charge) and Paul replaced the broken one with the new one in less than 10 minutes. I was able to be invoiced and oaid by BACS... a pleasure doing business with this friendly, helpful and knowledgeable company. 5 Star!

The multipoint gearbox on my double-glazed door broke, rendering it inoperable. I called Fidelity Security & Locksmiths, as a Which Recommended Trader, and they were able to come the same day. The new gearbox was fitted swiftly and efficiently, and the fee charged was very reasonable. A couple of days later, I experienced a small problem with the door related to the repair and called FSL. Without the slightest hesitation, they agreed to come out that day and look at the door. They spent quite some time successfully fixing the problem without charging any more for their efforts. I could not have wished for better service.

As they are a Which? Trusted Trader, i called Fidelis Security after being unable to open the front door to the house after shopping. So glad i did! Cameron arrived within an hour of calling and somehow managed to open the door without any damage or mess in no time. He diagnosed the cause and put it right without having to supply any further parts. I felt his priority was to offer a professional, pleasant experience for the customer at a very reasonable price which he did very, very well! He also put right a faulty patio door while here which wasn’t mentioned in the phone call. A brilliant experience for my partner and I and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much!!

I purchase a secondhand car in October 2023. It only came with one key. After ringing around this was the most helpful place and most reasonable. My husband and I took the car over the the workshop which was 25 miles away but still worth the trip re potential cost of the new key. The guys that dealt with us couldn't have been nicer and even reprogrammed a key that I'd found in the glovebox meaning the cost was even lower. We were there for about one hour. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

I needed a front door lock barrel replaced and a patio door lock replaced. They searched to find the perfect match for my old patio door and came back to me to fix it. They were quite frankly incredible, straight forward and not ridiculously expensive. They are currently just doing another job for me. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Fidelis Security have provided alarm cover and keyholding cover for us for many years. Although we don't have many incidents, when they do arise they have always provided a very prompt service. Recently we had a specific security issue with our main entrance door, they attended on what was quite a cold day and spent several hours correcting the fault so that we again had a secure entry way. We have always found them to be highly professional.
