All the different skilled workmen that came were efficient, friendly, tidy, considerate and did a superb job. They went the extra mile too at offering advice and contacts for future building work we require. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I had solid wood windows replaced. When the person came to give me a quote he arrived on time. No sales pressure was applied. I decided to accept the quote and the surveyor came at the appointed time. My windows were fitted last week. The quality of the windows was excellent. The fitters were polite and very careful when removing my old windows The work was completed on time and exactly at the price quoted. The company stood out for me as they did exactly as promised at all stages. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

We had several windows and a patio door installed by Finesse and found their whole company ethos to be the complete opposite of a national firm we invited for a quote. From the first person who came round to the follow up visit after install, it was a pleasure to deal with them and I can't recommend them more highly.

We had 12 windows fitted, 2 Large 5 sided bays, an oversize patio window and 9 other windows. We were very pleased with the quality and finish of the windows. The fitters, Jez and Will, were with us for 5 days. They were friendly, efficient and checked at all times that we were happy with what they were doing. We assumed we would have to decorate all of the rooms straight after but in fact we wont have to rush to do any remedial work inside. Couldn't have wished for a better experience. Would highly recommend Finesse to anyone and we were happy that the workmanship followed true to form from the reviews we had read when choosing Finesse to install our windows.

We had 6 new windows plus french doors installed to our community centre. Being in a conservation area we were worried about what we would be allowed. Finesse Windows took all that worry away by designing some fantastic windows that were in keeping with the 1920s building and suitable for the area. The quality of the work and the speed of their installation was excellent and their customer service second to none. We would highly recommend them!

Superb service from a trusted installer. From the first visit by the estimator to the final installation Finesse created confidence and displayed professionalism. Nothing was too much much trouble and even after installation they returned to check all was well and brought tokens of appreciation for the business. Highly recommended for real customer-focussed attention and excellent value for money.

Finesse replaced all the windows in our house (19 windows) and our porch. All completed to time (took a week to complete - ran behind a little on the way, but Finesse sent more fitters out so as not to delay, which was great) and to the agreed cost. Number of things have made Finesse stand out: - local smaller business - nice to be able to support a local company. - environmental aspects - the windows are A class eco rating (and have made a massive difference to the warmth of the house already) - security - excellent locks on the doors (porch and patio) - Ultion into snap, which was standard and very impressed. - feature window - we asked Finesse to produce a leaded window for our landing window based on a design i provided - great work, exactly what 'd asked for and looks excellent. - sales - no pressure and really helpful in adjusting the quote as we went through (i made a lot of changes and were very patient and helpful). Can also go and look at the windows being made on site if want to (we didn't but nice to have the offer). - Fitting - great experience, the lead fitter (Chris) was great, kept me up to date with how progress was going and asked questions to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted (for example, we didn't want plastic strips round the windows, so Chris kept these off and made good the plaster work). Was really surprised how little damage to the old plaster etc from taking old windows out - they took care and could tell with the output.

The thought of having builders around your house for a few weeks can be worrying. However, our experience with Finesse Windows and the construction of our Conservatory was excellent. The workmen arrived when they said they would, were always attentive and did a great job. As with all things there were a couple of hiccups, but the important thing is that these minor problems were sorted extremely quickly with no complaints. We felt they were there to make sure we were happy with the end result. Thank you Finesse, when the need arises we will definitely use you again.

This is the third time I have used Finesse. This time I had two windows replaced and my conservatory refurbished (new roof, new windows and doors, new floor). I am absolutely delighted again. Their windows look beautiful and are very sturdy. My new conservatory looks stunning. I've had heat reflective glass in the roof - and it works! Even on a very hot day the conservatory is now a comfortable temperature and is a room that I can use all year. Lots of people have been involved in this project, from the guys who pulled down the old conservatory to the fitters, plasters and floor fitters. None of them could have been any more helpful. I would like to say a special thank you to Jez and Will who fitted the new conservatory - lovely people, incredibly hard workers and took such care to do great job. Also, thank you to Ellie who coordinated the project (not simple during a pandemic) and kept me fully informed - her friendly, fast and clear communications have been wonderful. We have used Finesse before and were happy to go back to them. This time we were having two front bedroom windows fitted and were a bit concerned that our fairly recent work to redecorate and carpet our bedroom would be ruined as the old frames looked difficult to remove. But on the day, Dave and Mike, the fitters, were fantastic. They were a delight to have around and listened carefully to our concerns. They understood exactly and worked around the problems to leave our wallpaper, paint and carpet in perfect condition. They were willing to work into early evening on a Friday to get it all finished. Very impressed and the windows are of the usual high quality. Thanks guys.

We needed an old window replacing. Much preferring word-of-mouth, we asked our friends, one of whom recommended Finesse Windows of Kings Norton. Everything went like clockwork - the sales person arrived on time on the right day, followed by the surveyor a few days later and then, almost before I knew it, the fitters came. Nothing was too much trouble for them including moving some cases of wine out of the way. Two hours later - job done. And they cleaned and cleared up before leaving. And moved the wine back! Not the cheapest, but Top Notch!

We have used Finesse on various occasions, garage door, new windows and have just had a new conservatory roof and have always had quality work done. The sales staff are never 'pushy', offer some good advice and the quotes are always reasonable. The fitters are friendly, efficient and are always exceptionally tidy, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. When we had a small problem following our recent job, the service man was out with us within 30 minutes of my phone call. That is service!
