Finesse Windows replaced bedroom windows and front porch doors for us. Right from the beginning this was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The salesman was good, the technical man was excellent and the fitters were brilliant. Everyone was so polite, understanding and helpful. The doors and windows are of a very high quality and the overall deal was very good value. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.

Efficient staff, letting me know all the way, when scaffolders would arrive, then fitters, all went to plan. Extra work was needed, something the surveyor couldn't have seen. It was dealt with brilliantly. Plus fitters pointed out other work that should be done which was useful.

This is the first time we used Finesse and wished we had used them at our previous home. Ray and Daz were way above your typical installers, arriving on time, cracking on with the work, cleaning up at the end of each day, educating us on what was being done and why and giving hints and tips along the way to make the most out of our new windows. From the moment the initial measuring was done by Dean, through to Vic the Finesse surveyor visiting and Ray and Daz installing, we are satisfied with their service and professional work ethic. Look forward to hiring them again for the remaining windows we need to replace.
