We had brilliant service from the beginning when we had 7 new windows fitted, one of which was a large bay. We also opted to have the roof line replaced which Steve carried out carefully and to time. Communication throughout, led mostly by Lindsey was excellent as was the work from Mo, the planner, Ian (?) the surveyor and Chris and Chad the fitters. The team work well together and are obviously very proud of what they do. The windows are of a high quality and look fabulous; Chris and Chad deserve a medal for their craftsmanship on the bay window which wasn't quite as straight forward as first thought. The attention to detail from all members of staff involved in the project was outstanding and can be seen in the impressive results, giving real value for money. I've never written such a glowing review of a company before and it is a pleasure to do so.

I can highly recommend FINESSE Windows from start to finish they did all we asked for.We had replaced windows in our Bungalow a front porch door with side panels all glazed to match the windows . It looks really amazing we are very happy with everything.The workmen we’re very polite hard working & cleaned up any mess they made.I can honestly say the only time these men stopped working was when they had there lunch which was all of 20 minutes.Mr Bob Tooth who came out to see us to tell us all about Finesse Windows was not pushy at all.He was very obliging a proper gentleman who let us take our time to consider & to decide what we wanted.IF your thinking of having replacement windows or doors give Finesse a ring you won’t be disappointed.I mustn’t forget you get a 10 year warranty as well. We have just had 3 new windows and will need another 3 in the next 24 months, and we’ll definitely be using Finesse again. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We took ages to decide and they remained patient with us, giving no hard sell at any point. The fitters did a great job, really pleasant leaving left the house clean when they left. They then dropped a few thank you gifts over the week after. Never I have known a company do that before. One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Excellent service and communication second to none from planning to execution of the contract. New front door, six front windows and a bifolding door in the dining room. Superb quality of the product noted. I was worried about possible damage to the two tiled bathrooms which proved to be unwarranted as the workmanship of the fitters was excellent. Credit to Bob for the planning, Ian for the assessment, and truly great work by the fitters, Chris and Chad, not forgetting to mention supervisor Raymond. The quality product and workmanship resulted in my wife and I will be ordering a second bifolding door which is now in the planning stage. The company provides a wonderful customer experience.

We were very pleased with the professionalism that your company as showed from start to finish. The completed French door was superb and it really does change the effect of our outside porch. Professional friendly staff allowed me to feel supported both before and during the building of my small porch. The office staff were responsive to any questions during the installment. We recently had finesse in to install new windows both upstairs and downstairs! I can honestly not recommend them enough the whole process was great and their customer care both before and after was exemplary! We have had the windows patio doors and porch fitted for our house and from the initial enquiry call to the completion of the work the communication and the service was exceptional. Cameron & Dillon who were the fitters were absolutely amazing, they were professional, extremely thorough in all the finer details, nothing was rushed and everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The finish of the work is like they were working on their own home which is very rare with renovation workmen. We seriously cannot praise them enough, really lovely friendly lads. The quality of the windows and patio doors from finesse is absolutely brilliant and through fitting we have had many compliments from neighbours on how amazing the completion of the work is. We had a few minor issues which were resolved immediately without any fuss. Finesse sent quality people to visit whilst work was been carried out and not at one point was anything picked out as not good enough. The staff at the office were informative through whole process from start to finish. Absolutely outstanding and extremely happy with everything they have done Would 100% recommend finesse. We are looking to get a conservatory next and without a doubt will not go anywhere else for this to be completed. I used finesse to install two sets of French windows. Superb service throughout from initial contact to after care. Thorough surveyor. Quick and efficient installation. Skilled and experienced fitter who was able to deal with unexpected issues arising. When I needed some hinge adjustments made in an emergency a fitter came out within the hour on bank holiday Sunday. Amazing service.

I have used this company three times now and recommended them to several other people who have used them too. I am totally satisfied with the service they offer - respectful and expert people at every stage of the process. Clearly the employees take pride in their work and in their association with this company. I cannot imagine anyone can better them.

We have been trying to find supply and fit of a new composite back door for months. Had 3 quotes and all fell through as certain stages. Was recommended Finesse Windows and what a breath of fresh air to deal with. From the initial quote, right up to the after service, everything went perfectly. Regular calls to let us know where we were in the process, booked in for fitting and arrived on time, great installation and even had a visit after the install to drop off cleaning products and a bottle of wine. If all companies worked to this ethos the world would be a much happier place, Bravo Finesse.

During the coldest week in January, Finesse Windows replaced 2 big bay windows plus the bay barrel, and also a bedroom window at the back over a sloping roof that required scaffolding. The fitting team led by Jez, supported by Jamie and Will, did an excellent job and worked non-stop in the most awful weather, completing the job in 5 days as promised. They were polite and professional with great interpersonal skills, clearing up each evening and always arriving on time, even in the snow! In fact, all the people involved were a pleasure to deal with and a great credit to Finesse Windows. I am very pleased with the end result which is of the highest quality and looks very good indeed and will certainly use the company again, and happy to recommend them to anyone who wants first-class work done on their home.

From start to finish, the service and professionalism were first-class. A couple of minor issues needed to be rectified and these were carried out within two days of the porch being completed. We also had visits from an inspector and customer services to make sure that we were happy with the installation. Finesse Windows were very professional right through the contract, from quote to installation, they were in keeping with all time schedules. The patio supplied is very high spec and the fitter Lee did a superb job very clean tidy and fast installation. We are delighted with our new door.

Have used Finesse before so knew what to expect - very professional fitting team, top quality products and a company you can rely on. Would not hesitate to recommend them for windows, doors and patio doors. Work carried out on time and all old windows and door removed, place left clean and tidy.

We have just had a new Patio door and some new window panes installed. Paul who came round to see what was needed and prepare the quote was helpful giving good advice, not at all pushy and didn't try to upsell anything. We have diagonal leaded glass units, many of which had lost their seal with condensation inside. I was looking to simply get the blown panes replaced but also wondered about replacing the whole windows. Pauls’ advice was to just replace the glass. The quote was prepared quickly and questions answered promptly. Ordering to installation took quite a long time but that was OK as we were warned that this would be the case early on and prior to signing any contracts They did need to resend someone to do the measurements for the leading on the windows as this was complex and they wanted to make sure the match would be OK. In fact, the match achieved was excellent. On the day (which was horrible and raining cats and dogs) the installers did a great job and kept everything clean and tidy. Price was very competitive on the patio door and we though the glass replacement was very reasonable. We would certainly use them again.

Straightforward to deal with. Read a lot of reviews and word of mouth which turned out to be justified. The company was easy to deal with listened and suggested options. The price quoted was prompt, and was the price paid after a full survey. The price was actually reasonable. They don't hassle you with calls or pressure. Quoted an approx. delivery date and then an actual delivery date and time. Arrived as stated and completed the work in the stated time. The products are good quality as is the fitting and standard of finish. Would not consider anybody else for windows, doors, conservatories etc. After 30 years I got around to having the windows replaced and am glad I used Finesse.

Finesse Windows have been absolutely superb from initial quote enquiry through to completion of work. They are extremely professional, keeping the customer informed throughout the stages from quote to when installation will be, and the quality of windows is excellent. Not surprising that they have been awarded the Which? Trader award, given they are a small family run business, and obviously customer service, and quality is so important to them, which is evident from the service they provide. An excellent experience throughout from the initial contact with the company to the completed project. The sales team were not pushy and gave me an excellent quote. I was kept up to date throughout the process from Finesse on the installation date. The installation team worked well and respected my property. They were able to remove the lower wall without creating a lot of mess and installed the door with great expertise. The plastering work was outstanding with the highest of quality finishing I have seen from any plaster works. Overall, I am very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to use the company again.

We had a new front bay window, door and internal window fitted by Finesse. Very happy with all aspects of the work from the sales through to installation. The guys doing the fitting did an excellent and tidy job. Great aftercare service too, checking in and missing window keys sent out straight away. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I will give recommendations when it's deserved, and I have to say Finesse did a great job. We had eight stained glass panes encapsulated, principally to warm the house but we wanted to retain the character you only get from aged stained glass. I was concerned this might be lost in the move from old wooden frames to UPVC, but am extremely pleased how they turned out. They fitted the UPVc frames when they removed the Stained Glass, so we benefitted from a warmer/quieter house immediately. Ok, there were some things that didn't go to plan as part of the install, and to be fair to Finesse they pointed out some of these challenges up front, e.g. getting the wooden frames out. They handled the issues with professionalism and courtesy, the quality of the finish is excellent. It is a specialist job and they had the skills, experience and skilled staff. The pricing at their own admission is higher than other companies, however I don't think I would have got the same level of service from others, and indeed having used a variety of other Window companies these are by far the best. Highly recommended and will use them again for sure!

Finesse replaced my sitting room window. I have used the company before to install new doors and they have always been prompt and done good work. I needed to replace a large window and as a previous customer, Finesse had emailed me about a forthcoming price increase, but if an order was placed by a certain date, this increase could be avoided. I visited the showroom and after the window was measured, a price was given, contract issued, and I was given a contact at the showroom. Work was carried out on schedule, vey efficient and debris was cleared up afterwards. Information was provided about operating and cleaning, and later on I was sent a BFRC Energy Rating Certificate. A few weeks later Finesse dropped off a spray cleaner for the window and a bottle of wine - a nice touch! I will definitely use them again!

From first engagement to delivery, and even post-delivery, there has been absolute attention to every detail and an exceptional focus on our requirements as a customer. Discovering my smart, fairly new front door would not lock, early on a Sunday morning, I telephoned Finesse. By ten thirty, a skilled technician had appeared and made the necessary adjustments. He gave helpful advice for future maintenance. A superb response - and a quick end to my sense of panic.

We have used Finesse before and were happy to go back to them. This time we were having two front bedroom windows fitted and were a bit concerned that our fairly recent work to redecorate and carpet our bedroom would be ruined as the old frames looked difficult to remove. But on the day, Dave and Mike, the fitters, were fantastic. They were a delight to have around and listened carefully to our concerns. They understood exactly and worked around the problems to leave our wallpaper, paint and carpet in perfect condition. They were willing to work into early evening on a Friday to get it all finished. Very impressed and the windows are of the usual high quality. Thanks guys.

This is not the first time we have used Finesse Windows, in fact, we have used the firm several times over the years. Recently we needed our Patio Door replacing due to old age. From our initial enquiry, right through to installation and aftercare, we could not have been happier with the end-to-end service delivered by all at Finesse. Our salesperson, Tony, took the time to deliver all of our available options. In addition, his sales process was very focused on our needs and came without any form of pressure. Throughout, Tony made sure that we were happy with design, installation and cost. Once our order was placed, we received regular as well as informative updates on progress. As a result of pressures on the supply chain, we were advised that we would have to wait. However, all at Finesse were upfront and honest about the timescales we could expect. Before fitting, we were visited by Lee who spent time talking to us about what we should expect when work began. Lindsey, Finesse's Client Relationship Coordinator, talked us through the process when the time came to have our Patio fitted. On the day, our fitters Darren and Sam came to our home on time as well as prepared to complete their work. They spent time and put a lot of effort into not just fitting the Patio but also ensuring that we were happy with their work. Despite all the work done, they left our home in perfect condition. What a great service! From no pressure sale through to a stress free installation with good communication from the company. My wife and I were very impressed with Finesse and over the moon with our new porch. I was a bit wary of engaging another double glazing company as the previous two, we have used, have promised a lot but delivered inferior service and products. The sales meeting with Finesse was friendly and quite layed back. ( No phoning the manager to see if he is in a good mood to provide a better price!!) The price quoted was, we felt, very reasonable. The meeting with the surveyor was equally friendly and he gave us ideas and suggestions we had not previously considered. The installation was excellent. Managed by Darren, who himself was an excellent advert for the company, it went better than we could have imagined. The only issue was that I had ordered the wrong letterbox and it really didn't go with the porch and surround. There was a "no problem" attitude and it was changed at no extra cost. I'm nosy and always ask the workers what the company is like as an employer. Everyone we met from Finesse spoke warmly about the company. How nice. It gave us both a huge amount of confidence in the company we had chosen. We'll certainly use them again. Such a nice friendly company.

Finesse fitted my conservatory three years ago. Yesterday morning I contacted them because one of the patio doors was difficult to lock in cold weather. They came out within three hours and fixed it immediately. I chose Finesse originally having heard so much about their wonderful service, and having had to call upon it yesterday, I can honestly say how delighted I am that I did choose them. After care service is a rarity these days but I can say the Finesse Windows team are amazing at it! Thank you so much.

I had solid wood windows replaced. When the person came to give me a quote he arrived on time. No sales pressure was applied. I decided to accept the quote and the surveyor came at the appointed time. My windows were fitted last week. The quality of the windows was excellent. The fitters were polite and very careful when removing my old windows The work was completed on time and exactly at the price quoted. The company stood out for me as they did exactly as promised at all stages. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Had 2 x new bays, 1 x back window, 2 x new French doors, and15 replacement units. All work undertaken and completed to a high quality. Problems that arose were dealt with in a professional way and remedied. The team led by Mick were brilliant; follow-up work required due to previous company fitters was scheduled and performed on time. No complaints at all and would use again should any need arise. Also, a thank you to the office staff for prompt and decisive work.

This is the third time I have used Finesse. This time I had two windows replaced and my conservatory refurbished (new roof, new windows and doors, new floor). I am absolutely delighted again. Their windows look beautiful and are very sturdy. My new conservatory looks stunning. I've had heat reflective glass in the roof - and it works! Even on a very hot day the conservatory is now a comfortable temperature and is a room that I can use all year. Lots of people have been involved in this project, from the guys who pulled down the old conservatory to the fitters, plasters and floor fitters. None of them could have been any more helpful. I would like to say a special thank you to Jez and Will who fitted the new conservatory - lovely people, incredibly hard workers and took such care to do great job. We used Finesse windows to replace our old wooden ones. From start to finish they were superb. They came and assessed our need quickly and we did not have to wait long for them to start the work. The quality is excellent and the workmanship is superior. Darren and his dad came to install them and they are both such nice people. Helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We live in a very old house where nothing is square and they took time and trouble to make sure that the finishing was perfect. The craftmanship was right up there. I would recommend Finesse Windows unreservedly, I found them to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly as well as reasonably priced. We recently had our attic window replaced with UPVC for ease of cleaning and upkeep. As we live in a period property I wouldn't normally consider UPVC but have to say I am so impressed with the quality of the replacement I couldn't be happier. From start to finish the people we dealt with from sales team to the fitters and everybody in between were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of them. The fitters Chris and Sam were very respectful of our home and put sheets down on all the stairs and landings, and didn't leave any mess. Again they were very easy to get on with and had great interpersonal skills, even though it was Sam's first day in the job. The quality of the work was excellent and I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation. Well Done Finesse!

Finesse Windows were recommended to us by a close relative of ours after they had built a new Conservatory for them. We therefore had no hesitation in ordering a new Conservatory for ourselves and Finesse did an excellent job for us too. This is a company with old fashioned customer focussed values which was apparent at every stage of our dealings with them. From the initial consultation to the final build, each and every one of their staff have been polite and professional in all of their dealings with us. The quality of materials used in the build are excellent and we could not be any happier with the finished product. We are now looking forward to getting many years of pleasure from our purchase.

Just had all my windows replaced. French doors fitted, radiator repositioned. Cannot fault the workmanship of all the traders involved, all arranged by Finesse. Builders, plumbers, plastering and of course Bill and Darren who fitted my windows to a very high standard of workmanship. All the workmen were polite and friendly. The price I felt was very fair to. A very professional company which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had 3 windows replaced, including a floor to ceiling lounge window with door, using Finesse as they are Which? recommended. The consultation process was thorough and very Covid-safe. The installation was on time and professional, also Covid-safe. The window quality is excellent, as is security, there was no damage to decor and the installers cleaned up fantastically. They also removed a blind and refitted it for me. I particularly valued the helpful service as I am over 70 and some tasks are difficult for me. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

In our kitchen the only access to the outside was a door and solid kitchen window. When using the kitchen, for ventilation we opened the door, not a viable option in poor weather. A replacement window with a half opening was requested. Measurements were taken, a design and price agreed around March. Then the lockdown came. We were then given a date in June. The fitter turned up on time. took the old window out and replaced it with the new window in the existing surrounds. He clearly knew what he was doing in overcoming problems as they occurred. It was all done in half a day including clearing up and working within Covid restrictions. Overall, an efficient process at a reasonable price. This was our second encounter with Finesse and the previous high standards were maintained. Who would want to use anyone else?

Fitted front door about 3 yrs ago in my 87 yr old moms house. Kept noticing a draft and found front door was warped. They changed that but still had draft. When replacing carpet for tiling found they had not filled in around bottom of door and there were huge deep gaps with no filler. They had covered it up with carpet. Agent came today and said carpet had rubbed hole in floor! They need to take customer complaints seriously and also apologise for poor workmanship instead or arguing.

The whole process of having our near 4 metre wide sliding patio doors replace has proven to be much less tedious than we expected, mainly due to Finesse Windows. Following various quotes for different window/door designs in different materials we finally settled on sliding UPVC patio doors supplied and fitted by finesse. They were one of the only ones to give us a straight quote for the job without the usual double glazing haggle so we knew what it was going to cost. Having accepted the quote and paid our deposit, Coronavirus struck so we have subsequently waited 3 months for our fitting. Finesse kept us informed of what was going on and a surveyor was sent out as soon as it was possible. A date given for the install was preceded by the rules under which the install team would operate, all very careful and correct. Installation date arrived and we just had to remove ourselves from the work area and let them carry on with the job. Upon completion we were very nicely surprised at how good the new doors looked and were very impressed with the quality of the installation. We have not been put off even though we have found a slight issue with one of the glass panels, but this has also been dealt with very quickly, without discussion, and will be resolved very soon. Their customer service I have found to be exceptional at all times..

Had a new Palladio front door fitted. Excellent quality, really solid and looks it. The door originally arrived with the wrong glass but this was spotted before it was fitted. The company sourced replacement and got in touch as soon as it was available. The fitter was polite and professional. This is the 3rd job I have had done by Finesse and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Great customer service, quality products.
