Finesse Windows Limited

We had 12 windows fitted, 2 Large 5 sided bays, an oversize patio window and 9 other windows. We were very pleased with the quality and finish of the windows. The fitters, Jez and Will, were with us for 5 days. They were friendly, efficient and checked at all times that we were happy with what they were doing. We assumed we would have to decorate all of the rooms straight after but in fact we wont have to rush to do any remedial work inside. Couldn't have wished for a better experience. Would highly recommend Finesse to anyone and we were happy that the workmanship followed true to form from the reviews we had read when choosing Finesse to install our windows.

We have used Finesse before and were happy to go back to them. This time we were having two front bedroom windows fitted and were a bit concerned that our fairly recent work to redecorate and carpet our bedroom would be ruined as the old frames looked difficult to remove. But on the day, Dave and Mike, the fitters, were fantastic. They were a delight to have around and listened carefully to our concerns. They understood exactly and worked around the problems to leave our wallpaper, paint and carpet in perfect condition. They were willing to work into early evening on a Friday to get it all finished. Very impressed and the windows are of the usual high quality. Thanks guys.

Finesse Windows have been absolutely superb from initial quote enquiry through to completion of work. They are extremely professional, keeping the customer informed throughout the stages from quote to when installation will be, and the quality of windows is excellent. Not surprising that they have been awarded the Which? Trader award, given they are a small family run business, and obviously customer service, and quality is so important to them, which is evident from the service they provide. During the coldest week in January, Finesse Windows replaced 2 big bay windows plus the bay barrel, and also a bedroom window at the back over a sloping roof that required scaffolding. The fitting team led by Jez, supported by Jamie and Will, did an excellent job and worked non-stop in the most awful weather, completing the job in 5 days as promised. They were polite and professional with great interpersonal skills, clearing up each evening and always arriving on time, even in the snow! In fact, all the people involved were a pleasure to deal with and a great credit to Finesse Windows. I am very pleased with the end result which is of the highest quality and looks very good indeed and will certainly use the company again, and happy to recommend them to anyone who wants first-class work done on their home.

Finesse Windows were very professional right through the contract, from quote to installation, they were in keeping with all time schedules. The patio supplied is very high spec and the fitter Lee did a superb job very clean tidy and fast installation. We are delighted with our new door.

We recently had finesse in to install new windows both upstairs and downstairs! I can honestly not recommend them enough the whole process was great and their customer care both before and after was exemplary! We were very pleased with the professionalism that your company as showed from start to finish. The completed French door was superb and it really does change the effect of our outside porch. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company at all. Couldn’t fault anything which is great in this day and age one very pleased customer.

We had brilliant service from the beginning when we had 7 new windows fitted, one of which was a large bay. We also opted to have the roof line replaced which Steve carried out carefully and to time. Communication throughout, led mostly by Lindsey was excellent as was the work from Mo, the planner, Ian (?) the surveyor and Chris and Chad the fitters. The team work well together and are obviously very proud of what they do. The windows are of a high quality and look fabulous; Chris and Chad deserve a medal for their craftsmanship on the bay window which wasn't quite as straight forward as first thought. The attention to detail from all members of staff involved in the project was outstanding and can be seen in the impressive results, giving real value for money. I've never written such a glowing review of a company before and it is a pleasure to do so.

My house was fully refurbished in 2016 with all windows and doors fitted by Finesse. I had a couple of service calls over the last 7 years with the last one being a couple of days ago. I was amazed to be contacted half an hour after I sent my email with the service call arranged later that day to adjust my front door hinges. What an outstanding service!

Had new double glazed windows and doors fitted throughout the property by Finesse Windows. An excellent service provided from start to finish with a single point of contact provided throught each stage. Supplied and fitted to the agreed specification and on schedule. What really stood out was how neat and tidy the job was done and how clean the property was left after each day. Would definitely recommend Finesse Windows to friends and family.

I cannot recommend Finesse Windows highly enough. From the first consultation with the lovely Bob I knew I could trust this company. Their prices were competitive and the quality of their products are of the highest standard. Their fitters were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves and their work is to a high standard. The ladies in the office kept me informed of the process all the way through and were very friendly and patient with done of my daft questions. This is not the first time that we have used Finesse Windows, who are a local company to us. We had no hesitation returning to them because we have always found them, their products and the installation teams to be excellent from start to finish; We have had windows installed by other companies but we have found Finesse to be superior in all respects, including quality, after sales service and the provision of a personal service; This time was no different; everything went smoothly, from the first enquiry to the initial survey via liaison with front desk and sales personnel; The two installers were efficient, finishing the work quicker than expected and the room was left clean and tidy I would thoroughly recommend Finesse as a company

We booked finesse to replace a bathroom window and also to remove old patio doors and replace with half brick and big windows (we now have patio doors elsewhere downstairs). They were efficient, friendly, transparent, non pushy at all stages. Workmen were really decent guys, cleared up after themselves, kept us well informed throughout and completed a high quality job. Totally recommend them

We had 3 small windows and four very large windows fitted in communal lobbies in my apartment complex. The work was completed as per the quote, despite having to delay the start of work due to the tardiness of the management company in paying the deposit. Work was finished as scheduled, with the scaffolding removed two days ahead of schedule. Communication was regular, comprehensive and efficient. The scaffolders and the fitters were a pleasure to have on site, and left everything clean and tidy. We used Finesse three years ago to replace all windows in 21 apartments, and could not have asked for better service. We were worried about planning permission, but Design Team Manager Wayne Martin worked his socks off to help us with the planning application, which was successful, and we were delighted with the end result. I can highly recommend this company.

You can’t fault the Finesse team all the way through from the sales rep that originally came to the house, the fitters and the extremely attentive customer support throughout the process providing updates all the way! Amazing service from start to finish and a beautiful product! Great to be able to visit the showroom and see the manufacturing process with people making windows in the UK.

I had two bedroom windows and a patio door replaced and some small repairs on other existing windows. From start to finish I knew I could trust this team.
