I commenced the process by obtaining three quotations and followed up each quotation with a survey. It was clear that Finesse Windows were on the ball and very efficient during the initial stage and I had no hesitation in booking their services. The fitters were outstanding, respect for property, keeping me informed, attention to detail and customer service, an excellent experience start to finish. I would highly recommend.

My choosing Finesse was 100% pot luck. My wife wanted a new door fitting to the porch. I looked on the internet saw Finesses web site and decided to give them a ring.the best decision I have made in a long time. All appoints were kept and the work carried out far better than expected. Rubbish removed and work area vacuumed. The fitter worked non stop till the job was finished and he is credit to the company. I would not hesitate to use this company again as long as their fitters are all as good as the one who fitted the door.

Finesse Windows carried out a recent work at my property regarding changing a door. The end to end experience has been seamless and I was extremely pleased by the overall work. We have used Finesse on various occasions, garage door, new windows and have just had a new conservatory roof and have always had quality work done. The sales staff are never 'pushy', offer some good advice and the quotes are always reasonable. The fitters are friendly, efficient and are always exceptionally tidy, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards. When we had a small problem following our recent job, the service man was out with us within 30 minutes of my phone call. That is service!

Had five new windows fitted on the 27/9/19. All I can say is I am one happy customer. Dealing with finesse windows from start to finish, has been a fantastic experience. I would like to say a big thank you to the fitters, Jez and Will, who were two outstanding fine, young gentleman. I found them to be hardworking, honest and trustworthy, everything you hope and wish for in good and decent tradesmen. When the works were completed, Jez and Will, left my home immaculately clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending finesse windows, to family and friends 100%.

We decided to replace an old and rusting up and over garage door with an opening one. We chose Finesse based on the product, reviews, and the Which Trusted Trader seal of approval. A general assessment and measure up was done, and a price quoted at the same time. A surveyor came later to take detailed measurements, paperwork duly arrived and was signed, and a deposit taken. We then waited about 5-6 weeks for the fitting. This was done by 2 very pleasant men, who came at the agreed time, took out the old door and fitted the new one, all with minimal fuss, and little or no mess in about 2 hours. The whole process was a positive experience. Everything was done to an agreed schedule, and (apart from having to pay the bill) was painless! We have already recommended them to someone we know. A Company to be applauded, both for quality and service!

We needed an old window replacing. Much preferring word-of-mouth, we asked our friends, one of whom recommended Finesse Windows of Kings Norton. Everything went like clockwork - the sales person arrived on time on the right day, followed by the surveyor a few days later and then, almost before I knew it, the fitters came. Nothing was too much trouble for them including moving some cases of wine out of the way. Two hours later - job done. And they cleaned and cleared up before leaving. And moved the wine back! Not the cheapest, but Top Notch!

Great service, no pushy salesmen, just a conscientious designer who listened to my needs rather than telling me what I need which another company tried to do. Fitters were friendly and efficient, replacement windows and 2 sets of bi-fold doors neatly fitted and finished to a high standard at a very competitive price. I'd definitely recommend this firm and will be using them when we get the next stage of renovations done.

The thought of having builders around your house for a few weeks can be worrying. However, our experience with Finesse Windows and the construction of our Conservatory was excellent. The workmen arrived when they said they would, were always attentive and did a great job. As with all things there were a couple of hiccups, but the important thing is that these minor problems were sorted extremely quickly with no complaints. We felt they were there to make sure we were happy with the end result. Thank you Finesse, when the need arises we will definitely use you again.

We had to replace unsatisfactory bi-fold patio doors. Finesse were very good, it took half a day. The fitters were excellent and cleared up everything. There is now a much better outlook onto our garden.

I'd used Finesse a long time back and have to be honest i had completely forgot about them when i needed a custom sized replacement door for my garage. I had rang around other door companies before i remembered i had used them in the past. From the initial conversation to the sales representative coming out to discuss my requirements to the installation of the door, i have to say i am really pleased with the results. The brick work wasn't great but they have used a PVC fascia which has dramatically improved the appearance of the brick work. I am over the moon with the results and feel it was worth every penny. We are delighted with our new windows. They look so lovely and are very high quality - sturdy and substantial. We have been really happy with all aspects of customer service. Everyone turned up when they said they would, were flexible with dates to accommodate us and were friendly and professional - designer, surveyor, scaffolders, fitters. The fitting was amazing - not even any touching up required around the new windows. There is a really small problem with one of the panes of glass (some marks that won't come off) but we phoned Finesse and they are replacing with it without any fuss - excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone at Finesse - we are very happy customers and I smile every time I look at my new windows.

I had used this company before and didn't hesitate to go back to them when I needed three very old UVPC windows replacing which had not originally been installed by them. That was only because I hadn't heard of them then. I would use them every time and highly recommend them to others for their customer relations and their efficiency. I was stunned by the speed the work was carried out. I had a preliminary visit from a really friendly designer who had remembered me from the last job that had been carried out and in two weeks the job had been completed to my satisfaction! Everybody I dealt with was polite, friendly, prompt and efficient. The workmanship of the installers appears to have been excellent and I find it incredible that they can just pop out old windows and insert new ones without any need for me to do any touching up or redecorating after they have been.

As with all large jobs, sometimes things don't always go quite as expected but Finesse went out of their way to make sure that these were sorted without any headaches for me and my family. Having already had a front door off finesse, being extremely pleased I had no hesitation to have them replace the orangery roof in the kitchen. The old roof which had been fitted by an other company was leaking, and I was at my wits end trying to get it fixed. When I asked finesse if they would mind having a look they did so and informed me of the problem, they did try to help to fix it without having to have a total replacement (which shows what an honest and great company they are), however a full roof was needed. From start to finish the professionalism was second to none, all the staff from sales to fitting , reception and the factory guys are just so friendly and their knowledge is amazing. My new roof is now on, the mess the previous people made has been rectified and i can tell the difference straight away. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

We recently had to adapt our bathroom into a wet room for our severely disabled daughter. Finesse were recommended by a friend and from start to finish their professionalism, project management and care was impeccable. We had a new bathroom window from Finesse, which has helped to transform the bathroom to help suit our daughters needs. The project was completed very quickly and with minimal disruption. During the project, I spoke with different members of the Finesse team who were able to respond to our questions immediately and helped to reassure me that the project would not impact on our daughters routine. We are more than pleased with the quality of our new window and the follow up aftercare and cannot thank the team enough for their consideration throughout the project. From the very outset of the enquiry to fitting of numerous windows, the service was excellent. All aspects from advice, sales, surveying through to fitting were seamless and communication was good on every level. The fitters were thoughtful, tidy and polite. Finesse replaced a rotten timber framed window and door at the rear of our house with a lovely UPVC-framed fitting. Communication was clear, the surveyor was knowledgeable and helpful and we were offered a choice of styles. The job was completed quickly. The fitters were polite, tidy and did a fantastic job. The new door has enhanced our house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Finesse.

Finesse Windows have been amazing to deal with from start to finish. We have a property built in 1880 that had beautiful original window designs but they were cracked, painted shut, had secondary glazing and it was time to get them all looking good and working again. My only stipulation was to replicate the original windows and Finesse did a fantastic job - we have had so many compliments about the finished installation. After living with the windows for a few weeks we realised one was sticking slightly when we opened it and the furniture on another was white instead of black. When I contacted Finesse they got me booked in right away and everything was sorted out impeccably. All the staff we have dealt with have been very professional and what could have been quite a disruptive experience within the house has actually been a pleasure. Thank you Finesse!

Came to fit bathroom window on 11/4/19. Wrong measurements had been taken! Once frame had been re-made it was fitted on 18/4/19. This time one of the glass units had been damaged. I called Finesse and spoke to someone to complain that this was not going well. He apologised but basically said there was nothing he could do. Again we had to wait in on 30/4/19 for the new unit to be fitted. We received no formal apology, and after being good customers of Finesse for 15 years we expected better. No attempt has been made to make us feel better about this and I am furious at having to wait in on four separate occasions when twice should have sufficed (once for measuring and once for fitting). We hoped we would receive either a letter or even a small discount by way of apology, but nothing was forthcoming, just a statement to be paid. It was a catalogue of errors that Finesse do not care about making us feel better about. We will never use them again!

We had a new front door and windows fitted over a couple of days, the job right from the word go, to the job finish, everyone was excellent. With a special word for the fitters, there was no damage to existing decor, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Really well done.

All our double glazing and soffits have been replaced by Finesse, we choose this company, you request a quote and there is no pressure to carry out the work until you are ready, fitting was done within three weeks of order being placed. The product is of high quality and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this company.

From the first call I made to make the enquiry and arrange for someone to call and give me a quote (Ray), the surveyor coming to make the final appraisal and then the fitting team, everyone was absolutely professional and gave an air of expertise, never keeping me waiting. I was only having one window replaced but was treated as a valued customer. The fitting team, three people led by Michael, far exceeded what I was expecting by the work they produced. There was no mess, everything moved out of the way and the carpet was covered. The old window removed and the surround cleared and tidied before the new one fitted. The result it excellent, I couldn't have wished for more. I have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again for my other windows and doors.

We had two windows replaced , from a previous supplier, that had misted, lounge window no problem, the kitchen door window had a flaw , called customer service, they arranged a replacement , that was also flawed , in the end it was sorted , no fault on Finesses side it was due to glass manufacturer. Finesse replaced all the windows in our house (19 windows) and our porch. All completed to time (took a week to complete - ran behind a little on the way, but Finesse sent more fitters out so as not to delay, which was great) and to the agreed cost. Number of things have made Finesse stand out: - local smaller business - nice to be able to support a local company. - environmental aspects - the windows are A class eco rating (and have made a massive difference to the warmth of the house already) - security - excellent locks on the doors (porch and patio) - Ultion into snap, which was standard and very impressed. - feature window - we asked Finesse to produce a leaded window for our landing window based on a design i provided - great work, exactly what 'd asked for and looks excellent. - sales - no pressure and really helpful in adjusting the quote as we went through (i made a lot of changes and were very patient and helpful). Can also go and look at the windows being made on site if want to (we didn't but nice to have the offer). - Fitting - great experience, the lead fitter (Chris) was great, kept me up to date with how progress was going and asked questions to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted (for example, we didn't want plastic strips round the windows, so Chris kept these off and made good the plaster work). Was really surprised how little damage to the old plaster etc from taking old windows out - they took care and could tell with the output.

We have just had our patio door replaced with a large window. It looks fabulous! We are thrilled with the results. The fitter, Visual, was excellent. He made sure that every detail was perfect. He worked very quickly and efficiently and ensured that everywhere was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company and I would certainly use them again.

Superb service from a trusted installer. From the first visit by the estimator to the final installation Finesse created confidence and displayed professionalism. Nothing was too much much trouble and even after installation they returned to check all was well and brought tokens of appreciation for the business. Highly recommended for real customer-focussed attention and excellent value for money.

Finesse Windows fitted 49 windows and doors for me in November 2018. From sales to installation to aftercare I can not fault them. Dean the salesman was lovely and helpful, not pushy at all. Installation took 3 weeks . The fitters were amazing. Very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They had a hard job taking out my old steal windows with individual lead pieces. There are a lot of window companies out there, I’m so pleased I chose to go with Finesse based on the excellent reviews. They are a family run business with a great ethos. Finesse will be replacing all our office windows in April.

Finesse fitted new front and back doors. We chose them as they gave us most confidence that we would get a high quality product and service, and we weren't disappointed. All staff, from sales and measuring to fitting and reception were courteous and professional. The fitter cleaned up carefully when finished. A slight problem with the fit of the front door, noticed later, was fixed promptly. Overall we're a happy customer.
