Having already had a front door off finesse, being extremely pleased I had no hesitation to have them replace the orangery roof in the kitchen. The old roof which had been fitted by an other company was leaking, and I was at my wits end trying to get it fixed. When I asked finesse if they would mind having a look they did so and informed me of the problem, they did try to help to fix it without having to have a total replacement (which shows what an honest and great company they are), however a full roof was needed. From start to finish the professionalism was second to none, all the staff from sales to fitting , reception and the factory guys are just so friendly and their knowledge is amazing. My new roof is now on, the mess the previous people made has been rectified and i can tell the difference straight away. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Finesse Windows have been amazing to deal with from start to finish. We have a property built in 1880 that had beautiful original window designs but they were cracked, painted shut, had secondary glazing and it was time to get them all looking good and working again. My only stipulation was to replicate the original windows and Finesse did a fantastic job - we have had so many compliments about the finished installation. After living with the windows for a few weeks we realised one was sticking slightly when we opened it and the furniture on another was white instead of black. When I contacted Finesse they got me booked in right away and everything was sorted out impeccably. All the staff we have dealt with have been very professional and what could have been quite a disruptive experience within the house has actually been a pleasure. Thank you Finesse!

I had used this company before and didn't hesitate to go back to them when I needed three very old UVPC windows replacing which had not originally been installed by them. That was only because I hadn't heard of them then. I would use them every time and highly recommend them to others for their customer relations and their efficiency. I was stunned by the speed the work was carried out. I had a preliminary visit from a really friendly designer who had remembered me from the last job that had been carried out and in two weeks the job had been completed to my satisfaction! Everybody I dealt with was polite, friendly, prompt and efficient. The workmanship of the installers appears to have been excellent and I find it incredible that they can just pop out old windows and insert new ones without any need for me to do any touching up or redecorating after they have been.

We are delighted with our new windows. They look so lovely and are very high quality - sturdy and substantial. We have been really happy with all aspects of customer service. Everyone turned up when they said they would, were flexible with dates to accommodate us and were friendly and professional - designer, surveyor, scaffolders, fitters. The fitting was amazing - not even any touching up required around the new windows. There is a really small problem with one of the panes of glass (some marks that won't come off) but we phoned Finesse and they are replacing with it without any fuss - excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone at Finesse - we are very happy customers and I smile every time I look at my new windows.

Cannot fault the service received from start to finish. Extremely helpful during the planning process, smooth and hassle free. Work crew were very polite, tidy and helpful throughout - a great team! Work was completed to spec, on time and to budget. So pleased with the conservatory and would highly recommend. Do not go anywhere else! A very big thank you to Finesse.

Had five new windows fitted on the 27/9/19. All I can say is I am one happy customer. Dealing with finesse windows from start to finish, has been a fantastic experience. I would like to say a big thank you to the fitters, Jez and Will, who were two outstanding fine, young gentleman. I found them to be hardworking, honest and trustworthy, everything you hope and wish for in good and decent tradesmen. When the works were completed, Jez and Will, left my home immaculately clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending finesse windows, to family and friends 100%.

We used Finesse windows to replace our old wooden ones. From start to finish they were superb. They came and assessed our need quickly and we did not have to wait long for them to start the work. The quality is excellent and the workmanship is superior. Darren and his dad came to install them and they are both such nice people. Helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We live in a very old house where nothing is square and they took time and trouble to make sure that the finishing was perfect. The craftmanship was right up there. What a great service! From no pressure sale through to a stress free installation with good communication from the company. My wife and I were very impressed with Finesse and over the moon with our new porch. I was a bit wary of engaging another double glazing company as the previous two, we have used, have promised a lot but delivered inferior service and products. The sales meeting with Finesse was friendly and quite layed back. ( No phoning the manager to see if he is in a good mood to provide a better price!!) The price quoted was, we felt, very reasonable. The meeting with the surveyor was equally friendly and he gave us ideas and suggestions we had not previously considered. The installation was excellent. Managed by Darren, who himself was an excellent advert for the company, it went better than we could have imagined. The only issue was that I had ordered the wrong letterbox and it really didn't go with the porch and surround. There was a "no problem" attitude and it was changed at no extra cost. I'm nosy and always ask the workers what the company is like as an employer. Everyone we met from Finesse spoke warmly about the company. How nice. It gave us both a huge amount of confidence in the company we had chosen. We'll certainly use them again. Such a nice friendly company.

Finesse replaced my sitting room window. I have used the company before to install new doors and they have always been prompt and done good work. I needed to replace a large window and as a previous customer, Finesse had emailed me about a forthcoming price increase, but if an order was placed by a certain date, this increase could be avoided. I visited the showroom and after the window was measured, a price was given, contract issued, and I was given a contact at the showroom. Work was carried out on schedule, vey efficient and debris was cleared up afterwards. Information was provided about operating and cleaning, and later on I was sent a BFRC Energy Rating Certificate. A few weeks later Finesse dropped off a spray cleaner for the window and a bottle of wine - a nice touch! I will definitely use them again!

Couldn’t be anymore pleased with Finesse Windows and the team that came to do our windows. Really great, lovely team that came to do it. . Very professional and their work is first class. Attention to detail is brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. So very happy and the company and team. Definitely recommend them.

I can highly recommend FINESSE Windows from start to finish they did all we asked for.We had replaced windows in our Bungalow a front porch door with side panels all glazed to match the windows . It looks really amazing we are very happy with everything.The workmen we’re very polite hard working & cleaned up any mess they made.I can honestly say the only time these men stopped working was when they had there lunch which was all of 20 minutes.Mr Bob Tooth who came out to see us to tell us all about Finesse Windows was not pushy at all.He was very obliging a proper gentleman who let us take our time to consider & to decide what we wanted.IF your thinking of having replacement windows or doors give Finesse a ring you won’t be disappointed.I mustn’t forget you get a 10 year warranty as well. I give Finesse 10 out of 10 . They started & finished the job as was agreed .We paid the agreed amount as was first stated .

We have just had 3 new windows and will need another 3 in the next 24 months, and we’ll definitely be using Finesse again. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We took ages to decide and they remained patient with us, giving no hard sell at any point. The fitters did a great job, really pleasant leaving left the house clean when they left. They then dropped a few thank you gifts over the week after. Never I have known a company do that before. One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with.

We were looking to replace our kitchen window. We had previously had all the windows in the house replaced except this particular one, which was now nearly 30 years old. The company that we had previously used has now gone out of business so we wanted to use a local company. First off I was impressed by Finesse’s reviews, so we visited their showroom. We spoke to Bob Tooth who was very polite, knowledgeable and more importantly, he wasn’t pushy. We liked the product and the price quoted was in my opinion very reasonable. We were concerned that because we only wanted one window a big company would turn us away, but Finesse were more than happy to assist us. We agreed to have the work done and from that point onward everything ran very smoothly. We were kept informed about progress and were given a date for fitting. On the fitting date 2 fitters arrived and completed the job with minimum fuss. They cleared up after them and left us with all 5he necessary paperwork. Overall, we are extremely pleased with job carried out. The window itself is very good and I cannot fault the customer service. The window has a 10 year guarantee and is backed by an insurance policy in case the company goes bust, unlike our previous company who went bust leaving us part way into the guarantee and we could do nothing then to get anything fixed if it broke (which the window handles did). We would certainly recommend Finesse and will use them again if we need any windows replacing

I had a new bay window installed. The salesman and surveyor ensured that the design was in keeping with the character of a victorian terrace. The workmen who installed the window were great, very helpful, skilled and professional. Aftercare was very good and the whole process was stress free. A very positive experience.

Excellent service. The ordering and installation proceeded efficiently with everything completed as promised. The service and product could not be bettered. We have been using Finesse for over 30 years now and their service continues to impress.

We have just had a new Patio door and some new window panes installed. Paul who came round to see what was needed and prepare the quote was helpful giving good advice, not at all pushy and didn't try to upsell anything. We have diagonal leaded glass units, many of which had lost their seal with condensation inside. I was looking to simply get the blown panes replaced but also wondered about replacing the whole windows. Pauls’ advice was to just replace the glass. The quote was prepared quickly and questions answered promptly. Ordering to installation took quite a long time but that was OK as we were warned that this would be the case early on and prior to signing any contracts They did need to resend someone to do the measurements for the leading on the windows as this was complex and they wanted to make sure the match would be OK. In fact, the match achieved was excellent. On the day (which was horrible and raining cats and dogs) the installers did a great job and kept everything clean and tidy. Price was very competitive on the patio door and we though the glass replacement was very reasonable. We would certainly use them again.

I will give recommendations when it's deserved, and I have to say Finesse did a great job. We had eight stained glass panes encapsulated, principally to warm the house but we wanted to retain the character you only get from aged stained glass. I was concerned this might be lost in the move from old wooden frames to UPVC, but am extremely pleased how they turned out. They fitted the UPVc frames when they removed the Stained Glass, so we benefitted from a warmer/quieter house immediately. Ok, there were some things that didn't go to plan as part of the install, and to be fair to Finesse they pointed out some of these challenges up front, e.g. getting the wooden frames out. They handled the issues with professionalism and courtesy, the quality of the finish is excellent. It is a specialist job and they had the skills, experience and skilled staff. The pricing at their own admission is higher than other companies, however I don't think I would have got the same level of service from others, and indeed having used a variety of other Window companies these are by far the best. Highly recommended and will use them again for sure!

Finesse Windows is the best choice I have made for a secure window in my bathroom as an emergency. It is an investment and an added bonus to my home . Each individual from planning ,surveying and installing were promt and delivered a pleasing result on time as scheduled. We recently had a patio door/window fitted by Finesse. The installers did a superb job, fitting it all neatly, securely and leaving no mess. We have now had all of our windows plus a porch fitted by Finesse. Every employee we have dealt with has been well prepared, polite and efficient. The whole process went smoothly. From initial enquiry to the moment they completed the work Finesse were first class. Although this was only a single door replacement their standard of work will lead to me getting quotes for "roofline" work. I would not hesitate to recommend Finesse Windows.

This is the first time we used Finesse and wished we had used them at our previous home. Ray and Daz were way above your typical installers, arriving on time, cracking on with the work, cleaning up at the end of each day, educating us on what was being done and why and giving hints and tips along the way to make the most out of our new windows. From the moment the initial measuring was done by Dean, through to Vic the Finesse surveyor visiting and Ray and Daz installing, we are satisfied with their service and professional work ethic. Look forward to hiring them again for the remaining windows we need to replace.
