I needed 3 new rear windows and 2 doors on the rear elevation of the property and was recommended to Finesse by a friend who had recently had all of her windows replaced. The job was completed yesterday and I am very satisfied with the standard of workmanship achieved by the 2 tradesmen. They were both friendly and professional, and completed the work with a minimum of fuss. They left the place in a clean and tidy condition. The whole process from point of sale, to survey and completion had been flawless and I would have no hesitation in further recommending Finesse Windows to any potential new customer.

Finesse Windows were recommended to us by a close relative of ours after they had built a new Conservatory for them. We therefore had no hesitation in ordering a new Conservatory for ourselves and Finesse did an excellent job for us too. This is a company with old fashioned customer focussed values which was apparent at every stage of our dealings with them. From the initial consultation to the final build, each and every one of their staff have been polite and professional in all of their dealings with us. The quality of materials used in the build are excellent and we could not be any happier with the finished product. We are now looking forward to getting many years of pleasure from our purchase.

Excellent service and communication second to none from planning to execution of the contract. New front door, six front windows and a bifolding door in the dining room. Superb quality of the product noted. I was worried about possible damage to the two tiled bathrooms which proved to be unwarranted as the workmanship of the fitters was excellent. Credit to Bob for the planning, Ian for the assessment, and truly great work by the fitters, Chris and Chad, not forgetting to mention supervisor Raymond. The quality product and workmanship resulted in my wife and I will be ordering a second bifolding door which is now in the planning stage. The company provides a wonderful customer experience.

We had a new front bay window, door and internal window fitted by Finesse. Very happy with all aspects of the work from the sales through to installation. The guys doing the fitting did an excellent and tidy job. Great aftercare service too, checking in and missing window keys sent out straight away. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

From start to finish, the service and professionalism were first-class. A couple of minor issues needed to be rectified and these were carried out within two days of the porch being completed. We also had visits from an inspector and customer services to make sure that we were happy with the installation. We had two windows replaced , from a previous supplier, that had misted, lounge window no problem, the kitchen door window had a flaw , called customer service, they arranged a replacement , that was also flawed , in the end it was sorted , no fault on Finesses side it was due to glass manufacturer. We had a new front door and windows fitted over a couple of days, the job right from the word go, to the job finish, everyone was excellent. With a special word for the fitters, there was no damage to existing decor, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Really well done.

We recently had to adapt our bathroom into a wet room for our severely disabled daughter. Finesse were recommended by a friend and from start to finish their professionalism, project management and care was impeccable. We had a new bathroom window from Finesse, which has helped to transform the bathroom to help suit our daughters needs. The project was completed very quickly and with minimal disruption. During the project, I spoke with different members of the Finesse team who were able to respond to our questions immediately and helped to reassure me that the project would not impact on our daughters routine. I'd used Finesse a long time back and have to be honest i had completely forgot about them when i needed a custom sized replacement door for my garage. I had rang around other door companies before i remembered i had used them in the past. From the initial conversation to the sales representative coming out to discuss my requirements to the installation of the door, i have to say i am really pleased with the results. The brick work wasn't great but they have used a PVC fascia which has dramatically improved the appearance of the brick work. I am over the moon with the results and feel it was worth every penny. Finesse Windows fitted 49 windows and doors for me in November 2018. From sales to installation to aftercare I can not fault them. Dean the salesman was lovely and helpful, not pushy at all. Installation took 3 weeks . The fitters were amazing. Very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They had a hard job taking out my old steal windows with individual lead pieces. There are a lot of window companies out there, I’m so pleased I chose to go with Finesse based on the excellent reviews. They are a family run business with a great ethos. Finesse will be replacing all our office windows in April.

My choosing Finesse was 100% pot luck. My wife wanted a new door fitting to the porch. I looked on the internet saw Finesses web site and decided to give them a ring.the best decision I have made in a long time. All appoints were kept and the work carried out far better than expected. Rubbish removed and work area vacuumed. The fitter worked non stop till the job was finished and he is credit to the company. I would not hesitate to use this company again as long as their fitters are all as good as the one who fitted the door.

An absolutely marvellous job replacing all our windows and doors. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent - our home is now draught free and there is a noticeable difference in how warm the house keeps. Not only that, the new windows and doors look really great. The job was completed on schedule and on time and to the accepted quotation. We were very impressed with the service throughout. Throughout the process, we have been kept fully informed and advised by the very helpful Customer Service Team. The installation team were terrific - they worked really hard, were very courteous and they cleared away all the dust etc as they went along. I live in an old property with a bay window and the original window with stained glass was deteriorated beyond repair. I'm so glad I used Finesse to design and install a replace the bay window. I wanted a very specific design which was sympathetic to the original window, but still reasonably affordable (timber options were put of my price range). Finesse designed and delivered exactly what I wanted and the stained glass is stunning. I'd definitely recommend them, especially to anyone like myself with a period property which needs modernisation, but you wish to retain the character. The service from the design, installation and aftercare was faultless. I am a very satisfied customer and will likely use Finesse again when we upgrade other windows in the property.

Maisie and Andy have fitted two new lovely windows for me! They arrived, as agreed, on schedule. The windows fitted are at the front of the house on a bedroom and a bathroom in rosewood upvc on the exterior and white on the interior. The job was done within a few hours without any problems. Everything was kept very clean with the stair carpet and landing covered for protection. The bathroom was cleaned afterwards. Thank you! Credit also to our local Finesse showroom who made the process very smooth including Dominic and Ian who did the initial survey and the admin staff for excellent customer service and communication. Would definitely recommend.
