We have recently had windows fitted by Finesse Windows Ltd. From the start of the process to the finished and installed product they have been excellent. Their staff throughout have been very friendly and helpful. The choosing and ordering of the windows went through extremely quickly without any problems, we were very pleased with their quotation and the different types of windows that they have available. The manufacture of our windows was also a quick process and the fitting was carried out without any problems. The service provided throughout by the team at Finesse Windows has been friendly, informative and we would highly recommend this company.

Thrilled with the work we had done. Extremely high quality and most importantly for us has improved the security of our house immensely. Mo took us through the initial design and was perfect. He even made some suggestions we had not thought of that’s made a big difference. He took his time to explain everything and the whole process. We were worried on timeframe as we have a baby on the way but they reassured us at every step and was completed in good time. The surveyor (apologies forgot his name) was lovely and made sure he got all the measurements correct. He even did a follow up visit to make sure everything was ok and left a goodie bag which was a lovely little touch. The installer (apologies forgot his name) was excellent. Worked tidily and left no mess. He took all the old stuff away and was a delight to communicate with. Probably more than other quotes but you definitely get what you pay for! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

I can’t recommend Finesse Windows highly enough! I came to their showroom and they were able to give me a quote at my home the next day. I had a set of patio doors fitted. The work was done to a 10/10 standard. I couldn’t be happier! They really went above and beyond.

From getting the quote to the completion of the works, everything went smoothly. All my questions were answered, from the style of windows that would suit my house, to the locks. I was invited to the showroom, to check the factory and select my bathroom window designs - everyone I met was very helpful. We set a date for the installation and they arrived on time, and were needed appropriate covering was used and all rubbish was taken away and the area left clear of any rubbish. We are very happy with the service and the products that Finesse Windows provided and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Supplied and fitted a new external glazed door and frame. Brought forward the delivery estimate by several weeks to help with our proposed holiday dates. Delivered and fitted on the date agreed (?!). Fitted in less time than originally allowed for. The installation team arrived when promised, they were clean workers, and good communicators. They weren't the cheapest, but they were by far the best I have come across. I may even have to revise my view of glazing companies.

Our old double-glazed porch of over 30 years needed replacing. As Finesse windows is local to us we decided to get some details from them. Following a phone call, they sent along their designer who went through the design and budget with us. After deciding to go forward with Finesse Windows we were given the obligatory 14 days to change our mind if we wanted to. We paid 50% of the total as a deposit and were given a rough estimate of delivery time. The communication that followed was excellent including paperwork. After a wait of 5 weeks, we were given an installation date and told it was flexible if it was not suitable. The fitters turned up bang on time on the agreed date and did a great job of removing the old porch and replacing with the new one. All rubbish was removed and the site was left clean. Overall, it was a great job and we are very pleased we went with Finesse. We left this review for a few weeks to see if any problems occurred, none have. Would definitely use Finesse again and recommend.

Have used this company on several occasions without any issues. Recently we had a loggia fitted which is wonderful and was completed on time and to budget by skilled friendly tradesmen. Would happily recommend to others.

From initial quote to survey then to guys installing windows, we can't fault anything. Such friendly helpful and professional people! Only had a couple of windows installed but won't hesitate having the rest done with finesse!

We've had the roofline replaced, all new windows and doors, and had the conservatory replaced. I can definitely recommend the dark grey, it has completely transformed the look of our house. We've known of Finesse for a number of years now, and only considered them for our order knowing of the quality and security benefits of the product to be fitted, the level of detail they place on getting your order right and to the standard you want, along with the unrivaled commitment to service from order to fitting to final check. When the original survey was completed, even though we were having our conservatory replaced, keeping the original base, Andy still offered some suggestions to alter the design that would enhance the overall look to what we originally had. Once the fitting had finished, we were shown around by the lead fitter to make sure everything was to the standard we expected. But even before we started he did mention two panes of glass had small scratches on them, and these were replaced within a few days - there's upfront honesty for you! I expected this of Finesse anyway, but it was comforting to experience the quality of the fitters and builders during the two weeks they were on site, friendly, careful around our house, and just a really nice bunch of guys. I would like to thank finesse for a great installation, we were kept informed all through out the job, the salesman was very helpful, we shopped around a bit first to make sure we were getting the best advice and to check how they were on price, but common sense prevailed and decided to go with finesse, our installation went smoothly, the fitter were very clean and tidy, the after sales was great, they were not the cheapest however you do get what you pay for. We have just had our patio door replaced with a large window. It looks fabulous! We are thrilled with the results. The fitter, Visual, was excellent. He made sure that every detail was perfect. He worked very quickly and efficiently and ensured that everywhere was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company and I would certainly use them again.

Finesse fitted new front and back doors. We chose them as they gave us most confidence that we would get a high quality product and service, and we weren't disappointed. All staff, from sales and measuring to fitting and reception were courteous and professional. The fitter cleaned up carefully when finished. A slight problem with the fit of the front door, noticed later, was fixed promptly. Overall we're a happy customer.

From the first call I made to make the enquiry and arrange for someone to call and give me a quote (Ray), the surveyor coming to make the final appraisal and then the fitting team, everyone was absolutely professional and gave an air of expertise, never keeping me waiting. I was only having one window replaced but was treated as a valued customer. The fitting team, three people led by Michael, far exceeded what I was expecting by the work they produced. There was no mess, everything moved out of the way and the carpet was covered. The old window removed and the surround cleared and tidied before the new one fitted. The result it excellent, I couldn't have wished for more. I have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again for my other windows and doors.

All our double glazing and soffits have been replaced by Finesse, we choose this company, you request a quote and there is no pressure to carry out the work until you are ready, fitting was done within three weeks of order being placed. The product is of high quality and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this company.

We had to replace unsatisfactory bi-fold patio doors. Finesse were very good, it took half a day. The fitters were excellent and cleared up everything. There is now a much better outlook onto our garden.
