This company was excellent from start to finish. No sales pressure. Great communication. Professional, polite and most importantly did a fantastic job installing my new sliding patio doors. During the coldest week in January, Finesse Windows replaced 2 big bay windows plus the bay barrel, and also a bedroom window at the back over a sloping roof that required scaffolding. The fitting team led by Jez, supported by Jamie and Will, did an excellent job and worked non-stop in the most awful weather, completing the job in 5 days as promised. They were polite and professional with great interpersonal skills, clearing up each evening and always arriving on time, even in the snow! In fact, all the people involved were a pleasure to deal with and a great credit to Finesse Windows. I am very pleased with the end result which is of the highest quality and looks very good indeed and will certainly use the company again, and happy to recommend them to anyone who wants first-class work done on their home.

We have been trying to find supply and fit of a new composite back door for months. Had 3 quotes and all fell through as certain stages. Was recommended Finesse Windows and what a breath of fresh air to deal with. From the initial quote, right up to the after service, everything went perfectly. Regular calls to let us know where we were in the process, booked in for fitting and arrived on time, great installation and even had a visit after the install to drop off cleaning products and a bottle of wine. If all companies worked to this ethos the world would be a much happier place, Bravo Finesse.

I used finesse to install two sets of French windows. Superb service throughout from initial contact to after care. Thorough surveyor. Quick and efficient installation. Skilled and experienced fitter who was able to deal with unexpected issues arising. When I needed some hinge adjustments made in an emergency a fitter came out within the hour on bank holiday Sunday. Amazing service.

We have had the windows patio doors and porch fitted for our house and from the initial enquiry call to the completion of the work the communication and the service was exceptional. Cameron & Dillon who were the fitters were absolutely amazing, they were professional, extremely thorough in all the finer details, nothing was rushed and everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The finish of the work is like they were working on their own home which is very rare with renovation workmen. We seriously cannot praise them enough, really lovely friendly lads. The quality of the windows and patio doors from finesse is absolutely brilliant and through fitting we have had many compliments from neighbours on how amazing the completion of the work is. We had a few minor issues which were resolved immediately without any fuss. Finesse sent quality people to visit whilst work was been carried out and not at one point was anything picked out as not good enough. The staff at the office were informative through whole process from start to finish. Absolutely outstanding and extremely happy with everything they have done Would 100% recommend finesse. We are looking to get a conservatory next and without a doubt will not go anywhere else for this to be completed. We recently had finesse in to install new windows both upstairs and downstairs! I can honestly not recommend them enough the whole process was great and their customer care both before and after was exemplary! Professional friendly staff allowed me to feel supported both before and during the building of my small porch. The office staff were responsive to any questions during the installment. Great flexibility regarding start date without incurring extra costs. Price for the work was reasonable. The materials used were good quality, resulting in very attractive finished product. Excellent service and communication second to none from planning to execution of the contract. New front door, six front windows and a bifolding door in the dining room. Superb quality of the product noted. I was worried about possible damage to the two tiled bathrooms which proved to be unwarranted as the workmanship of the fitters was excellent. Credit to Bob for the planning, Ian for the assessment, and truly great work by the fitters, Chris and Chad, not forgetting to mention supervisor Raymond. The quality product and workmanship resulted in my wife and I will be ordering a second bifolding door which is now in the planning stage. The company provides a wonderful customer experience.

We have just had 3 new windows and will need another 3 in the next 24 months, and we’ll definitely be using Finesse again. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We took ages to decide and they remained patient with us, giving no hard sell at any point. The fitters did a great job, really pleasant leaving left the house clean when they left. They then dropped a few thank you gifts over the week after. Never I have known a company do that before. One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with.

I can highly recommend FINESSE Windows from start to finish they did all we asked for.We had replaced windows in our Bungalow a front porch door with side panels all glazed to match the windows . It looks really amazing we are very happy with everything.The workmen we’re very polite hard working & cleaned up any mess they made.I can honestly say the only time these men stopped working was when they had there lunch which was all of 20 minutes.Mr Bob Tooth who came out to see us to tell us all about Finesse Windows was not pushy at all.He was very obliging a proper gentleman who let us take our time to consider & to decide what we wanted.IF your thinking of having replacement windows or doors give Finesse a ring you won’t be disappointed.I mustn’t forget you get a 10 year warranty as well. I give Finesse 10 out of 10 . They started & finished the job as was agreed .We paid the agreed amount as was first stated .

We had brilliant service from the beginning when we had 7 new windows fitted, one of which was a large bay. We also opted to have the roof line replaced which Steve carried out carefully and to time. Communication throughout, led mostly by Lindsey was excellent as was the work from Mo, the planner, Ian (?) the surveyor and Chris and Chad the fitters. The team work well together and are obviously very proud of what they do. The windows are of a high quality and look fabulous; Chris and Chad deserve a medal for their craftsmanship on the bay window which wasn't quite as straight forward as first thought. The attention to detail from all members of staff involved in the project was outstanding and can be seen in the impressive results, giving real value for money. I've never written such a glowing review of a company before and it is a pleasure to do so.

We had a new sliding patio door fitted. Everything was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. Initially a chap named Mo visited us to measure up, explain the process and then sent us the quote. Following this, we had telephone calls from Lindsey and Jennie; client relationship coordinators, who explained the next steps. All three were very efficient and helpful. Then a surveyor visited us to check all was OK. On the day of fitting Dave and Mike were assigned to us; everything was done to a very high standard, and the site was left clean and tidy upon completion. Following this we received a telephone call to check we were happy with everything; which we were. I must say that in these days of encountering shoddy customer service from so many enterprises, often 'done' be a robot, that it was extremely refreshing and satisfying to receive such wonderful genuinely caring personal service from Finesse! We will definitely use them again in future.

The team at Finesse Windows could not have been more helpful. From initial enquiry which was by a unique video consultation, then designer visit and then invitation into showroom, we have been fully advised right through the process. Finesse were able to suggest a stylist solution to increase our outdoor living and entertainment space challenge with their new product range - the team couldn't have been more helpful all the way through to the post installation courtesy visit. The new Veranda product met our every wish, stylist and modern at an amazing price. An absolutely marvellous job replacing all our windows and doors. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent - our home is now draught free and there is a noticeable difference in how warm the house keeps. Not only that, the new windows and doors look really great. The job was completed on schedule and on time and to the accepted quotation. We were very impressed with the service throughout. My house was fully refurbished in 2016 with all windows and doors fitted by Finesse. I had a couple of service calls over the last 7 years with the last one being a couple of days ago. I was amazed to be contacted half an hour after I sent my email with the service call arranged later that day to adjust my front door hinges. What an outstanding service!

After carefully considering different window and door companies finesse stood above the rest on all counts. Visiting their showroom in Kingsnorton was outstanding after starting the process with Mark the manager. Quality products stood out and the price outstanding. Payment schedule in place if needed, everything is covered. Insulation date was agreed and the process from then on was brilliant. Their is a first point of contact, who get in touch. Insulation was fitted by DAVEand MIKE. really nice people, any questions they were happy to answer, their work ethics is brilliant. We were looking to replace our kitchen window. We had previously had all the windows in the house replaced except this particular one, which was now nearly 30 years old. The company that we had previously used has now gone out of business so we wanted to use a local company. First off I was impressed by Finesse’s reviews, so we visited their showroom. We spoke to Bob Tooth who was very polite, knowledgeable and more importantly, he wasn’t pushy. We liked the product and the price quoted was in my opinion very reasonable. We were concerned that because we only wanted one window a big company would turn us away, but Finesse were more than happy to assist us. We agreed to have the work done and from that point onward everything ran very smoothly. We were kept informed about progress and were given a date for fitting. On the fitting date 2 fitters arrived and completed the job with minimum fuss. They cleared up after them and left us with all 5he necessary paperwork. Overall, we are extremely pleased with job carried out. The window itself is very good and I cannot fault the customer service. The window has a 10 year guarantee and is backed by an insurance policy in case the company goes bust, unlike our previous company who went bust leaving us part way into the guarantee and we could do nothing then to get anything fixed if it broke (which the window handles did). We would certainly recommend Finesse and will use them again if we need any windows replacing

We have recently had windows fitted by Finesse Windows Ltd. From the start of the process to the finished and installed product they have been excellent. Their staff throughout have been very friendly and helpful. The choosing and ordering of the windows went through extremely quickly without any problems, we were very pleased with their quotation and the different types of windows that they have available. The manufacture of our windows was also a quick process and the fitting was carried out without any problems. I can’t recommend Finesse Windows highly enough! I came to their showroom and they were able to give me a quote at my home the next day. I had a set of patio doors fitted. The work was done to a 10/10 standard. I couldn’t be happier! They really went above and beyond.

Thrilled with the work we had done. Extremely high quality and most importantly for us has improved the security of our house immensely. Mo took us through the initial design and was perfect. He even made some suggestions we had not thought of that’s made a big difference. He took his time to explain everything and the whole process. We were worried on timeframe as we have a baby on the way but they reassured us at every step and was completed in good time. The surveyor (apologies forgot his name) was lovely and made sure he got all the measurements correct. He even did a follow up visit to make sure everything was ok and left a goodie bag which was a lovely little touch. The installer (apologies forgot his name) was excellent. Worked tidily and left no mess. He took all the old stuff away and was a delight to communicate with. Probably more than other quotes but you definitely get what you pay for! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely recommend this company. We had a porch built. From initial visit through to completion they were absolute professionals. Complete transparency with quotes and all communication, easy to contact, all tradesmen (Brett, Matt, Jez,and Ivan) completed work to an excellent standard and were 100% tidy when working and respectful of gardens etc. We have a Victorian house and Finesse designed and built a porch totally in keeping with the age of the property, a big concern for us. On a personal level, my husband is disabled and was treated with kindness, respect and patience (where necessary) by everyone involved in this project. Great company.

Their prices were competitive and the quality of their products are of the highest standard. Their fitters were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves and their work is to a high standard. I live in an old property with a bay window and the original window with stained glass was deteriorated beyond repair. I'm so glad I used Finesse to design and install a replace the bay window. I wanted a very specific design which was sympathetic to the original window, but still reasonably affordable (timber options were put of my price range). Finesse designed and delivered exactly what I wanted and the stained glass is stunning. I'd definitely recommend them, especially to anyone like myself with a period property which needs modernisation, but you wish to retain the character. The service from the design, installation and aftercare was faultless. I am a very satisfied customer and will likely use Finesse again when we upgrade other windows in the property.

Finesse Windows were great from start to finish. The very knowledgeable salesperson took us through all the options. We actually had maybe 5 options priced for the whole house, front only, back in different styles and with/without bifold doors, and also a new front door. All quotes were emailed in writing with dimensions and details. In the end, we took advantage of the "bulk" discount by buying all windows and doors at the same time. The surveyor was excellent using a ladder to measure each window from the outside. The value of this was reflected in the perfect fit of the windows. We asked for the earliest installation date possible (we were doing a house referb) and we achieved an very quick manufacture and installation date. The guys fitting the windows were great and there were a few visits by senior supervisors to ensure all was progressing well. The install and after-sales people have been great (extra set ok keys etc, and snagging team). Very impressed and I would say I am very demanding. All sounds too good to be true, but actually, there are some businesses around who really do deliver - Finesse are one of them. Well done them!

Our old double-glazed porch of over 30 years needed replacing. As Finesse windows is local to us we decided to get some details from them. Following a phone call, they sent along their designer who went through the design and budget with us. After deciding to go forward with Finesse Windows we were given the obligatory 14 days to change our mind if we wanted to. We paid 50% of the total as a deposit and were given a rough estimate of delivery time. The communication that followed was excellent including paperwork. After a wait of 5 weeks, we were given an installation date and told it was flexible if it was not suitable. The fitters turned up bang on time on the agreed date and did a great job of removing the old porch and replacing with the new one. All rubbish was removed and the site was left clean. Overall, it was a great job and we are very pleased we went with Finesse. We left this review for a few weeks to see if any problems occurred, none have. Would definitely use Finesse again and recommend.
