I had 3 windows replaced, including a floor to ceiling lounge window with door, using Finesse as they are Which? recommended. The consultation process was thorough and very Covid-safe. The installation was on time and professional, also Covid-safe. The window quality is excellent, as is security, there was no damage to decor and the installers cleaned up fantastically. They also removed a blind and refitted it for me. I particularly valued the helpful service as I am over 70 and some tasks are difficult for me. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

An excellent experience throughout from the initial contact with the company to the completed project. The sales team were not pushy and gave me an excellent quote. I was kept up to date throughout the process from Finesse on the installation date. The installation team worked well and respected my property. They were able to remove the lower wall without creating a lot of mess and installed the door with great expertise. The plastering work was outstanding with the highest of quality finishing I have seen from any plaster works. Overall, I am very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to use the company again.

We have been trying to find supply and fit of a new composite back door for months. Had 3 quotes and all fell through as certain stages. Was recommended Finesse Windows and what a breath of fresh air to deal with. From the initial quote, right up to the after service, everything went perfectly. Regular calls to let us know where we were in the process, booked in for fitting and arrived on time, great installation and even had a visit after the install to drop off cleaning products and a bottle of wine. If all companies worked to this ethos the world would be a much happier place, Bravo Finesse.

Have used Finesse before so knew what to expect - very professional fitting team, top quality products and a company you can rely on. Would not hesitate to recommend them for windows, doors and patio doors. Work carried out on time and all old windows and door removed, place left clean and tidy.

We have had the windows patio doors and porch fitted for our house and from the initial enquiry call to the completion of the work the communication and the service was exceptional. Cameron & Dillon who were the fitters were absolutely amazing, they were professional, extremely thorough in all the finer details, nothing was rushed and everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The finish of the work is like they were working on their own home which is very rare with renovation workmen. We seriously cannot praise them enough, really lovely friendly lads. The quality of the windows and patio doors from finesse is absolutely brilliant and through fitting we have had many compliments from neighbours on how amazing the completion of the work is. We had a few minor issues which were resolved immediately without any fuss. Finesse sent quality people to visit whilst work was been carried out and not at one point was anything picked out as not good enough. The staff at the office were informative through whole process from start to finish. Absolutely outstanding and extremely happy with everything they have done Would 100% recommend finesse. We are looking to get a conservatory next and without a doubt will not go anywhere else for this to be completed. We had a new sliding patio door fitted. Everything was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. Initially a chap named Mo visited us to measure up, explain the process and then sent us the quote. Following this, we had telephone calls from Lindsey and Jennie; client relationship coordinators, who explained the next steps. All three were very efficient and helpful. Then a surveyor visited us to check all was OK. On the day of fitting Dave and Mike were assigned to us; everything was done to a very high standard, and the site was left clean and tidy upon completion. Following this we received a telephone call to check we were happy with everything; which we were. I must say that in these days of encountering shoddy customer service from so many enterprises, often 'done' be a robot, that it was extremely refreshing and satisfying to receive such wonderful genuinely caring personal service from Finesse! We will definitely use them again in future.

Finesse doors and windows provide first-class service and products. From my first phone call which was to arrange for front doors to be supplied and fitted to adjusting hinges and any other problems the company has provided brilliant service even on a Sunday. We have been able to have a new front door for our hall, which is a registered charity, at cost price and with free fitting. Finesse have been very helpful and the work was done on time, to a very high standard.

Finesse have replaced all the exterior doors and windows in our home and we are very pleased with the result. Finesse were very professional carrying out my request for a new front door. I had previously used them to renew all my windows and to fit a patio door glazed panel that could accommodate a cat flap. I had to have the front door renewed quickly, for security and medical reasons, and Finesse were excellent, delivering the finished product in half the normal timescale. They gave me confidence that what I wanted could be achieved (changing the way the door opened to create more room) and would look attractive despite my financial constraints. The new door looks lovely and gives me peace of mind as to the security of the house and the longevity of the door function and its materials.

We had just had our windows and porch replaced by Finesse Windows. We are very happy with everything, from the time Russell spent with us at the showroom explaining the options and helping us to make the right decision for our needs, Dominic being ever so helpful in sorting out and amending the contract for us, Ian coming over to do the final survey and giving us very useful advice, to Nick and Steve coming to fit the windows with such meticulous attention to details and being so courteous throughout, and also Jenny answering all my questions whenever I called. After sales support by Lindsey with providing details about warranty etc and a named person to contact in case of post installation support is also excellent. A very impressive team! I have no reservation recommending Finesse Windows.

I am delighted with my Finesse conservatory it is of a very high standard and the workmen were always very helpful. They worked hard and always left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. I look forward to enjoying using my conservatory for many years to come.

Finesse Windows were great from start to finish. The very knowledgeable salesperson took us through all the options. We actually had maybe 5 options priced for the whole house, front only, back in different styles and with/without bifold doors, and also a new front door. All quotes were emailed in writing with dimensions and details. In the end, we took advantage of the "bulk" discount by buying all windows and doors at the same time. The surveyor was excellent using a ladder to measure each window from the outside. The value of this was reflected in the perfect fit of the windows. We asked for the earliest installation date possible (we were doing a house referb) and we achieved an very quick manufacture and installation date. The guys fitting the windows were great and there were a few visits by senior supervisors to ensure all was progressing well. The install and after-sales people have been great (extra set ok keys etc, and snagging team). Very impressed and I would say I am very demanding. All sounds too good to be true, but actually, there are some businesses around who really do deliver - Finesse are one of them. Well done them!

We were not disappointed. We found the sales advice focused, helpful and concise with the opportunity to have 'hands on' experience of windows, doors and door furniture at the local showroom. The after sales support kept us in touch with progress towards installation which commenced within the predicted timescale. The fitted product appears to be of a high standard and has completely met our expectations. We were particularly impressed with the quality of workmanship of our fitting team Jez and Jaydon, which was second to none from start to finish; they were experienced, skilled, hard working, scrupulous about minimising disruption and a pleasure to have in our home. Another brilliant job from Finesse. This is our second time using Finesse - this time for new bifold doors at the back of the house.
