Replacement of fire doors to four HMO properties. Fire Door London communicated well with the tenants to minimise disruption. The carpenters were skilled at getting new doors to fit into Victorian terraces which had years of movement to mean they were far from square. Invoicing was clear and well timed. Overall a very good experience.

I received a very helpful, courteous response to my initial request for a new fire door for a flat. The actual visit for assessment was scheduled very quickly and I felt I was treated very well. I was kept updated with costs and timelines and these were kept true. Installation was done without my supervision and there were no problems presented to me. Our flat entrance fire door was replaced by Fire Door London Limited at a very competitive price. All communications with the company from the initial online general enquiry were excellent, with Jake responding quickly and helpfully. The pre-manufacture survey/subsequent fire door replacement were carried out professionally without undue disruption and with the site being left clean after the fitting. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. All appointments were met and we are very happy with the quality of the door and accessories that were fitted. We were provided with a certificate of compliance on completion of the job. Our experience was great, the whole process having been easy and without issue. Job: Removal of old front door and frame from one of my flats. Replacement with new fire door, and frame to give at least 30 min fire rating. Work took less than a day. Overall: I received exemplary, knowledgeable and professional service and expertise from the first call to the final installation. Rarely do I receive such attention to detail during initial discussions, and received respect and politeness throughout. The installation was first class, to a high standard, and looked excellent. Everything was left in perfect working order, and spotlessly cleaned up. I found FDL a refreshing and outstanding company that demonstrated extremely high standards and excellent workmanship. Communication was excellent, not only up front whilst discussing requirements, but also during the work and following the completion. There were a couple of snagging issues - which happen once the doors settle - but these were resolved quickly and without a problem. The quality of the workmanship and the manner of all the contractors with whom we interacted was excellent and without fault, going above and beyond the necessary to ensure that we were happy - I am more than happy to recommend and will be booking our next project in with them now that this one has been completed.
