We had a minor boiler breakdown in cold weather. My wife is infirm & disable and we had same day response & repair despite it being weekend. Hugely grateful.

We were sceptical when we signed up, but then they serviced the boiler in the summer (2017) and we were pleased. But during the recent heavy snow, our boiler switched off, no heating! The roads around where we live were terrible, but Richard the engineer battled through to get us warm again.

Weather caused an avoidable delay but the workman was first class and ensured system was working. I am 91 years of age and have difficult writing. Sorry for this.

Our old boiler is on its last legs, we as pensioners can't afford to replace it, yet "First Call", keep it working safely. They replaced a broken expansion value in a jiffy with a brand new one and service it, for £10 per month.

We were dreading having to change the boiler, but the time had to come. We contacted them and their engineer came on the given date. He had all the tackle and knew how to use it. The boiler was replaced by lunchtime. He explained how the new one worked and left the kitchen immaculate. Excellent service!
