I just wanted to take the time to leave a review for this company. The gas engineer that came out to look at my boiler was polite and helpful. As a person suffering from Parkinson's he made every effort to make sure I understood him and was very patient.

I cannot praise First Call highly enough from start to finish. The costing engineer, Dave (who was a gas engineer, not just a sales-only person) was clear & concise, answered questions to my satisfaction & was able to tailor the job of installing my new Worcester Bosch condensing boiler (not had one before) precisely to my property. I also got the earliest date possible for fitting & knew who & what to expect on the day. The fitter, Dean, more than met my expectations. He went above & beyond to make sure my new boiler fed every one of my old radiators perfectly after power flushing. I had heat on the top storey of my 4 floor, 4 bed Victorian house that I hadn't had properly in years. He mended a faulty valve on 1 radiator, fitted an isolator valve to my boiler & even repaired a detected leak on my gas meter! He was pleasant, polite & informative throughout, & gave of his own time at the end of the day to finish off precisely & clean up the work area as guaranteed. This company made what could have been a trying job into a positive experience at a more economical price than bigger concerns. I recommend them heartily. Make First Call your first call. They are first class.

First Call Gas engineer Dean Harris came to carry out remedial work at my property. Mr Harris was truly a nice person to have work in my house. Mr Harris was polite, courteous good personality and character He was highly professional and took great pride in his work. Talked me through the plan of action and carried it out to the dot. Perfection is an illusion but Dean Harris' workmanship is very close to perfection. I would highly recommend Dean Harris from First Call Gas.

I called 'First Call Gas Ltd' at 9am Monday as there was no hot water, so I was delighted with the telephone response from the office & thrilled to hear the engineer would come. Well by 10.30 arrived & explained I needed a new central heating pump which he ordered promptly, by 3pm another helpful engineer came to fit the new pump. I was overwhelmed by the response & efficiency of 1st Call. A big thanks & recommendation. First class.

We have been with First Call Gas for 10 years and usually had one or two breakdowns each year. I have received a brilliant service, attending either same day or day after. They always repaired it promptly, lovely staff, cheap but reliable. I always recommend them to family and friends. Our new boiler has 2 years warranty, as soon as that runs out we shall be back with them.

Two very polite and professional engineers. They talked me through what was happening as they had to lift the living room carpet to get to the under drawing to change the pipes. Everything was put back exactly where it belonged. They removed their shoes when entering the living room, even though I said there was no need. An extremely satisfying installation of a new boiler.

My father in law is 95 years old and doesn't cope easily with change or upset. We were extremely pleased with the way in which the work was carried out in both a sensitive and professional manner with as little disturbance as possible to my father in law. First Call Gas Ltd carried out a power flush on my central heating system. The engineer who attend was friendly, very efficient and worked in a clean and professional manner. He worked from radiator to radiator without making any mess or disruption at 354 pounds it was much cheaper than other quotes and I would recommend First Call Gas Ltd to anyone.

We had first call Gas Ltd install our new boiler, From our first meeting to choosing our boiler to the fitting and following up to check we are happy with our boiler we can only give fantastic praise to this company. There was no pushy sales person they just gave us informative information on all boilers. Work was carried out in the timescale given and the workmen were very thorough. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Called company this morning. Rob came 2pm. Toilet sometimes didn't flush when handle depressed. Rob quickly analysed the fault as insufficient water entering the cistern and rectified the problem. Very pleasant and unassuming manner.

We were sceptical when we signed up, but then they serviced the boiler in the summer (2017) and we were pleased. But during the recent heavy snow, our boiler switched off, no heating! The roads around where we live were terrible, but Richard the engineer battled through to get us warm again.
