Our old boiler is on its last legs, we as pensioners can't afford to replace it, yet "First Call", keep it working safely. They replaced a broken expansion value in a jiffy with a brand new one and service it, for £10 per month.

We were dreading having to change the boiler, but the time had to come. We contacted them and their engineer came on the given date. He had all the tackle and knew how to use it. The boiler was replaced by lunchtime. He explained how the new one worked and left the kitchen immaculate. Excellent service!

First call provide breakdown cover for my central heating & hot water and I recently called them after my hot water failed. Quotes were sought from 4 suppliers - yet only 2 supplied figures. First call pointed out that a power flush insisted on by British Gas would have damaged my system as it was part microbore. First call quoted a price which cost almost 1/2 that of British Gas. So a decision to use first call was easy.

I phoned First Call Gas when my boiler started to leak. The engineer arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault and explained everything to me. Within 24 hours, a replacement part had been ordered, fitted and we were up and running again. Top marks for First Call Gas.
