FlameCare has been servicing and insuring gas boilers since April 2004, providing customers with the peace of mind that their appliances are covered by the FlameCare guarantee.

Originally, we only offered cover to customers whose boiler we had installed. However, from 2010 we decided to offer cover to everyone, whether we installed their boiler or not.

We have a customer base which covers Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire, and a team of dedicated, fully-trained, fully insured, professionals who ensure that work is carried out to the highest possible standard.

Was contacted as usual for a boiler service , had to rearrange and a new date was given when contected the company. Very polite on the phone and friendly and nothing seems a problem to them unlike the larger companies. Engineer Tom called on time , very polite and efficient , would certainly recommend this company as had no problems over the last 5 years i have ben with them

Brilliant Response to Boiler Leak

Yesterday evening, Sunday, we found a leak beneath the boiler. This morning, just after 8am I rang Flamecare to report the problem and were advised someone would call today. Amazingly within half an hour, the engineer, Sam, arrived and within the next half hour, he had located the leak and repaired it. Great - who could ask for more?

A big thank you to this wonderful business. Our old boiler had been on its last legs for ages. It gave up 2 weeks ago, so we contacted Flamecare after a recommendation from a family member. We had a new boiler installed by them this week which comes with a 12 year guarantee. The guys who came to do the install set a great impression of this business - they got stuck in and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The new boiler is so much quieter than the old one, and we have a portable room stat as well which we didn't have before. 100% recommend :-)

I had to have a new boiler as my one failed due to age 20yrs! I had recently joined Flamecare, and I can honestly say from start to finish; the whole team were just so supportive they went above and beyond that extra mile just so professional; courteous; helpful; approachable; they reassured me from the beginning of the workforce were trojans and so respectful so tidy and clean despite the inevitable disruption of a new boiler install I've honestly never come across such a fantastic business please please trust me to use this company thank you from my heart all at Flamecare

Repair to gas boiler
My widowed sister, who is of pensionable age is a customer of "Flamecare of Chesterfield," having joined on my recommendation. Early this morning, her central heating failed leaving the house cold and with no hot water. She contacted Flamecare and was assured they would attend a.s.a.p. That afternoon they had been and repaired the system. Far better service than the Gas Board!

On Saturday 30th October we had moved our gas cooker to clean and when we moved it back could not get a gas supply. I telephoned flamecare and explained and they sent a service man out on the Monday. Upon examining he sprayed something on the pipe and tightened a valve on the pipe. Only took him a few minutes and said a lady would phone from the office regarding payment. Imagine to my astonishment she said as he had not been there long there was NO CHARGE or call out fee. I would definitely use them again. We found them polite and very helpful

Hi, just like to thank FlameCare for the brilliant service they gave us on Tuesday 19/10/2021. I Phoned them on Monday 18th and spoke with Vicky and she booked us in the next Day, Sam the fitter came round and sorted the Boiler issue and got us back running again, very knowledgeable Guy I must say. Would definitely have them back. 😊

FlameCare, have been outstandingly professional and caring in the job they recently did for my 99-year-old mother. Her shower broke and she was unable to wash by other means as she relies on the safety rails and seating in the shower to be safe. Her only relative is me, her daughter, and I live 150 miles away. FlameCare were extremely caring, saw the urgency of the situation and organised the visit and fitting to suit, liaising with me carefully (...an added complication is my mother's deafness!). Well done on all counts - a very human and professional company.
