We have used Gareth and his team for over ten years. In our old house he personally looked after the boilers and central heating system as it was so complicated (4 light industrial boilers and a swimming pool…) He and his team also renewed the plumbing and pumps to a dilapidated Victorian fountain. We had tried other plumbers before but none were up to either task. Down the years his team have also done many everyday plumbing jobs and done them well. In our new house his team have fixed boiler problems and installed a new shower in one of the bathrooms. Gareth and his team are polite, honest, reliable and know what they’re doing. We trust him and have no hesitation recommending Flush when anyone asks ‘do you know a good plumber?’

I highly recommend Flush heating plumbing. Appointment was made very easily .Paul the plumber attended on time to do the work. He drained the system and fitted the TR4 valve. All in all excellent work and very reasonable price too .Very happy customer

Replacement of Boiler and Radiators

Gareth and all the team were outstanding during the whole process. I requested several quotes online to replace an old and broken boiler and to change all the radiators (6) of the house and Flush Heating & Plumbing Ltd were the first (and one of the fews) to respond. We arranged a first visit so they could see the layout of the radiators and the existing boiler and since the first moment he was professional, responsive, on time and showing a good technical knowledge. Their quote was, by far, the most comprehensive, detailed and with the lowest price. Once the work was agreed a team of three people attended the property and within the agreed dates (2 days) they managed to finish the work on time, professionally and with a minimum disruption to our home; they even had to deal with the lack of help of the housing association to access the roof area and managed to finish the works within the agreed timeframe. There has been a big and pleasant difference in temperature in our home after the change of the boiler and the radiators. This has been specially noticeable after this winter, and the new and more efficient boiler has helped us reduce the energy bills, even if we are using it more often. Can't recommend them enough!

We were very happy with our first use of Flush, came out and fixed a heating exchange problem in our bath that was effecting our hot water. Very glad we did as previous company has quoted to go through the wall to fix as could not be done via bathroom - doing it quickly and far cheaper was great. Also filed our cistern which we have continually had problems with - but no more!

Rescued from a minor catastrophe caused by Vailant Service

Vaillant service, with whom we have a service agreement, serviced our boiler, but because it needed some brackets they turned the gas off and shut down the boiler. They said they didn't do work within the service agreement, we'd have to find someone else to do it. Not content with turning said boiler off at the isolation valve, the engineer had cut out about 8in. of the gas pipe and taken away both that and the Vaillant nut. Flush arrived the next day, assessed and subsequently did the repair and, having had to buy a new Vaillant nut for the boiler, replaced that and the piece of missing gas pipe and completed the job quickly and efficiently. No more Vaillant for us - Flush can do our boiler servicing and work in future.
