Another amazing service from Flush. So pleased to have found this company. Adam and his team provided really helpful advice on choosing new radiators and then James who undertook the work fitting them was friendly, professional and did a brilliant job. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My leaky old kitchen mixer tap needed replacing. I called Flush and Adam explained it should be possible to install within an hour, so only the call out charge would apply, or if the installation took longer Flush would charge for each extra fifteen minutes. He emailed me a link for me to choose a convenient slot for James to visit and install, and Adam followed up with an email to ensure I understood that James would visit within one hour of the slot time. Flush sent me automated friendly reminder emails too, which were helpful. James arrived within the agreed time slot and got straight to work. The hoses on the taps I had bought were slightly too short to fit to the existing connection, but I was really impressed with James's can do attitude, he said he would find a way to make it work, and added an extension. And the job fully completed in half an hour. No drips or leaks, and one happy customer. Brilliant.

Having seen Flush recommended by Which, I was pretty confident they'd be brilliant - but couldn't believe that they were the first of twelve plumbers to respond, had the first free appointment, carried out a very tricky job (boiler is in a cupboard you can only reach on a ladder; the flue replacement meant they had to climb onto the roof), and were so polite, lovely and efficient. They also explained that our British Gas Home Care policy is pointless, as Vailant boilers have a ten-year parts and servicing warranty, and so we'd been paying British Gas for something we could get for free. Cannot recommend enough: an amazing team, from Alex on the phoneline to the lads sweating on our roof. Thank you.

I researched a few companies for a gas inspection and boiler maintenance. Flush we’re not only great value but they offer excellent customer service, responding quickly and professionally, and undertaking the work itself without a hitch. I am so pleased to have found a reliable, trustworthy plumber. Adam was punctual on the day her came to give a free quote. He was really friendly and helpful. The system to book a quote and then again to book in the work was so simple. Adam removed two radiators and advised on an area of damp. Reassuring that Adam was honest that the damp did not require a plumber, saving us from spending unnecessary money. Will definitely use Flush Plumbing and Heating Services again.

We have used Flush Plumbing & Heating several times. Each time we have had excellent service. Arrived exactly on time today and sourced and fitted a retractable shower head for us very quickly and efficiently with no fuss. The price was extremely reasonable as well - far better than a few other quotes we had been given. Highly recommended.

I contacted Flush last year to arrange a boiler service, they recommended that I have the entire system power flushed. I contacted them last week to arrange for the work to be carried out and they quickly responded and helped me to arrange for an engineer to attend today. The engineer was on time and as I was working from home asked if I had any meetings that I needed quiet for. I was very impressed that he asked this as I know from past experience the difficulty of trying to have a meeting when work is ongoing next door. The work was carried out professionally and with minimal disturbance to any part of my flat. I will definitely contact Flush in future when I need my boiler serviced.

I've been using Flush Plumbing for several years and have found them to be reliable experts who don't mess you around. They turn up when they say they will, do the job they say they're going to do and are just nice people to deal with. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

This company has proved to be very responsive and excellent in dealing with both. Another visit from the best plumbing company in london, this time they installed a shower unit, removed and installed a bath and removed and installed a towel radiator. No fuss no mess, on time and budget. There is a standard of excellence running through this company, from Emily the first point of contact to Adam and Rob on site. I hadn't noticed until they had left but they even fixed a bit of coving that had come partly away. (i had been meaning to fix it for weeks LOL) Once again they went above and beyond.

Adam came (on time) to find the fault that had occurred with our boiler and to do a regular gas safety check. I have used him before because I value his honest and thorough approach. He was able to get the fault sorted and the boiler running. It is just a shame there aren't more tradespeople like Adam. He is so busy.

I booked in a boiler service and repair, the original date had to be moved by Flush Plumbing but they immediately arranged an alternative date. Adam sorted out a long leaking tap, and clogged waste pipe. He waisted no time to assess it, clearly propose and agree options, went off to get the new tap, sorted that and the slow pipe out all in the space of an hour. He’s also a lovely fellow. Thank you again Adam.

We had a faulty Vaillant boiler and selected Flush as they are based nearby and had good reviews. Adam replied very promptly and clearly. He turned up on time, identified the issue and went to off to collect the replacement part needed. He worked calmly and efficiently and explained the issue and the remedy very clearly.
