From beginning to end the service was seamless, There was a very quick response when we contacted the office re an error code on our boiler. The boiler could not be repaired. The weather was cold and they went out of their way to rapidly install a new one. Both the engineers were friendly, tidy and highly efficient. We would strongly recommend this company.

We were having problems with both hot water and central heating. Frank came and had a look at the system and recommended a power flush and a new pump. He is one of the first plumbers we’ve ever had who explains things so we can understand them! The engineer was booked for the following week, he came promptly and was very pleasant and carried out the work very efficiently. It was a very good experience and we felt the price was fair.

Frank was really responsive when the boiler broke down. I had a very complicated boiler system. He gave great advice on solutions. We ended up actually taking the boiler out totally as too expensive and difficult to try and fix. The team put the new boiler in a much better location - this required a lot of work through three rooms but they worked neatly and tidily. They ensured the fit was aesthetically correct as well as a much better solution for my home. Delighted with the work. I can’t recommend the company highly enough. My dad who spent many years in the building trade would wholeheartedly agree. Thank you Frank and all the team.

Had been with British Gas Homecare for years paying a lot for poor service and long time on phone trying to get help with what proved to be a dangerous boiler which eventually burst into flames. After endless phone calls and poor service from Br Gas, they eventually replaced our boiler and apologized for their poor levels of service. Left them and got Frank Finn based on excellent reviews and had our boiler serviced. Turned up on time. Spent long time sorting out our heating. Thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. Also identified that British Gas had incorrectly installed boiler and left his number for BG gas engineers to phone so issues could be rectified. Sadly again poor service from BG. Promised call back. Not happened. My message is stay away from the big providers and go with your local recommended trader. Frank is excellent and from the reviews it looks as though his team have learnt to model themselves on the boss. Highly recommend

We had lived in the house for 18 months and had a major flood at 3am one morning. I stemmed the flow and shut down the system. The insurance company were useless so I needed a plumber in a hurry. Frank came to the rescue and quickly gave me a fair price for the work. I found Frank to be well organised, knowledgeable, with good tradesmen, and good company systems. The job was not easy as I could see cowboys had been used previously. There were problems because of this, but Frank always looked for solutions. I have been involved in the construction industry for 40 years, from graduate engineer to managing director and know good tradesmen when I see them. I would definitely use Frank in future and thoroughly recommend him he’s exceptional, and a Top Man.

I am so glad I read a host of reviews before booking a plumber to come and service my boiler and gas fire. Frank stood out from the competition by a mile - and the reviews definitely didn’t disappoint! He was thorough, informative, professional, friendly and - even better - doesn’t cost the earth! I knew I was in very safe hands from the get-go, and have not looked elsewhere since. If only all tradies were as good, getting your house issues fixed would be a doddle. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Frank for annual servicing, to sort out heating issues, if you have complaints or queries about your boiler, or if you need anything else sorted in the plumbing line!

Organised this company for a minor repair for my elderly mother. Company arranged an appointment quite quickly. Turned up as arranged and were polite and clean in the work. Arranging this at a distance I have to rely on companies that are trustworthy good at dealing with an elderly customer and reliable. I would use them again.
