Had the roof of my 2 bed terraced replaced by Ben and the team. Throughout the whole process they were a pleasure to deal with. Came and did the work when they said they would, and same with scaffolding. All questions were answered clearly and honestly, and work was completed for price as agreed. Throughout Ben and his team were friendly, courteous and very professional. Overall, could not have asked for better. Many thanks, keep up the good work.

I noticed that my tiled roof to the garage was letting in rain in bad weather. I have used Frank Ryan and Sons before and they have done good work for my son and for my friends so I didn't hesitate in getting Ben Ryan to look at the problem and propose a solution. The rain ingress was not urgent so I was happy to wait till they could fit my small job in, which entailed stripping 3 rows of tiles on both sides of the roof, replacing roofing felt and refixing slates with cement pointing at edge. The work was done in less than a day in a professional manner and I am very happy with the work they did

I wanted a good quality, low maintenance roof for when I retire. Ben Ryan explained about modern systems that don't need pointing. This was exactly what I wanted so I asked for a quote. The price he quoted is the price I paid. Because I got a complete reroof, I received a 10 year guarantee. I also got a new gutter and the gutter has a 2 year guarantee. The whole process was less stressful than I expected it to be. Everyone I dealt with, on site and when calling the office, was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to get on with. They all listened carefully to my concerns before replying. I've used Frank Ryan and Sons several times over the last 20 or 30 years. I've always found them to be trustworthy, honest, reliable, and easy to get on with. I have no hesitation in recommending Frank Ryan and Sons. They're nice people, they did a great job at a fair price and I'm very pleased with my new roof.

Frank Ryan and Sons (roofing) did an excellent job of adding a very large lantern roof to our rebuilt conservatory. The guys were recommended by Bradford Woodworkers and we agree that they are professional, clean and tidy workers and did a great job all round. Even the weather didn't stop them in their tracks! Frank Ryan and Sons Ltd had repaired our roof in July 2019. Due to adverse weather conditions, a small part of the roof edging had cracked. We phoned the company yesterday afternoon for their advice. Two extremely pleasant and professional workmen arrived this morning and repaired the edging. Excellent service, what more could we ask for!

Frank Ryan and Sons did an excellent job on our roof repair, replacing slates, lead flashing and doing some chimney/wall pointing. Frank was very honest about what work needed doing urgently and what could be left for another time, and when we realised our roof was leaking before our kitchen refit started, they brought the work forward and managed to fit us in. Left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Undertook a complete re-roof on a C19th house. Excellent from start to finish. Gave a very thorough quotation detailing what work would be done. Kept us informed of a start date and any changes due to weather/Covid. all the staff were really polite, friendly and helpful

Work completed very quickly to re-roof the main house and also a flat roof above garage. Most impressed with their efficient and skilled workmanship.
