Freebird Interiors LTD

My initial contact with Freebird Interiors (FB) was in September 2021 when I spoke to a lovely lady called Camila. I had had a quick look online at Freebird Interiors and liked what I saw. I was able to send photos of my space and a rough idea of what I was looking for. I had to fill out a questionnaire which I sent to Camilla and I was provided with a set of terms and conditions of what I could expect going forward. Everything was EXTREMELY clear in regard to what would happen and was adhered to. After initial enquiries I decided to go ahead. Alastair came to my home and we chatted for a good couple of hours. Alastair took photos, measurements and offered lots of ideas and suggestions. I then received drawings and a quote but before this Alastair got me a sample of a backing panel which he had shown me. I was warned the panel would be costly but if I wanted the wow factor this may work. He also suggested led lighting which can be turned up and down to change to for eg time of day. I was also told I would have to pay 25 percent of an indication cost up front prior to Alastair's visit but that would be refundable right up to date of his visit should I cancel prior to his visit. I am very pleased to say we settled on the design and cost and my order was placed. The work was completed just before Christmas. Neil the fitter was wonderful. One thing to note Neil himself spotted a very slight scratch on one of my glass doors which to be honest I may not have even noticed but FI are perfectionists!! Due to Christmas my replacement door was fitted in January 2022. Although it was quite expensive it was worth every single penny and looks as good today as the day it was fitted. The work Alastair did brings me joy on a daily basis and I would not hesitate to recommend. FI were professional, friendly, very ,very clear from my first interaction to the last with every single detail.

Freebird designed and built a very large fitted bookcase for my drawing room. Great care was taken on creating the digital design, consulting with me on what was needed and what it would look like. The final bookcase with cupboards underneath was completed to an extremely high standard. Details like under-shelf lighting, well chosen coving for the top, detailed beading on the uprights and dividers to allow ornaments and plants to be displayed amongst the books all add charm and elegance. The final fitting took less than two days and it looks as if it has always been there - 'made for the room'

Unit and two floating shelves, fitted in both living room alcoves. Freebird, advice, design and installing were all of highest level. The Quality of the furniture is amazing. Would highly recommend.

The design and planning service was very detailed and thorough. Alistair visited the house and came up with very specific designs for the space. Felt like they got a very bespoke design. Alistair was very clean. Work was all completed in a day and he was very efficient, clean and tidy and high standard of workmanship. Very good communication throughout

Installed two cupboards and floating shelves in alcoves. Freebird Interiors made a good effort of measuring and that our needs were met. Alistair was very thoughtful and the work was done well.
