Peter and Craig have so much knowledge between them, Craig immediately fixed the issue that was blocking our top floor sink and then we asked if they could look at our outside drains because we suspected there they might be blocked as well and Peter knew so much about the type of Victorian drains used and immediately identified a course of action to get them cleaned. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Peter and Craig examined the problem with our neighbour's drain which was causing water to leak into our house. They identified the area of leakage and excavated and were able to replace the work of a previous company who had botched a repair three years ago. If only we had used them then! Their communication was great, they turned up on time each day and were very pleasant to work with. The site was left so neatly it was hard to believe it had been touched.

This is the second time in six years that Peter and Craig have produced a thoughtful, considered and successful solution to a difficult drainage layout problem - a different problem in each case I should add, involving working in the confines of a narrow side passage. Time-keeping was prompt, response to emails and phone calls excellent and the work was carried out cheerfully. They were happy to show me exactly what they were doing, which means I know much more about drains and sewers than previously! Work was neat, well finished and completed within the agreed budget.

I’ve been in search of someone to help diagnose a newly installed bathroom pump that’s faulty. The problem has displaced me from my home for the last few months. Recommended by the landlady of a friend, I reached out to Peter who got back to me that same day. Having briefly mentioned the issue, Peter said he would come and take a look - which he did at my convenience (not his) and with no call-out charge. After listening to me explain the problem I’d been experiencing over the last few months, Peter and Craig helped point me in the right direction of how to resolve (being drain services experts, this was out of their scope) They took time to break down the possible causes that could be affecting the pump - most importantly in a way I could understand. This was exactly what I needed. Other people I’d spoken to had barely taken time to investigate the issue and had confusingly expressed what the problem might be with no solutions offered. Peter and Craig are the definition of “trusted traders” - both are warm, genuine people and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Peter from Fullbore has just finished replacing a cracked soil downpipe. He and his team arrived when promised, completed the job without delay and left the garden tidy. They even cleaned the rest of the soil pipe which they had not had to replace. The guys were all very friendly, and the whole process went smoothly and within the advised timeframe all the way from original quote to completion. I would definitely use Peter again (although I hope very much I don't need to!)

Peter and Craig from Fullbore Drain Services attended to clear the main drain and a gully at my employer's house. From the beginning, Peter provided a clear and accurate estimation of the required work. Peter and Craig swiftly identified the cause of the blockage (concrete residue from a previous owner) without any delay. They efficiently cleared the drain and successfully located the old interceptor cap. Throughout the entire process, dealing with Peter and Craig was a pleasure. I rang on Sunday afternoon, after torrential rain, with a drain surrounded by a lake that had been seeping under the front door into my flat. They arrived promptly Monday morning and not only efficiently solved the problem but also (much appreciated) showed me how all the drainage in that area works. Excellent people, very friendly and good value.

I called Peter yesterday about a longstanding problem with a partially blocked toilet. Even though I said it wasn't urgent Peter and his son Craig didn't hesitate and called round this morning, unblocked the toilet and gave me very helpful advice on preventing a blockage happening again. Both guys were really friendly, did an excellent job quickly and for a good price.

I contacted Fullbore to clear a blocked drain in the back of our property. Peter was very helpful on the phone and he was able to fit us in the next day. When he and Craig arrived and assessed the situation, they told us that unfortunately they were unable to clear the drain because it was a communal drain that could only be cleared by Thames Water. Peter and Craig gave us a full assessment of the problem and how to contact Thames Water. Although they refused payment, I had previously discussed their charges which seemed very reasonable and transparent. Overall, great service and really helpful.

I carry out repairs and redecorations for many clients but sometimes I need to bring in sub-contractors and specialists. This was one of those occasions. We had blockages. Taking up internal and external manholes was no easy task since corroded screws didn’t help. However, Peter and Craig took that in their stride. They cleared drains and pipework and left us in good order again. Very pleased to have found them through Which Trusted Traders and I have no doubt that I will call upon them again for other clients and upon the Which organisation for help in other areas.

A well equipped, professional team. Arrived at the time scheduled, highly qualified to assess the problem, effective in communicating it and possible solutions, and efficient in undertaking the work to resolve it. The sewer drain was unblocked, cleared of all obstacles, including the intruding tree roots, and the area was left clean and tidy. The recommended second stage of work (lining of the sewer pipe to prevent a recurrence of the problem) was done to schedule and budget.

Would highly recommend! We required an external waste pipe to be replaced and to be submerged into the ground. We also wanted to check some of the other drainage/rainwater pipes and set up. Peter came round and gave us a very clear cost/time estimate for each piece of work to be done. Peter and his son Craig did a great professional job - they clearly have many years of experience. I want to recommend Peter and Craig Stacey, father and son, for the repairs they did to my drains. The house drain system is complex and they worked carefully to clear a blockage which was difficult to get to. When the blockage was cleared they inspected and thoroughly cleaned the entire system, which they enabled me to inspect through their camera equipment. I appreciated the way in which they took time to explain what they had to do and why. They worked efficiently and their price was fair.

I was recommended by these guys from a local residents' WhatsApp group in my area as they had done work for others in the past and were very reliable. I was not disappointed! I rang Peter in floods of tears about a blocked drain that had caused sewage to leak all under my decking. With two small children, this was not ideal! Peter and Craig arrived on time in a big van packed with equipment. They were kind about my having left a drain rod stuck in the drain, understood the 120-year-old double drain at once, cleared and CCTV surveyed it and gave us the TV show and advice all before lunch. They knew exactly what to do about the problem, explained everything as they went along and even managed to retrieve the screwdriver my husband had dropped down the drain! Peter and his son Craig popped round from a nearby job to give some advice on why my drains might be smelling. Obviously very knowledgeable, Peter took me through all the things that might be happening ticking off the list of possible reasons and gave me sound advice as to what to do if the smell continued/returned having made it clear there wasn't a lot more that he could do that I hadn't tried already. They lifted the manholes on my driveway to check everything was fine and even told me how to do it myself if I had to do it again at a later date. The whole time I was reassured I was talking to an experienced professional happy to offer advice and explain to the amateur.
