My 18 year old boiler was condemned a couple of weeks before Christmas during the cold snap and I decided to renew it rather than repair. Having used Fullers a few months earlier for my elderly father's boiler replacement, I gave them a call. Despite it being a very busy period, they sent an engineer to view and provided a quote all on the day I called. I was kept informed beforehand and the work was carried out efficiently, before Christmas, as per the quote by a mature engineer with many years experience.

As a customer with Fuller Heating for over 15 years, loyalty pays off, their engineers and customer service is excellent. Small malfunctions - even in busy periods - are serviced without delays. Now that a new boiler was required, the expert team went the extra mile. Timely, proficient and clean, really nice guys, with valuable advice on how best to save gas consumption. Highly recommended.

I've used Fuller Heating for a few years now, mostly for landlord certificares and general service. They've always been good, so when my boiler became unserviceable, I went with them because their quote was competitive and I knew the quality of service would be good. They did excellent work, very speedy and tidy. The new install looks great and works well. Very polite and competent installer. A good company to use.

Fuller Heating installed a new boiler quickly and efficiently. The installer was helpful at all times and kept me informed as to the progress of the installation. I am delighted with the results.

We had to wait a while for staff availability, but having used Fullers before we knew that they would do a good job. Although the J&S boiler was comparatively new, the ducting dated from the original build (1963) and had decades of accumulated fluff & dust in it. The hot water system was dependent on a feed from a 50 gallon galvanised loft tank, which was very rusty and calcified - with outlet valves inoperable and both hot & cold taps with very poor flow rates. Dave took out the J&S, installed the Worcester in a more convenient under-the-stairs cupboard, ran underfloor piping, installed the radiators, removed redundant piping, cylinder & pressure vessel, replaced the broken house stop cock with a lever valve, and connected up the hot & cold supplies, which now have excellent pressure. He was very thoughtful and meticulous with cutting lifting floorboards, and his soldered copper pipework is elegant. Inevitably he encountered a number of obstacles (there are no house plans or drawings) and in consultation with Adrian came up with pragmatic solutions. Dave finished the job by actually replacing bricks where the J&S flue had been so there is no sign of the original hole. Dave is extremely courteous and every morning would tell us what his goal was for the day. He left provision for expansion should we decide to convert the garage. Dave's last day was a Saturday, and on Monday we received the Worcester Bosch Guarantee. Definitely a 5-star implementation.

Mark the gas engineer did an outstanding job installing our new Worcester boiler and central heating extension. At all times, Mark's workmanship was of very high quality, despite a number of unexpected difficulties with the old existing system pipework. We are very happy with the new installation and the professional approach applied to the job. We would certainly recommend Fuller Heating's services and use this company again.

Excellent job by David at Fuller heating. Replaced by eol Ideal for a Worcester Bosch 32cdi compact. Professionally fitted to Worcester's specification and expectation. Adrian was the best price compared to many offering fixed price agreements that came with less of the recommended installation steps. Very happy I got peace of mind with Fuller heating. I would definitely use again.

I’ve used Fuller Heating for about 15 years for both installation and servicing. Not wishing to go into detail, which would be similar to other reviews, I must say that I was impressed with David’s work which was carried out with military precision. Every step was carefully planned and executed. The old oil boiler was removed, new gas condenser boiler fitted, gas pipe located under the floor and piped to the boiler. Power flush, it was amazing to see the brown water turn clear and all the sludge, which contains iron particles, collect on a large magnet. The whole process took about four hours for a 3 bedroom house and 50 year old radiators. The final action from a caring company was a large bouquet of flowers and a note saying "Enjoy your boiler". Fuller Heating is local to me in Ewell, Epsom. They provided a competitive quote, scheduled the work and completed on time. Despite being a complex job removing an old system, tank, cylinder, flues etc the professional engineers carried out every task efficiently, socially distanced and with masks. New roof flue installed too. My house is cosy, quiet and warm, no need for the noisy shower pump either. Long guarantee and quality boiler. Top marks. Thank you, Adrian, David, Mark and Nita. Two men over 3 days to complete at short notice. They were efficient and very clean. Work was explained and carried out to cause as little as possible inconvenience.

From the visit to advise on a suitable boiler, to the quote, to the installation of the boiler all was efficient. Excellent timekeeping, installer was friendly, considerate and very tidy.

This company replaced my boiler a few years ago and service it every year. I have called them for smaller problems, replacing old radiators etc. I feel that once you are a customer, they not only remember you, they look after you. I had a leak inside the wall in my house, it was the mains water pipe. I contacted them and they simply said, "Don't worry we will fix it". They looked at the job and explained it to me and we agreed to by pass the old pipe with new pipe. This entailed the mains feed to the boiler going up instead of down and putting a new feed from the bathroom to the kitchen but as all my water is now mains water, no tanks, there would not be a water quality problem. Everything explained and agreed. The two engineers/plumbers who came to do the job were amazing. I took up carpets and floorboards so they could see everything and talked them through what their colleague had told me. Good humoured, friendly and very hard working, also focused. The work they did, foremost, worked first time, no problems, nothing unexpected. And the quality of their work of this small job was at the same standard as the boiler and pipework they fitted before. Nothing fazed them, nothing was a bother and the finished job was excellent. I can't tell you how much sleep I had lost before they arrived or how grateful I was to this company and cannot recommend them too much.

Boiler replaced on schedule. Work carried out to a very high standard. Engineer was punctual, friendly and very helpful. Everything was kept neat and tidy at the end of each day. The work was completed to the agreed price and we would certainly recommend Fuller Heating and we would be happy to use them again.

We had our old kitchen boiler replaced last week because it had begun to leak water. Fuller Heating has carried out our annual check on it for many years and discovered the leak on the last service so we had no hesitation in asking them to replace it. Because the boiler had to be re-positioned on an outside wall this was going to be a complicated job involving fitting a considerable amount of new pipework. Not only did the team carry out the work competently and efficiently but they were also cheerful, polite and, above all, very professional. They always arrived on time and cleared everything up every evening before they left. We cannot recommend Fuller highly enough.

This work was carried out very efficiently and on time with elegant pipework and a very neat installation. The price was as quoted. I have used this company for many years and have always found it very efficient and helpful. I was a bit disappointed that the previous W-B boiler hadn't lasted a but longer but I guess that wasn't their fault!

Fuller supplied and installed a replacement gas boiler for my central heating system. The engineer clearly knew his stuff, was very tidy, explained all functions of the new controls to me. The company also made good external brickwork where they had to drill through for a flue. Two radiator thermostatic valves replaced while the engineer was on-site (not part of the original quote, but the valves were found to be non-functioning). A bonus : the Worcester Bosch boiler comes with a 10 year guarantee as Fuller are a "diamond approved" installer. I would definitely use Fuller again (in fact they are returning to install a heated towel rail for me).

Replacing an old chimney flue gas boiler with the highly rated Bosch Greenstar condensing system needed relocation of gas supply and cold water piping and replacement of cold water tanks in the loft. Estimated time was to be 5 days. Completion achievd in three and a half days. At no point did the work interrupt our normal use of the house, There was # no upsetting mess. The Fuller team were very well organised. Their attitudes were helpful and pleasant making sure we were happy with what they had to do at all times. The finished result is excellent in every respect all completed inside the quoted budget. We would be happy to trust Fullers without reservation. Fullers were one of three quotations. They offered the mid-price and stuck to it.

I had my boiler, hot water tank and two cold water tanks replaced with a combination boiler, plus a new mains water shower fitted in place of an electric shower and a new radiator fitted in my kitchen. The work was scheduled for up to 5 days but took just 4 in the end. The two guys doing the work clearly take a pride in what they do and produced a high quality job. As I live in a maisonette there was potential disruption to my downstairs neighbour but they were considerate at all times and ensured as much as they could that their work didn't impact upon them. When the old shower was removed there were a number of holes in the tiles and the guys helped me tremendously by fitting new 'wet-wall' over the tiles to hide the mess. They were also very thorough when it came to testing every aspect of their work and I feel confident that this new system will serve me well.

I used Fuller Heating to install a smart thermostat system onto our existing central heating. Mr Fuller, who came to do the quote, impressed me with his knowledge of all things boiler/central heating, and the quote seemed comprehensively laid. The installation team were less impressive. They installed the various controllers, wifi thermostats etc., and seemingly got everything working, but then managed to do something, that resulted in the hot water/heating going off when they left on Friday, and remaining off for the whole weekend until they could come and fix it (their faulty wiring apparently) on Monday. Since then it's worked really well, and overall I'm happy - just not 5 stars happy.
